The agent is worked with, Rebecca Chamberlain, was kind and understanding. She helped me navigate a very stressful trail to find my sister just the right place... I appreciate so much A Place for Mom. They strive for quality as well as the right fit.

My 95 year old mother-in-law fell again five months ago, but this time the amazing 911 team couldn't get her standing up again. A trip to the ER helped us decide that it was time for her to leave her home and move to an assisted living facility. We went to Google…there are no Apple to Apple comparisons on the internet. Then, I literally stumbled upon APFM. They listened and put all of our mother's needs from geographic location, incontinence care, medicine supervision, socialization, affordability, etc. into their algorithm and recommended six facilities. We were assigned a specialist, Christy, who knew that area, and we were home free. By decision time, we had three #1 choices. I highly recommend this business to help anyone to find place for their loved one.

There is nothing more stressful, more emotionally draining, than being faced with such a decision for an aging parent. It's so overwhelming, that I literally didn't know where to start. Lisa, at a Place for Mom, helped me navigate it all by coordinating visits, sending me vital and very helpful information! It's a great service that is much needed at this stage of life.

They supplied names and addresses of 4 assisted living places and followed up with more information regarding finances and help moving, etc.

We were relocating to a different city and our plans to have my mother-in-law move in with us was not able to happen due to her failing health. We had no knowledge of a place that would accommodate her needs, but a friend suggested A Place for Mom. By the next day they had places and tours set up for us. We were so comforted and honestly surprised by how much they helped us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

We contacted A Place for Mom, and was very soon sent a list of facilities near us. We had a representative who reached out often to check on our search and ask if we needed assistance.

A place for mom provided me with immediate guidance. Understood my needs and my mom's needs. Found a wonderful place near her home that had an opening, set up a visit for us, and followed thru. Within less than a week from my initial phone call I got my mom moved in to the assisted living facility. She loves it there and is adjusting well. I can't thank A Place for Mom enough for their help. Would give more than a Five Star rating based on my experience.

Great resource to identify and compare Senior living options on the South Shore. I was able to make an informed decision with the resources provided by A Place for Mom. With their help I am confident that I made the right decision.

We received great memory place recommendations from the 3 A Place For Mom reps (Alec Ackling, Shilah Jackson, & Steve Henry) over the 9 month period. We learned a lot through this journey, & if we need to further pursue another place for our mom, we would consider to go through A Place For Mom again.

I could not be any happier with the assistance and kindness that A Place For Mom provided me while finding an excellent assisted care facility for my mother that was in our price range.
