My experience with A Place for Mom was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand the budget as well as what my loved one needed for support. They not only matched us with nothing ce facilities but they scheduled the tours as well as followed up after the tours to get feedback. This experience impressed me and my family! As a novice in searching for the right place for a senior citizen, A Place for Mom made me feel comfortable and supported. They also provided the needed checklists to ensure that I could evaluate the facilities as I toured. My wife usually takes care of these things, but I decided that it was my turn to take on this and it was a great experience!
Finally, Joshua Young, our personal Senior Living Advisor was great to work with as he was always punctual with his communication and very respectful during our conversations.

They asked some basic questions about my mom's personality and hobbies etc. and helped me find a safe place for her to stay that was easy for her to call home.

A Place for Mom was very helpful with providing a list of assisted living facilities in our area to visit. It definitely helped eliminate some of the additional research that I would have needed to do on my own. For me personally, I think there were too many follow up phone calls (often at times I stated I wouldn't be available). However, I would definitely recommend them as a resource as they take the time to understand your needs to assist with the right facilities.

My in-law were in my need of going into a care place but would constantly fight us. Finally the time came we had to make the decision for them because of their health. I Googled care places and Home For Mom came up, I thought from the name they only specialize in women. I called no idea what to do as the choices are a lot. I ended up with Jill Case and she found the place we would need and want, price etc. In 12 days we had them in. Can't speak highly enough of this company.

Meredith was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer questions and concerns and willing to jump into a more proactive role as needed and requested. She certainly made the experience of locating an appropriate community for my mom so much easier than it would have been on my own. Thank you for everything, Meredith!

This is an incredible service. They jumped right in to assist me with care options for my mother. The response times were outstanding. The only down side was that the volume of calls and messages became overwhelming. Fortunately, I was able to connect with a senior living facility recommended by A place for mom and she will be moving in shortly. Definitely a wonderful service, just be ready for the swam of phone calls/messages.

My mom and I made a much quicker decision that we expected. Also, we found a surprise location just around the corner from where my wife and I live. Mom is now 4 minutes away. This is making it easy for her to leave her house of almost 53 years. Thanks for all the assistance.

It was very helpful at a stressful time to have quality facilities recommended to us, and that these facilities were put in direct contact with us immediately, with scheduled tours.

The first advisor to call me said APFM could not help finding a home. They just sent helpers to the senior's home. By the time the second advisor called, I had already found enough homes to visit on my own.

I got great advice on what to look for in a memory care community and a list of recommendations I couldn't have found on my own. The people I talked to were both super kind and understanding.

From the first call I received from A Place for Mom, I knew that we were in good hands. They listened to what our concerns were in finding the perfect place for our special needs brother. And from that point on, they sent me recommendations and helped set up a tour at Sunrise at North Hills. We felt that we found the best fit for our brother. And the even better news is, our brother is happy in his new community. I can't thank A Place for Mom enough in helping us with this major decision.

When my mom reached the point in her life that she needed to move to assisted living, we didn't know where or how to start the process. I contacted A Place For Mom and am so grateful for their assistance! They gathered information about my mom and recommended quite a few assisted living communities in the area we wanted. They set up tours with the communities we chose to look at and our senior living advisor kept in constant contact with us. We found the perfect community for my mom and she just recently moved in. I am so grateful to A Place For Mom and our senior living advisor for not only helping all of us through this process, but for the compassion and support they gave to both my mom and our family.
