Wish always offer lower price hotel rate in msia and other countries. Also include the original price from the hotel web page. Normally will get interested if it is 50% lower than original price. Thats the best.if three person stay still the same price is good too. Bcos i normally want hard bed which hotel don have and i m 90% of the stay on floor ( sleep on floor), space big and 3 person in a room maintain same price.

I was booking online and received a call before I had finished my reservation. I had to cancel one room and did it via email as it appears to be out of country to phone them. They refunded my card with no charge as was indicated when I booked. The hotel did not have my reservation for a while and given reviews from several years ago I was worried. In the end all was well. It would be helpful if they would tell you which number to reference with the hotel as they did not recognize the different numbers that where sent to me. Very happy with the price and will use them again.

Never used this site before and wanted to stay in a high-end hotel in Miami. Was having difficulty with the site and decided to give up and then I received a phone call from a gentleman that said he saw that I was having a problem making the reservation and he wanted to help. He walked he through the program and twice put me on hold while I finished my part to come back on the phone and make sure I was comfortable with everything. Very professional.
