Just purchased from B&H Photo for $269 after Amazon refused to take that after it was the price on page before I signed in. I got the phone code and signed in but it went to a different page where the price was $355. I went to customer service, Went through Customer Chat, spoke (via chat) with two customer service reps requesting assistance. Was told that maybe price would go down.
I asked Yusef to get Supervisor or Manager and was told that they would simply tell me the same thing.
One of the biggest reasons they got so big and have done so well was their great customer service. Sadly, it seems to be getting worse and worse every year now.

I had a bottle of almond milk, that still had 6 months left until it expired, have black mold scattered all over the inside.
I've had frozen foods placed in bags without any ice packs, so that food is at risk of being old.
I've had bags of carrots that were ripped open somehow, and scattered in the bag.

After I noticed my almond milk go bad a few days ago, I've officially had it with them and just don't trust any of their products. I'll stop being lazy and go to the grocery store to make sure I'm picking up good quality products. And no, the grocery won't be Whole Foods, because they've severely decreased in quality (I've had the same moldy cheese problem with an item I purchased in Whole Foods). I think it's just an Amazon issue - since they took over Whole Foods.
The only PRO about Amazon Fresh, is they are good about allowing you to return and get a refund for these mistakes they make. But it's VERY inconvenient.
They have a large store with many products, though often it's the cheap plastic junk and not the quality goods. And to top it off, their prices are no longer better than many alternatives. That said, they have a wide variety, and their shipping usually is reliable.
Their web services are top notch, albeit a bit pricey.
Jeff Bezos is a trouble-maker though. I don't like supporting him when I can avoid it. I have no problem with him gaining wealth, but he wants to buy up lots of media lately. That could be concerning.
So most of us know Amazon by now. I ordered several different brands of disposable surgical masks on amazon recently. I work in a hospital and before the pandemic I was use to good quality surgical masks. Most of the ones; however, I have ordered from Amazon have been junk. Very thin even though they advertise 3 ply and several also had straps break the moment you put them on. If you can find surgical masks at a local store instead of in-line you'd be better served. Shipping didn't take long on most of them. A week or so.
Once they have your credit card info they hit your account with small amounts for things you did not buy. They know that most people don't review their bank statements so they don't notice these small charges or are just too lazy to dispute it. Don't be stupid and lazy. Avoid buying anything from Amazon. Jeff Bezos make 321 million a day (this is not a misprint) stealing from stupid lazy customers.
Still waiting for amazon fresh- 5 hours late no food in the house the before Thanksgiving. Everything closed and I am handicapped without a car! Thanks for nothing!
I will do 5* good video review I have written instructions for deliveries of my Amazon orders that clearly state all orders must be placed inside the back porch and not left on the front steps due to a neighbor who steals our mail.
Sad to say but not only the Amazon Prime drivers, but UPS and USPS drivers can't seem to be able to read simple English or follow a customer's request for delivery. In the past 3 months only ONE out of ten orders have actually been placed inside the back porch. One order was left in our driveway during a heavy rain.
I have called Amazon, I have done online chat with Amazon and repeatedly been told it won't happen again. Yet it continues to happen.
It was the day before Thanksgiving and I ordered my groceries 7am. I chose the two hour window of delivery time 10am - 12pm. I followed the app as they were packing my order and then sent it out for delivery. I kept watching from my front window for them to show up. At this time it was past 12pm - no driver ever came. I tried to contact the driver and was immediately disconnected. Then I went back to my order on line just to read that my groceries had been delivered at 11:59am. What a joke! I never received anything. When I tried to contact Amazon fresh I was transferred around more than 5 times and had to explain my situation over and over when all they had to do was read the notes. Then I was transferred again. One rep told me that she couldn't see what was wrong but that Amazon Fresh was having technical issues. I was offered my money on a gift card. I paid with my debit card and said if I had to get a refund that I wanted it put back the way I paid for it. I was then told that it would be credited within 10 days to my debit card. I informed them that I needed the product and why no one could tell me where it was? I had to get a Supervisor on the phone to tell me that I needed to wait an additional 6 hours for the delivery that it would be delivered sometime today! If I do not receive it then I would have to call back for a refund. That is a total of 8 hours waiting for a guaranteed 2 hour delivery and possibly still no order. I will never use this service again!
I bought some stuff for my family, they offered to deliver in 3 days but they actually delivered on 6, didn't receive any notification from them or UPS. They should be notified if they have a delay or any kind of problem.
I had returned a product to Amazon on 5th Nov 2020. It has been 20 days now and even after having complained 5 times, Amazon is not able to tell me the status of refund. Every time I call and complain, they request to wait for 3 to 5 working days. It is really a very bad experience as a regular customer of Amazon. They despite having so much advanced technology, are unable to know the history of transactions, records of product movements and are unable to event know the history of complaints raised by the customer. Hope atleast now, Amazon shows curtsey of calling me and resolving this issue.

I have, like so many of you, been a prime member for many years. I spent 3 years writing thorough, detailed reviews AND lengthy, detailed videos to showcase various products. 3 years of time and effort for what I thought, was to help others make good purchase decisions. This took tons of effort but I truly enjoyed it.
Oneday I get an email telling me my privileges have been restricted due to violating their policies. I inquired as to what exactly I had done wrong as I have never ever written a fake review in my life, I have never received compensation, and only ever provided my honest opinion. My response was sorry we can't tell you that just that you violated our policies. A day later all my privileges are reinstated a day after that taken away, then reinstated, then partially taken away, then fully reinstated, this occurred 6 times over and over. Then finally after a month of everything fine, ALL my reviews and hard work erased and I was banned from Amazon. Again when I asked why I received no explanation. I have now been banned for years, I am not allowed to write any reviews or ASK any questions. I have been a prime member since 2012 and this is how you treat your customers?. I have tried to contact customer service and get no response. I was finally stripped of full privileges because I asked a question, why. I took years out of my life to try to better your marketplace before you were trying to take over the world, yes Besos actually wrote his goal was to do this. Ii was one of the many who actually cared about reviews and I started with a 1 million place ranking and got up to 300. I LOVED doing this and you took everything away and this was completely unjust and unwarranted. I will now be filing a complaint with consumer services if they care. Shame on you for thinking you can treat people like this.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
