I went on your site to buy a specific item, I needed help and went to use your chat feature, spoke with someone through the chat but they said someone was going to call me, I chatted twice to try and get someone and left my phone number twice and never received a phone call. Not really good customer service.
I ordered a cold air intake through AM on Dec 12th. Before I placed my order, I chatted with a specialist online to confirm availability and an expected delivery date. I have a screenshot of the chat showing that they confirmed the part weas in stock and that I should expect delivery between 12/19 and 12/21. I had not received any updates on the order as of 12/19 so I called in. The rep who answered said their system showed 3 different delivery windows and that this item was in stock and to be dropshipped from the manufacturer. This was completely different from what I was advised in my initial interaction. The CS rep advised they would have to send a note to the manufacturer, which is just another delay. So instead of waiting, I requested cancellation of the order. Now I have to wait to see if they can even cancel the order. If for some reason the mfg did ship, now I have to go through the process of processing a return and waiting for a refund. I have to say this is one of the most poor experiences I've had in a long time when it comes to doing a virtual order online.

This is a great exhaust for those who want that aggressive sound. When it came to installing it only took the shop 30-45 minutes. They did tell me that there was a probability that the parts wouldn't fit due to the manufacturer they said that might have to cut it to make it fit, but there was no need for that. The installment went smooth. This particular exhaust system makes popping noises when down shifting and is loud in general, this is a great for those who are tired of people making fun of their ecoboost. I will admit that this exhaust is LOUD so if you live in an area with a lot of cops I would recommend something less aggressive but in my opinion It is worth the money. Many people have said that my car doesn't even sound like an ecoboost anymore, which is a good thing because not everyone has the money for a 5.0. I would really recommend this system for those who want to their cars to stand out when it comes to sound. Worth the money!
It is a good product and well packaged! Delivered on time! I only suggest that the screws be packed separately since they all get scratched a lot when being transported. And also the spoiler should come with rubber to place the screws since if the screw goes directly to the spoiler it will damage and tear the material.

I originally order the Ford Performance hood struts for my Shelby GTH, but the Shelby hood was too heavy for them. They held the hood up, but any downward movement caused the hood to come down. I spoke to tech support and they suggested the Roush hood struts. These struts work very well and they even push the hood up once I get past center. I don't have to worry about the wind causing the hood to come down on its own. I would suggest getting these if you have an aftermarket hood.
Purchased an air cleaner box. One part in it did not fit which of course the site said did. Currently being given a runaround after a dozen emails. This is another middleman company with obviously no clue as to the product they sell.

Terrible experience, i ordered this hoping to have it all done for a christmas present just for them to send me four exhaust tips and no mufflers and basically there way of saying sorry for that is just a 20 dollar voucher that i have to use in 30 days or it's gone. I don't know how it's that hard to put 10 pieces in a box right and that 20 dollar voucher that i have to use in 30 days is a joke of an apology

Items showing awaiting FedEx pick up for multiple days. Not a great look when someone orders parts to get put on their car. I get it was over the weekend, but it still hasn't left on Tuesday according to my last tracking.

I've been looking at buying the Roush cat back exhaust set up for a while now. I logged on for Black Friday sales and looks like they more then doubled the price and put a tiny discount on it to make it look like it was on sale. The Original price a month ago was 1099.99$ not on sale and now it's showing 2456.98$ as the sale. I tried reaching out and I'll I got for feed back was the response of "I'm not sure why it's like that". Honestly seems to be pretty scammy and I would like an actual discount on the the original price part is *******
