I had paid for shipping to get my parts on time to have my car ready for a race. My parts where not delivered in time l! There for I missed the race!

I received my 2,000 wheels in just cardboard boxes. No insulation whatsoever. The boxes were broken and squished. It was just complete lack of care for the product. Then when I opened my wheels I had multiple scratches on two of my wheels. Now they did take care of me in regards to the damaged wheels. But still when you spend money like this your product should be packaged properly and handled with care.

I ordered 5" cherry red exhaust tips. But only received a mat black tip that was damaged. The offered a refund with the return of my funds in 7-14 days. I waited 7 days for shipping. This is absolutely absurd especially because they had received 6 plus pictures of the item and the box. Highly not recommended

Product arrived right on time and was very easy install. A nice addition to my 2005 Mustang GT
Very easy to place an order after deciding what I wanted. Liked how they have videos explains the product and how it works.
Went in pretty well everything lined up nice. Holding fluid it was a good experience
I gave them all the info from my car. The widebody kit they sent does not allow for fog lights even though they said it would. The lower grill does not have the adaptive cruise control sensor cut out and they made me buy a second lower grill. I paid monetarily for their mistake. The kit came without seals that goes between the new fender flares and fenders. I had to buy those also. I ordered a fog light kit that I was told would work. They do not work. In fact for this particular widebody kit there are no aftermarket fog light kits. I just feel like American Muscle should've known ALL of this. Seems to me that everybody at American Muscle has no idea about the products they sell.

Took my money then cancelled 2 minutes later for no reason what was the point of taking my money now I have to wait todays to order the part I need because y'all took my money and turned around and cancelled it..
