I had ordered a part for my husbands mustang for Christmas from another company. That company can't ship till 12/29 I called up American muscle and not only could them ship it the same day they so kindly price matched the other company!

I ordered oil catch can and it was great cause it had coupon but the one thing I didn't like is that you had to click add the coupon button yourself to get the discount which sucks if you think its arealdy applied and you miss out on it, besdies that it was smooth easy process.
You would sell more if you included a dimension sheet on your products. Dimensions would allow me to see if I could make a small modification for something to fit when it isn't available in the year i need. People with newer vehicles want dress up parts as well... seems like everything I want for my 2021 Mustang isn't available but it's always there for the late model vehicles. Sometimes I'm willing to make a small mod to allow it to fit but you never show any details so the only way to find out is to buy it and return if mod won't work.
Quite smooth looked and bough some stuff. Maybe is if there was videos of in the page AM page or sounds of the exhaust I would of bough it sooner. I did go to YouTube and found American muscle videos but the sounds literally were just a few seconds the rest of the video was about installing the part.
My boyfriend got a Mustang this year and really wanted to get some hood struts. He's had the tab open on his phone for MONTHS, so I decided to grab them for Christmas. Ordered a kit. Only received a partial of the order. 2 of the 6 pieces. Contacted you. Now I must send the 2 I have back in order for you to attempt filling my order again. I did my part. Ordered my item, paid for it. You had an issue on your end. Now it's up to me to get what I received shipped back before you can fill my order? I think that's very cheap. You should have filled my order. It's a $65 cam tool set. You got paid, now I have an issue. Not what I expected from past orders from you.

In addition, after speaking to a customer service rep, they said they did not guarantee a refund which is ridiculous.

I have located your order and see that you have been provided with multiple estimated ship dates, the most recent one being 2/13-2/17. Please keep in mind that this item could very well ship prior to that date, and we will keep you updated if it changes. I also apologize for the confusion with the customer service representative. She meant to advise you that you are welcome to cancel it if needed, but we will have to send a request to the supplier for them to cancel it in their system as well. Once confirmed, we can proceed with the cancellation. Sometimes we send that request and find out they shipped it without providing us with tracking, and when that happens, we cannot refund you until we process a return instead. Tried several times to get coupons to apply and an agent tried too. And they do not, the even show applied and the price does not change. I have been trying for a week and so over it, only bought because items were most wanted on Christmas list.
