I was skeptical and nervous reading reviews on amoma but they were quick to respond with questions I had, called hotel directly and my reservation was confirmed - prices were the best, customer service was great - thank you Amoma
I lost my booking form. I phoned customer service department. Waiting for a long time no answer. Then I phoned the booking department and got through immediately. They helped to trace my booking record. Not bad experience.
CancelledI made a booking for a hotel in Kaula Lampur and the whole transaction went very smooth. My problem with Amoma started when I wanted to change the dates.
I have sent a request through their site and my account. They are supposed to confirm the change in 24 to 48 hours. No communication. I have sent the changes again and again and again. No response. I called their customer care number. After the menu guided response it asks me to wait for the assistant to attend. They are so busy that that they would never attend after waiting for 15 minutes every time for 3 consecutive days. I called the hotel and they ask me to come through the service provider. The 24/7 customer service of Amoma does not work on week ends and they give a message of the same.
Finally I got so fed up that I cancelled my booking and there comes a prompt response that my cancelation has been confirmed.
God know, why such portals exist and why take the customer for a ride like this. NO AMOMA please if you want a pleasant trip. They for sure will screw up your pleasure trip and make you run for your money.
First time using AMOMA, and 100% percent happy :) :) with this site and service. I will definitly use again when making my travel arrangements.
The hotel was very clean I like everything the pool was clean and I love every morning have a good breackfast the hotel was very clean and every day clean my room nice beds and the room very comfortable thank you I will come again
Wrong booking date was selected and immediate contact with Amoma.

I was hesitant to book with this site but it got me a room when the hotel site said it was sold out. I arrived at the hotel with no problem!
Delicious international buffet, nice onsen found at basement, nice amenities (e.g. Massage chair and table tenis table)
Fresh, modern room with extremely high standards of hygiene. Power shower and lovely toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Super big TV with 5 news channels in English, 1 Spanish channel and the rest in French. Only disappoinment really was no kettle or iron in the room, when this is advertised. They're available, but you have to ask for them. Friendly, efficient staff who genuinely seem interested in you enjoying your stay. Very easy to get to from the Gare du Nord, if travelling from Charles de Gaulle airport.
It is only a 15 min ride to the main train station, there is a metro station right behind the hotel and the hotel calls cabs for you-do not take a cab on your own! Unfortunatelly, the drivers take advantage of tourists and charge 3 times more. Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast buffett.
My trip was planned in a hurry. All the hotels in centre Paris were either booked or out of my budget. So I booked this hotel and was apprehensive about my decision till I reached there. The hotel is perfect. Though room was small but it was inclusive of all amenities including a small balcony from where view was marvelous. Eateries and all kinds of departmental stores are within walking distance. Whereas Bus stop was just opposite hotel, metro was mere 100 mtrs walk away. Surprisingly the hotel had a small and petite garden also. I want to convey my special thanks to the staff at reception desk who were charming and courteous and guided us appropriately.
Amoma has taken my money for a hotel room that does not exist and has told me flat out lies when I came to them to rectify the situation.
Apparently they overbooked my original hotel and sent me a voucher for a booking at a new hotel. I arrived at the new hotel with a "prepaid" voucher in hand and to my despair and frustration the new hotel had not received payment from Amoma for my stay. I have been trying to call Amoma since SATURDAY to resolve this issue and every time get agents with thick accents and can't even look up my reservation with putting me on hold for at least an hour each time. I have not been refunded for the monies charged to me by Amoma, they have not been in contact with me nor the hotel like they said. Their "supplier" is supposed to cover the charges for the remaining two nights, but neither of us (me nor the new hotel) have heard from that entity either. Their lack of willingness to resolve an issue that THEY CAUSED lets me know their business is not a legitimate business at all. I am working with my credit card company to dispute the charges and will even file a complaint with the BBB. Save yourself time, money and frustration and book through another service or even directly with the hotel.

I just booked a room at the Fontainebleau, Miami and The Ritz Carlton, Sarasota and my rooms were under $190 each time! The hotel and other websites were twice as much! I also rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a week through Amoma in Fort Lauderdale Airport and it was was cheaper then everyone else. I would highly recommend this website! All I needed to give the hotels and the car rental companies was my name!
I had a last minute booking to make for a stay in Kuala Lumpur, Amoma was offering the best deal, I immediately booked so that I don't lose the last room available. Then I had doubts about the price as it was really low compared to others. So I went to read some reviews about Amoma and I got damn scared as there were so many bad reviews. However when I checked-in into my hotel it was a hassle free process and there were no issues at all. Instead i was upgraded to a higher floor room with an awesome view of KL by night. Had a pleasant stay at Westin Kuala Lumpur and I would definitely book through Amoma again.
