I accidentally ordered items to a previous address and requested to change tonthe correct address. I was denied and was told to cancel the order to receive store credit. Once I received my store credit, I was unable to use it and the tech people were unable to help. Such a big mess over a little mistake that I felt could've easily been corrected.
Whenever I need a part or something to add some style or power I look here first. Parts always fit. They are delivered quickly and intact. And the prices are reasonable!
I order a set of quarter window covers for my shelby gt500. I received them, the box said Kona Blue on it, yet they were black. I was getting ready for acar show. I had to send them back. Apparently I wont get a store credit until they receive the return and process it before I can use the refund to buy again! It was their fault. I believe they should have swapped them out for the correct ones as soon as I shipped them back.

I ordered over $5k worth of tires and rims, the tires arrived to the correct address but the rims were sent to some address in Pennsylvania (but they were all part of one order, not sure how that can happen). I wasn't notified of the mistake in any way except for an email notifying me that "your order has been refunded". Now it looks like I'll have a month delay getting the rims shipped to the correct address, in who knows what kind of shape, and in the meantime I have 4 tires stacked on my property waiting installation. A very disappointing experience for such an expensive order.

I had been intensely searching for a set of Rims to Replace my Carbon fiber set on my 2023 D-170. Mainly because I could Not find the O. E. M. Factory tires to replace what came on the car. After finding a Tire/wheel calculator to make sure whatever I purchased would have the exact same wheel revolutions as the O. E. M. Wheels, I set off to find a set of 20 inch rims that would actually fit my D-170! Which in itself was also a Feat? After finding something I hope I will be completely Satisfied with? I made a telephone call at 9 P.M. on a week night. I was surprised to have someone actually answer the call! When they did, I took it as a sign that my determination would rewarded? By golly I was correct in my assumption. In any case, a professional assisted me in my order, and I should be receiving it by Dec. 15?
I was confused how to get the correct color shirt. All 3 colors are on one page, but you have separate pages for each color instead of selecting color on same page where you select size.
Just got back from a long vacation and was having nothing but issue with the factory radio in my 2015 Dodge Challenger. So while on vacation was looking through the computer and found American Muscle and decided to see what they had. Found the same radio as mine which is what I wanted because of the feature that my radio has. Did not want an after market one, So I proceeded to call and the sales person was more than accommodating in answering my questions. Place the order. When I got back from vacation radio was waiting for me on my porch the following day placed radio in car and without doing anything other than put in security code radio came on all function worked and am happier than one can be. Great company to deal with will be doing more business in the future and would recommend and one to this company. Very patient customer relation team answer the most stupidest question one can ask. And are very polite. Money was very well spent for the product even cheaper then other sellers of the same product Tank you

I ordered oil catch can and it was great cause it had coupon but the one thing I didn't like is that you had to click add the coupon button yourself to get the discount which sucks if you think its arealdy applied and you miss out on it, besdies that it was smooth easy process.
