This website is nothing but a scam and the products that they sell do not match the pictures on the website. A simple reverse Google search of the photos shows that they are stealing photos from other legitimate clothing retailers. Total scam! Stay away! PS thank you to Chase credit card for refunding my money!
Buyer beware. Always research the company's origin and if in China (without an American presence) DO NOT ORDER. This company goes by several other names, primarily advertising on Facebook. The clothes you receive are NOTHING like the pictures and are very poor quality.

I ordered three items. I have received two so far two items which are total and complete knock offs. I love the items I see online but what you get is a crap copy cat knock off made from cheap material. I have looked and cannot locate where they disclose this and I can say I will never buy anything from them again. SO disappointed. The prices don't make it worth the hassle so whatever I will use them but Buyer Beware. These reviews are here to let you know what we have already experienced. So if your heart is set on the same look, colors, and material as what you see, then don't buy it. This is cheap cheap stuff.

I wrote a review a few weeks ago and I feel I need to add another review so you can see what Annie Cloth is all about. The photos you see on their web page ARE NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE! The clothes are DISGUSTINGLY CHEAP and look Nothing like you ordered!
I put the attached photos together so you can see for yourself! Their web site photos are beautiful! The items you receive are JUNK and NOTHING like you expect!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANY OTHER CLOTHING SITES THAT LOOK JUST LIKE ANNIE CLOTH'S WEB SITE! There are several out these.
They advertise extensively through Facebook! I have contacted Facebook MANY TIMES and have heard NOTHING back from them.
BEWARE: Annie Cloth writes their own 5 star reviews on this site! Those reviews are NOT REAL! There is NO WAY anything good comes out of Annie Cloth!

Placed an order on line on 10/25/2019, canceled it within 3 hrs. Their website said you can cancel within 24 hours. On 10/29 I get email indicating they shipped a partial order. What? I write them and reminded them I had canceled the entire order, and that their website said I could cancel, no reply.
Also the tracking number they provided resulted in error message.
Company is a HOAX!
Actually in China and not in London as indicated on the website.

How can you have equal numbers of 5 star reviews and 1 star. Something is fishy. Trustpilot had to remove a lot of fake positive reviews. Buyer beware.

It's been a month and haven't received my order. I asked to cancel and no reply and the tracking number says number not found. I'm very upset because it will be on my November credit card bill!
Im going to file a formal complaint against them!
Terrible Customer Service and Order time. Two weeks and finally got one out of five things they have my money and I don't have their product. The thing I got is crap for sure poorly and cheaply made and I cannot get a return number from them so I can return it and I get to pay for that also going to Pay Pal to get my money back Do Not Do Not order from this company

I ordered 5 items from this site when they had a sale. It was my first time doing business with them and had a TERRIBLE experience. 4 of the 5 items arrived and are extremely poor quality and look very little like the item on the site. When you email the site for your refund you have to go back and forth several times trying to get your money back. They try to get yout to take a 15% cash back refund to 'alter' your items if they don't fit, but of course that doesn't address poor quality so when you try and get your money returned they keep dragging the process out. I am still waiting on my lable so I can return the item. The return policy says you have to pay for the return, but they don't tell you they'll make it almost impossible to ship it back by not giving you a return address or paperwork. Mostly just do fall for the pretty pictures - the products look nothing like the photos and are NOT as described! Save yourself the hassle and don't bother!

Do not trust this lovely website. There is no "company" in London. It is a front for Chinese scam artists who take your money for a product shown on the website and send you an inferior poor imitation of the product shown. You will get a form email response to your inquiry about why you haven't received anything in two weeks and then they will never respond to your requests for a refund.

Clothes are not what you think when you get them. I sent a email to *******@anniecloth.com and I never received a response after 4 emails sent out in order to return my order after the 2nd day of receiving the first delivery, My order was shipped in multiple deliveries.

My bad. I should've known better... if it seems to good to be true, it probably is! I ordered 2 sweaters that looked NOTHING like the pictures! Horrible quality, faded color, shapeless clothing! I just threw my money right out the window & it took 3-4 weeks for delivery with no tracking & I'm still missing pieces to my order. Extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately the reviews for Annie Cloth are very misleading. I read the reviews thinking the clothes were worth the money, however they were not. After ordering tons of items, they took forever to get get here and are extremely cheaply made. Their clothes are over priced for the terrible quality. All their sweaters are not thick and soft like they appear. They are thin and very see-through. Not to mention the colors are nothing like they appear in the photos. I 10 out of 10 recommend not wasting money on this website.

The bag came from Chinda - I recieved a shirt that was not hemmed on the sleeves or bottom of the shirt. The dress was cheap fabric - THIS IS NOT as advertised - will be a total waste of money! No customer service phone numbers to call either.

Ordered a LINEN shirt, received a shiny poly shirt that looked like a Walmart witches costume... it was the worst, cheapest material ever. It was cheaper to just recycle this plastic shirt than return it - which they count on as a business model.
