I am not really much of a "car guy", but wanted to make some upgrades to a recent truck purchase. Shopping online requires some healthy skepticism. Your site suggested I call you guys in several places, so I did; late on a Saturday. To my astonishment I connected with real live person (Sam C.) who was knowledgeable and gave me confidence. He led me to find the right parts to fit my truck. Sam even recommended some better options. I have not yet received the parts, but my shopping experience on your site perfectly blended a sales representative and an online experience.
They have what I need good descriptions and is a relief they tell you if it fit's you're vehicle or not.
I will say I love the shop, I love most everything i have ordered. My lastest order on the other hand i order a tune up kit for 2018 gmc 1500 sierra and I recieved all my products and do the tune up and find out that I jave 3 out of 8 spark plugs that were cracked and cause my truck to misfire, I had to then order all new plugs. I must say not very happy over all.
Call up and talked with a representative from AT concerning placing a safe in the Console of my truck. Joe discussed my options for my vehicle, and i chose a safe that I believe will benefit both myself and my spouse, as drivers in North Texas. We can discretely place items into the safe, and feel good about what we did and for what opinions we choose!
But, back to my story... the entire experience was awesome! Just waiting for our safe to arrive and to have it professionally installed!

It was easy to find what I was looking for. I'm a member now, I'll see how it works out. I do most of my own work on my vehicles.
Time consuming for what Little of a question I was asking all I want to do is use my store credit it's unclear on where it even comes out on the goddamn invoice until you pay you don't even see it all I wanted to do was ask that stupid thing how I was supposed to use it and it took it too much of my time

Order placed by phone, customer service rep knew I made a service appointment to install them on a certain day. He assured me I would have them in time along with the spline lug nuts. Wheels arrived one day late with one scratched. And I had to purchase another set of lug nuts from the service shop because the ones I ordered arrived three days late. I was also unaware the Carroll Shelby wheels were made in China and stamped so right on the wheel. I would have never ordered them!
My experience with shopping on American Trucks online store was a great experience. My purchase needs this time was not for my truck, instead it was for my motorcycle. I had been researching and looking for a coolant reservoir and fan to replace on a 30 year old bike. Your site had exactly what I needed. I also grabbed some led light bars to use on my girlfriend's Canam Ryker. Thank you for having what I needed at such a reasonable price.
So far the few times getting products from here. Has been good and customer service have been good and getting products from these guys have been done in a timely manner and in very good condition. Long as they keep this up, I'll keep using em.
I've always had good experiences with yiu guys on every purchase. Your guy's follow up notifications on the order processing, shipping, and help service, has been on it for me. Best way I can describe, is this last purchase. I will admit it was confusing. I got the emails for "order has been processed and payment has been approved. Expect delivery within the time period (that was shown when purchasing)". To get an email that my purchase was 'out of stock' and will be pushed back (even though your website said "in stock"). Your live chat team was amazing and was able to find out what was goin on and provided the shipping information and that my purchase will be here by the original time period. For some reason your system had a hiccup and left me confused. But your team was ontop of it and extremely professional and helped to understand what was going on. Highly recommend you guys.
Lights are Not bright at all. I had to adjust the beam pattern after installation because it only illuminated a couple feet in front of my truck. Now that the beams are corrected the quality diminished. It is not bright at all. I give these expensive led lights a 1 star. American Trucks must have received it from China parts!

In reviewing your concerns we found that some customers indicate that the included Halogen bulbs may not be as bright as higher quality aftermarket alternatives. The projector design requires high-quality bulbs to work effectively. Many users have found that these projectors do not produce as much usable light on the road compared to stock or premium aftermarket options. One suggestion would be to upgrade to LED or HID: Many users choose to replace the stock halogen H7/H1 bulbs included with the kit with higher-output LED bulbs to significantly improve visibility. It is also suggested to check ground wiring: A common cause of dimming in these custom assemblies is a bad ground connection; ensure the harness is properly grounded.

Nate, help me find the correct mud flaps. For my 2020 super duty, 250 mud flaps, with finder flares.
I don't usually order from online but I was in a small rush so I did. I was shopping for an exhaust for my 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 and I was looking on Flowmaster and another one pricing out who had a better price. I finally saw American Trucks had the same exhaust Flowmaster did but for almost $100 cheaper. I researched and made sure it was the same one and ended up buying it from American Trucks. It was easy to find the right fit for my truck because the website is easy to navigate and has clear instructions on what to do and where to go. I would recommend this website but I would also encourage to research different websites, you may get better deals. I will be shopping from American trucks again.
Everything I've purchased from americantrucks.com has been incredible quality at what I think is the best possible price after searching several websites. American trucks always comes through with a great product. Keep up the good work!

I have a 2005 chevy silverado with a lot of unusual build codes, Maverick was able to help me sort out all of them and get ordered what I needed. Great selection of better than OEM parts to choose from too.
My experience was not as good as I believed it should of been... I attempted numerous times to receive my discount and it continued to indicate that MY BIRTHDATE WAS INCORRECT! So I had no other choice but to order my bug deflector (w/o my discount). I'm awaiting for the delivery at thsi time to install it.

Ordered this for my new to me 2016 Ford F150 Lariat. I accidentally put in the wrong address but after calling and talking to a representative we got it figured out and it is in my possession.
I just returned home from a back operation and unable to even open the box and can't install it till after 6 weeks!
I am impressed with my first order from American Trucks. Finally an American company that does what they say. Fast shipping and the help center was incredible. Always great customer service. Had an issue with a tonneau cover after receiving. Customer service handled right away and had new parts sent quickly. Had another issue with the same cover and they ended up replacing the whole thing. Couldn't ask for better service

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
