Could not do enough to get the best deal for my hotel in Edinburgh
I was at Dubai airport Dec 10th and needed a room for that night to catch a connecting fly the following morning. Amoma's website did not work well and without me noticing it booked me for Dec 25,2016. On same night Dec, 10 I tried to cancel my booking but Amoma denied my request and charged me for the room. This is fraud to the bones my friends. I tried several times to explain my case but they would not understand or cooperate. I then called my credit card company and they will reverse the charge because they agreed with me that I have a case.

But there were steps to the entrance, steps to the dining room and the wheelchair wouldn't fit through the bedroom door. Room itself far too small to be accessible and the bathroom was a joke - 1 metre by 3 metres, with a huge step up to the shower. No response to my request for a refund.
Edit - Amoma responded to this review asking for details so they could try to sort the problem out, but haven't responded any further. Their customer service is clearly only for show.

Booking was simple and rooms were available that were not on the Ibis website. Live chat was also polite and easy to have an invoice emailed
Having searched on Trivago for a good place to stay in Basel, Amoma came up with the very best deal, plus I was able to use a discount code for an even better deal. The description of the hotel was very accurate and the booking process very straightforward. I'll certainly try Amoma again next time I want value for money!
