I can't stop buying cool stuff for my Charger, and It's becoming a bit of an issue, LOL! I love American Muscle, and I'll keep spending my money here until the money runs out.
I mean it, I'm gonna be eating ramen for the next few months, if I don't stay away from this fantastic site. I found so much more than I was ready to buy, but I was weak, a Weak, weak man,,, But my Charger had to have those accessories. Lol!
I paid extra for expedited shipping and the item arrived a day later than promised. I returned the item because my mechanic had to finish the car and made cut the original bolts on hand to length. But, although I received the refund, I was charged for the return shipping and the original expedited shipping even though the order sat for two days with American Muscle before it was shipped, even though the website listed the item as in stock.
I wanted to buy super charger that I didn't know much about. The salesman was great, very knowledgeable and patient. I would tell anyone the my experience was great. Thank you

I have a 2015 Scat Pack Challenger with a hellcat front end. I needed to lower grill and I kept saying that I was selecting the wrong part but the website didn't know I had a hellcat front end. So I ordered the part I thought would fit it showed up in 2 days and fit like a glove. It's nice having a grill that's no longer busted up
Went on line to find the correct Targa top for my 2007 Corvette. I forgot who helped me on line but he was very helpful. A few days later when I decided to purchase the top i made a phone call to confirm the correct top and ask a few questions. Again, I don't know who I spoke with but she answered my questions and was very helpful also. I ordered the top with her and received it today. Simple to.install. Fits perfect! Love it!
Website somewhat wonky and doesn't seem to be up to many businesses online ease of use. All staff interactions were positive aside from two separate calls that seemed to be directed offshore and had some language barriers
I like everyone and anytime problems arise it's easy to cancel refund a store credit and move it. Glad they are around plus sick magazines they send with the items. I would say we need some stickers from yall throw in 😏. Rebuilding a 4.6 and they have been dang near my one stop shop
I contacted customer service about rims and if they'd fit and they got right back to me and helped me out.
It was quick and easy and when I talked to Benjamin p he was very helpful.

I placed my order December 27 2025 after I placed my order i got a text telling me 2 of my rims of the 4 I order was out of stock that it would not be shipped to me on my date i was given, that it would be sent to me on January 20 2026, but then two days later I was told that the rims was back in stock and if I ordered them I could have them in 3 days, but I had already put in my order so I called to see if you was going to be able to get them to me in the 3 days and was told no I had to wait till the date I was told on my text you sent me, and I still am waiting on them rims there supposed to be here Monday January 12 /2026, so I had to wait 16 days for my rims that your company text to me and said I could have by January 03/ 2026 if I would buy them on the 31 of Dec 2025, and i got that text every 2 or 3 day saying I could have them in 3 days if I ordered them again,
I've placed a couple orders from American Muscle and their products have been in stock and shipped quickly.
The overall feel and interface of the website is appealing and easy to navigate.
I have two improvements that I think would make everything perfect:
1) have the "COUPON" be a link where you can see what the savings are or show what the discount actually is for the coupon. I see it above many parts but confused on what the savings are or if you have to copy a code or something like that.
2) have a FAQ or section that shows what others have asked about the part and where you can type in a question or provide feedback to other people's questions.

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with AmericanMuscle regarding your recent return of the RAM Clutches Grade Flywheel Bolts. We are disappointed to hear that there was a delay in receiving the Flywheel bolts.
We do show that you paid for the two-day shipping, and in reviewing the tracking, we are not sure why there was a delay in the delivery of the package to you as it left our facility on 3/2, and we do show the next movement shown was on 3/4 and the item was delivered 3/5.
For certain returns, the customers are charged for the return label. If there was an issue with the item, it is deemed damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped to you in error, then we do not charge for the return label.
Normally, the shipping is not refunded, when it is a customer's choice to return them item, meaning there was no damage to the item during transit. As an exception we issued you a refund for the 2 Day Shipping and that was refunded back to your original payment method.
