Bought some truck flares and had them professionally installed but one came up missing down the road and they won't replace just the one since I couldn't find it to return it!
I had ordered a Corsa cold air intake for my truck when I received it it had the wrong size air box called the tax service and they figured out that I had a classic so I needed the older one and they helped me through the whole process returns and everything came through perfect. I have used AT for many upgrades on my 2014 ram. I just bought a 2019 Ram Warlock and needed upgrades. This is my place to shop. Always have the best choices and great value parts.

I bought some mud guards a few weeks ago and was really happy with the site. So I started browsing more. Found the seat covers for my 2018 ford f150 xlt with the 40/20/40 bench seat. So I can't wait for them to arrive. Really happy with the site. Definitely will be browsing again

The web page has too many extras. Ads for "related" items that arent model specific, questions about signing up for this or that. Otherwise, a great selection of parts once you figure out how to navigate around the extras.
I've found it to be a fantastic place to shop, especially with all the pictures of other people's mods and builds. It really helps you see if the product or style you're looking for will be a good fit, and the reviews give you a clear idea of what you're getting.

Looks great, very good quality. The people at American Truck answered all my questions. Highly recommend this cover. I also have one on my 2019 Colorado, it's still nice after 7 years.

Another easy process. Have no complaints with American Truck. Just wish they had better sales on their Morimoto and Alpharex headlights but understand they can't control that.
Headlights were great however everyone was cracked probably do a better quality control check before sending new products out that are defective.

I have been very pleased with my purchases so far, which is why I keep coming back,
It was good for 4years. Not sure what happen. After a rain it was holding water. Never had better I did not notice. Went to open and one whole side fell in and flooded the bed of my truck. Plus in pass year seal at tailgate started leaking. Anything close to it would get wet. But truly I fell it held up pretty good over 4 years. Being open and closed a lot.
I hate always having to sign in every time I step away from the page for 5-10 to come piercings I have to sign back in and start over and it's super annoying and frustrating
Absolutely disappointed. After ordering, after having a warranty part resolved, representative had to inform me they are under control of others. The part needed is showing expected ship time over a month away. Excuse, we are waiting for parts to be imported. We don't have them and waiting ourselves. I can cancel this order and you can find somewhere that you will receive it quicker. The generic answer, blamed on incoming shipments, shortage of chips to make parts, gasoline and shipments held until payment received. American companies don't care about consumers!
First time ordering anything from this company and received a barrage of emails that I had to unsubscribe from and then when I finally got the item these were clearly a returned item that had been scratched and I cannot use or install them.

Overall have had a great experience with the American Trucks Company has solved all my needs to the point. Only ever had one miss-hap was with an order of running boards received them in a pretty bad box due to the previous person it was sent to as well as missing some common bolts and some parts being scuffed and bent. But the Great American Trucks customer service center was able to help me with my return and replacement also giving me some online credit as well. Would like to say besides the one bad time this company is the greatest ive found so far on the web.
Everything was very straight forward and easy to find.

We had the opportunity to review your orders and your concern, and we do show that on 7/16/2024, you purchased the RedRock Pocket Style Fender Flares and you contacted us in 2025 to set up a warranty replacement. We had the replacement set up, and we sent two emails informing you that the replacement was set up, we just needed you to contact us to make a payment on the return label. For warranty replacement, it is noted on the form that was completed, that there would be a fee to return the original item. We did not receive a call so we had to cancel the warranty replacement.
