I had an order sent to my daughter that was to be delivered tonight. The delivery inatructions were to go in the door, up the stairs and leave it at the first apartment door. The driver decided to leave it at the beer drive thru which was closed because its sunday! He never sent me a question about it, he just did not deliver it! At my own residence my instructions are to leave it in the screen door since we have a lot of package thieves in the neighborhood. The drivers just throw the orders on the front porch in plain sight of whoever goes buy. I planned on spending hundreds of dollars on christmas gifts through amazon but now i dont know if i will.

Don't rely on any reviews of products from Amazon. The reviews all originate from paid advertisers. The reviews are all skewed to their third party product providers. It's sad that you can't trust a company that provides a good service to provide product reviews that are reliable. A lot of reviews "trick" you into buying inferior products at inflated prices. You could do yourself a favor and review the product on an independent site and then check prices on sites other than Amazon.

Im usually happy for businesses to scale but not at the expense of recurrent customer frustration. Customer Protection groups need to step in to curb Amazon's disregard for customer complaints which have fallen of deaf ears. Their 1st line call centre staff are poorly equipped to solve any customer issues. They're only able to (via some ticketing system) write to Account Reps who are the ones supposed to be equipped to profer any tangible help. These Account Reps who are supposed to acknowledge and address customer problems within their own prescribed 24-48hrs never get back in touch with the customer. This has been my personal problem which has gone on for a few weeks unresolved. Amazon is virtually exhibiting monopolistic tendencies that the world should be afraid of. Too Big To Give A Damn! Been waiting for a tent for two months. They deliberately lead me to believe that it would arrive on the 30 of oct. It did not. Now it cost me over 200.00 and they will not give me back my money. Paid with a gift card and i have no refund. This is the 2 of November. There is not phone number to call anyone and i found a *******810 number but no one answers. I will never do business with them again. Other items were of poor value and some were even missing parts. I'd rather do without.

Long time Amz shoppers and WF since 1994. Needless to say it's been an adjustment to Amz owning it. Now with delivery I'm just about done. The app is clumped together with regular Amz making it hard to navigate. I have the hardest time finding my shoppers completed list. They never communicate replacements or ignore requests. I get notified of items out when the person is already checked out. For the entire summer of 100+ heat they did not notify me of delivery completed so perishable groceries say in get for 1.5 hrs one time and 2 hrs another. Not a text, knock or doorbell. I hate shopping WF now. I make a point to not shop here except for very specific items that are just here. It's just too stressful and headache inducing otherwise. Hate it just hate it. They ruined a great company.
