Order " 3 " Hamilton Beach can opener's, which were priced at $29.85 each, and showing free shipping, on buying even just one, although they usually have a shipping charge on orders under $50.00, my order was for $89.55 on the 3 can opener's, which they charged me $11.69 in shipping and handling
Amazon has been around for a while and I've been a long time subscriber of Amazon Prime. Recently, I've noticed more Third-Party seller which are honestly crap.
Those third party seller makes it feel like i cant trust amazon anymore. Whenver I purchase anything now, I make sure its sold and shipped by Amazon. No need to deal with those third party which makes returning junk hard.
However, as much as the third party is absolute garbage, I can reliably rely on the support team to resolve any issue I have. I've been refunded when the third party has rejected the refund. Amazon Customer support is top notch with making sure that the customer is fairly treated.
Lie, get the money, bogus reviews, poor declining customer service, rarely hitting delivery times, and I have helped ruin the retail market by purchasing from them, I will stop
I have used amazon for longer than 10 years and have had no problems. I ordered from amazon at least 15 times a week and everything arrives fast and in perfect shape, with good prices. I highly recommend shopping from amazon, you will be more than happy with your purchase.
Since I started using Amazon Fresh in September 2020, I had nothing but problems. On three occasions without any notice, I didn't receive my delivery. Almost every order I had something and their customer service is flat out awful. Find a local delivery supermarket, because you receive better customer services and you are supporting your local community. Remember, you get what you paid for.

You still can't beat Amazon Prime! For most items, I'll always look on Amazon first for pricing or availability. But I will say lately there's more junk brands. I don't even buy anything I ingest or put on my face/body due to horror stories about things being expired and their lackluster sorting of inventory - from who its from. But everything else, I still buy on Amazon. Stellar customer service.
What Amazon has done to me and my grandson is disgusting. My grandson asked me for something for Christmas. I immediately went to Amazon to purchase it. Being 65 it's better I buy online then visit stores during Covid19. I received emails from Amazon 1.) on Dec 1st, order confirmation. 2.) on Dec 7th, my item has shipped and I should expect it by Dec 8th. After a few days waiting for item to arrive I started contacting Amazon. From one customer service (CS) rep to another rep, then supposedly one cs team leader to another cs team leader, I got the same answer they don't know what happened to my grandson's Christmas gift. They kept telling me that they can no longer give me my item I payed for and was told I would receive it proof of emails received by Amazon. I tried all over the web to find Amazon's Executive contact information. I called the executive office's where they would not give me any executive to talk to about my problem. I sent emails to a few executives but no answer as of yet, jeff at amazon being one of them. The only thing I can see is that when I purchased my item on Dec 1st it was selling for $129.99, now it up to $400.00. They must have seized my item to make more money selling it to someone else. How much more money does Jeff Bezos and Amazon want to make? So beware when Amazon screws you no one will help you.
It seems that Amazon keeps getting worse all the time. Too many times now that I've recieved the wrong item from them. Their prices are easily beat on most items also. They used to be competitive but like many businesses will do is get a customer base going by offering competitive pricing, then start raising prices. It's too bad how far downhill they've gone.
It's now the fourth time in a row, no joke, that they deliver my ice cream completely melted. I've complained and escalated it every time and nothing... have tried different times and different days and same results
Twice, that I've caught it, I've been charged shipping on orders over $100. You look at it when you order it & shipping goes away. BUT if you look after the delivery the shipping IS charged. They've refunded it both times, it's just the hassle to get it back & I wonder how many I missed before. 17.95 one time & 34 the other...
My last 3 deliveries were either missing half of my order or I just received someone else's groceries. What irritates me to no end is Amazon's customer service! All they will do is issue a refund (which takes 3-5 buiness days) and blurt out the same old, "this won't happen again". There's no way to complain to the local warehouse or even the driver. So this crap keeps happening over and over. I'm done! How they keep screwing up this badly is beyond me.
TWO BAD EXPERIENCES IN ONE WEEK FIRST A RETURN WAS RECEIVED BY AMAZON BUT THEY DID NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT AND IT TOOK A LOT OF MY TIME TO GET SOMETHING STARTED AND NOW THEY WANT A TWO WEEK DELAY TO DO THE CREDIT NOT THEIR PUBLISHED POLICY 7 DAYS IS THEIR POLICY AND AN ORDER THAT CAME TODAY WAS FOR 10 SHEETS OF FOAM BUT ONLY ONE IN THE BOX AND IT WAS DAMAGED SO NOW I HAVE TO GO TO UPS. WHO CHECKS THESE ORDERS? BOZO SUCKS BUT HE SPELLS HIS NAME DIFFERENTLY.
Great as always. Recently I bought a waterproof mattress protector cover on amazon.com. This cover will easily be usable in all seasons. I love the zipper on it.
I keep Prime for the music (although the music app is very glitchy, but the access to music is why I keep it) and video streaming, but the shipping included is horrible. Now that they've switched from USPS and UPS to 'Amazon Logistics' I've had many orders (mostly food which I need the most!) get delivered to the wrong address and subsequently go missing (so probably were stolen). The only way customer service deals with these problems when I bring to their attention is issue refunds. I was buying food from Amazon exclusively due to the pandemic but they seem unable to deliver successfully anymore. I think it's absolutely unacceptable! In fact the last 3 food orders I placed with Amazon (prime pantry, Whole Foods) were misdelivered and then lost or stolen. My apartment address is not difficult to access or confusing; other shipping entities have had no issues with it in the 10 years I've lived here - only Amazon.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
