Tulip Inn - good rooms and good value

Train stations are 15m walk while the bus is 2m

I want to be able to obtain an itemized billing which was not available to me. I also want to be able to view old bookings on the site which is also not possible.

Good customer service

Update to my earlier review: After a very frustrating experience at first with the booking I made for one night where the hotel did not receive payment and was forced to charge me twice, I finally have reached a satisfactory resolution with Amoma.com.

I spent a significant amount of time on hold but the people I spoke to when I finally got through were very kind and professional. They followed up with emails updating me on the status of their investigation. They use 3rd party suppliers and do not book directly with the hotels which is what caused the problem with my booking. I was told it would take up to 30 working days to resolve my issue (which I thought was unacceptable) but luckily they got it resolved in just over 1 week. I was just informed that I would be receiving a full refund of the $207 I paid through Amoma. I'm grateful to their customer service for their help. I may reconsider booking through this website in the future.

I booked my stay at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center for 1 night. They charged me $207 immediately. The hotel never received the payment and had to double charge me. The hotel charged me $160, which means Amoma overcharged me by almost $50. The hotel tried to reach out to them but got no response. I waited 45 minutes on hold with Amoma to resolve this only to be put on hold AGAIN for someone else. Still on hold as I write this. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and a needlessly stressful, expensive experience with this site. First and last time I will use this garbage website.

Modern spacious room

Very very clean room and main areas, staff professional and polite, breakfast plenty and variety, good value and nice public areas, requested a back room as a very noisy main road, near lift so noise all night but think it was the air conditioning, but perfe ct stay and a great price would return & recommend, wouldWould have given it 5 * for a budget hotel but slept badly due to noise of lift or Air con

Weird / Won't use again

While booking online "they" called us and wanted our credit card information right then over the phone. We called the bank because we thought we were being frauded. What is the point of calling me when i prefer not being hassled which is why i am booking online?!? Also a VERY important detail about the hotel was not in the listing... check in is at a different location!... ah kind of important when you don't know where you are and tired with tons of luggage!

We booked our hotel though Amoma.com for September 19-23. When we received our confirmation the dates were for the following week. We canceled the booking immediately when the dates were wrong. My husband needed a room in Florida to help with storm clean up. Amoma has refused to do anything about the error. We have called and gotten no where. They are stealing our money.

Monte Carlo was a great stay.

Very clean hotel with staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent- one of the best I have experienced recently. Bathing pool and surrounding areas very well kept by staff. Hotel in a very nice area and easy to get to the lovely promenade and beaches etc.
