Replaced blind

We've purchased 12 blinds for our new home. We love them.
Unfortunately, the tension on one of them broke.
I called and the customer service person was extremely understanding and helpful.
First, she tried to help me to get it working again but that didn't help. So she simply created and order to replace the broken shade.
