Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround and neat installation

I was told one delivery date and signed up for text updates but never received any. I could see online that the order had arrived in my hometown. After several calls to customer service I was told it would arrive in 3 days but still no texts or emails as to the time. Finally reached a recording that said between 6 and 10 but not if it was am or pm.

Ordering and shipping was an easy experience. Waiting to install before evaluating the product.

First class assistance from the first phone contact to the last. Installation was very difficult for our cellular shade. Requires watching YouTube videos and an extra set of hands.

The order and shipment took much longer than estimated. When the shipment finally arrived the header for the double blind was damaged and bent. It was painted over so I know that it was not damaged in shipment and there was no damage to the shipping container.

I ordered samples first before choosing colors. The samples arrived very quickly, which helped me decide what to order. Blinds came quickly for being custom made to my sizes. Very happy, will buy from them again!

Blinds look great but one of them will not level out. One side higher than the other.

The blinds were easy to order even for my replacements that our dog chewed in a lightning storm. This is my third order and have been pleased my the look and the weight of the blinds. I have other rooms to order later on.

The spring on the roller part broke and unfortunately the company had to send a whole new shade and not just the needed part.

I was expecting a more sturdy product. I purchased blinds from another online company for another home a couple years ago and they were so much nicer. I couldn't remember the name of the company so I just picked one which was American Blinds. It was a bad choice.

Received order promptly within 3 to 4 weeks; however, not all mounting hardware was not provided and one vertical fabric blind was received torn.

It was easy to order, with many size options available. Shipping was prompt and the product quality was great.

This is the second shade that broke, the first one was under warranty, so the second one I had to purchase. I purchased all my shades for my entire house in 2017, I just hope I don't have anymore break.
