Excellent service and received an upgrade on arrival so really happy. Staff could not be faulted in all aspects of the service. Hotel very centrally located and nothing too much trouble. High quality furnishings and will definitely return.
Hi I have just received my credit card statement and to my horror I was charged £111 for our stay at the palace hotel buxton. I paid at the hotel reception £90 which was minis a small deposit so I have been charged twice. Can you sort this problem out pl. Surely my credit card was to secure it only thanks Darren Campbell
Stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights, rooms were a great size with everything that you needed including a mini fridge. Only fault I found was the breakfast, buffet of continental was fabulous however I ordered a full Irish and found it very greasy, didn't have cooked breakfast any other morning, my partner had it the second morning and same complaint by him
Best other travel sites on price by 25% or more. Tried to use them again for another booking but were not available in other area. Hope they will expand to be available in all areas.

Very close to bus stop. Buses no. 21 and 26 will bring you to Kallang MRT station, 2 stops away. There are buses direct to Bugis and Harbour Front. Room was small but clean. Bathroom was spacious. Shower and Wi-Fi were good.
Simple a black hole in the internet! The use of a TIME LIMITED CLOCK during reservation is unacceptable. My recommendations is that as soon as your decide to proceed with the selection the customer shall have more the 30 minute to full fill all the information, also companies like AMOMA requiere to provide email information and information not related to the method of payment during the sudden dead time!

2nd time at this hotel very pleased all round staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. As was all areas of the hotel. Would definitely return.
This hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when my friend took ill on our trip. The food in the restaurant was extremely good and good price. Easy access to everything shops main square wawel castle. Round the corner from hotel is a great bagel shop. St Mary's Basilica is a must see. Pre book tickets a couple of days before you want to go as we went to the castle and it had sold out. Couldn't fault our stay at Ester Hotel.
Good service great location, however some rooms require furniture change
When i checked in the room given smoking smell was everywhere and furniture was very old. I complained and they resolved the issue, they upgraded my room to a great sweat
Buona la posizione, cortese il personale, ottima prima colazione, bella la biancheriam confortevole la camera.
L'unico neo è stato un problema con l'impianto elettrico per cui, appena rientrati in camera verso le 10,30, è andata via la luce e siamo rimasti totalmente al buio per circa 2 ore e mezzo in una camera non dotata di luce di emergenza. Il gruppo elettrogeno, ci è stato detto, copriva solo il corridoio. Procedevamo con la luce del cellulare... Questo ci ha creato tuta una serie di problemi e ci ha davvero stupiti
