I have bought two items from here and SAM has helped me both time and the items I bought are great. I will buy from SAM again when I need something else.
I ordered a part for my truck. Was sent an expected shipping date 4/14-4/17, within a few days it changed to 4/17-4/20, when my order did not arrive today I contacted the company and was told that the item was on back order and they would check with an different shipper to see if available. Then notify me of new shipping date. Checking my bank account I see they withdrew payment on 4/11.
Now I will see if they send it, the quality, or if I am able to get a refund if need be.
I ordered a kit with upper and lower control arms with tie rods and sway bar links, I received two left upper control arms and no sway bar links.
Everything fits perfectly otherwise no problem returning.
Bought a cat back exhaust on Friday, I had it at home on Monday morning and with free shipping, I got it installed on my truck already and I love it, thanks a lot for your great service, very recommending 👌🏻
This is a good company! They always have good reliability, especially with part fitment, they give some confidence when making a purchase for my truck. Some of their stuff can be overpriced, but that's expected for their great quality.

Only reason for 4 stars is the exhaust kit I ordered where it bolts up to the original pipe only had a couple tacks and one side the tacks broke on when torquing to the specifications provided so I had to take it and get it welded back together

Just wanted to add my tax exemption and after 3 days of emails and phone calls and hassle I still ended up paying taxes just to get my order here. Of course I get another call 10mins later saying oh its in there now. Since then I've gotten another 3-4 emails a day and a text to give me an invoice for something I'd already bought at a different price. No one has this kind of time or patience when stores and Amazon still exist.

Horrible why should I have to pay for a return service? It's almost as much as the part when you guys screwed up what you sent me I'm not even getting half of what it cost me back. That's terrible service. I will never shop with you guys again.
