Total sham! I ordered an "embroidered shirt". It came with loose threads hanging all over the front of the shirt. The fabric was super chincy, definitely not 100% rayon it claims to be. When I emailed the company to request a refund - NO response. Zero. Which is what I wish I had paid for this cheap item, because it's going in the trash. I wouldn't even give it to Goodwill, folks. That's how bad it is.
I was too hasty in clicking purchase and didn't read the reviews.
Oh, but the company WAS very responsive in putting my email on their daily ad campaign. NOTHING BUT A HASTLE!

Wish I had seen the other review before ordering. I would have gone shopping locally instead of being so lazy.
I ordered 5 different items. None of them fit. One of the dresses they sent was not the size I ordered. When I said I wanted a replacement or even a refund, they didn't want to send replace or have me send it back. They offered me 15% refund to use to purchase additional fabric here so I could make the corrections myself. Following is their response.
"We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
What? Are they crazy. Why would I want 15% of my purchase price. I want 100%.

Ordered dress, followed size chart, when finally got here was too small across shoulders and bust and fabric not as described. Emailed to get details on returns and they suggested I get dress altered to be able to use it?!?!? Told them that was ludicrous, would need same fabric, to make altering possible & knew that was a pipe dream. Sent dress back on 7/5/19 & still trying to get refund. Will computer working kids will be reporting them to every agency possible - they are BAD news & terrible business people.

Answer: The return address on the package is New Jersey but if you want to return it, it has to go to China. That costs about $25 in shipping

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility. Please take heart to the reviews you are seeing from those of us who have already been scammed by them and avoid the temptation of the low prices. You get what you pay for!

One customer said that she received help on a return by customer service of Annie Cloth and she returned the items to the address they giving her and she was able to get her refund. Now. My question is how is that out of 500 customers reviews from multiple sites say the same things and all had the exact experience. Negitave and posted a bad review. Dont listen to those positive reviews. Annie Cloth are posting fake positive reviews to help them get customers.

Answer: O-M-G! SCAMMIE-CLOTH! Soooooooooo very much a scam. Don't think for ONE MOMENT that you will be one of the "lucky ones" & get the clothing you viewed on their site. It doesn't exist there. If you get ANYTHING, it will be a chinese knock-off of reputable clothing, pure unadulterated junk. IF you get it at all. They will not accept any returns & if you sre persistent enough, will offer you $5 To keep it and have it "altered". This site, NoraCora & others are rotating scam sites. Do your homework & I'm sorry you spent $700.
