My experience with Amazon's customer service was dreadful. I recently made an order on Amazon. Amazon placed my account on hold as they thought the order might have been from someone else hacking my account. No issues with that, I appreciate them trying to protect me. I do wish they had reached out first though to see if I had placed the order, that was the first problem. Their account people sent an email and asked me to send in a credit card statement proving the credit card I used was mine. I did so, but was told they needed more information. I was not told what type of information they needed or where to provide said information. They also told me not to create a new account during this process.
I reached out on numerous phone calls to customer service. They told me all they could do was to submit forms to the Amazon account team, but they had no phone number to call or other way to contact them. When I spoke to floor managers (I called numerous times) none of them were able to do anything else. When I asked to speak to their boss, I was told they did not have a phone number or a way for their bosses to be contacted. Obviously, either Amazon is so laden down with red tape that their customer service is unworkable, or they were lying to me, or both. The managers and the account team must have phone numbers. Also, I was told by customer service to create a new account, even though that would mean I have to pay for a new version of prime, and the account team specifically told me not do so.
As a prime member, I have been locked out of my account, thus paying for a service I do not have. My prime account is set to automatically renew later this month, so if the problem is not fixed by then, I will have to take legal action. It is very pathetic that Amazon cannot provide even mediocre customer service. Horrible experience and I will be shutting down my prime account and finding other vendors due to their total disregard for customers.
All of the products are fresh and authentic. Received well packed groceries and food that is very appreciable. Delivery comes prior to the expected time. Impress with the Amazon Fresh service.
I ordered 15 items on Amazon fresh that were suppose to be delivered between 7 and 9 pm. They only came around midnight with 4 items out of 15 plus 2 items that I didn't order nor I did to see them in my house because of a strict diet.

Had the exact lights I needed. Easy to order. Delivery was fast. Only negative Is shipping and handling was as much as my purchace. However I will order here again because of the positives. I want what I want when I want it. Simple as that.
Amazon has been going downhill for a few years now but today it's absolutely ridiculous wit the constant separate deliveries, broken cheap products imported from China, 3rd party sellers who won't answer when there's a problem. The site is a complete joke these days and I'd love to see some other company take over Amazon's spot. A company who respects their customers and has good delivery.
I wanted to do an update to this review and let everybody know how Amazon is now dealing with packages that are not being delivered. Where I live, we have an extremely bad problem of Amazon, delivery, drivers, leaving our packages in the public lobby, or even outside of the apartment building where people would walk right up and steal it. Things that are chained down get stolen so of course a shiny Amazon package will to be stolen. This is still happening so much so that I have included special instructions not to leave packages in the lobby as they will be stolen. Despite leaving instructions and warnings for Amazon delivery drivers, most still leave it in the lobby where it gets stolen. I had this issue the other day and because the delivery driver messed up. I had to wait two days before I could even inquire about getting a refund or my package just re-sent back out. Amazon wouldn't call me about this, no, I had to call them. I am the customer after all, and I am chasing them around for mistakes that they have made on their end, but yet I am being punished as a customer because of their mistakes. I had to wait 48 hours before I could speak to anybody concerning a return and then after 48 hours I was able to either ask for a refund or have it resent back out, which is going to incur more waiting time and therefore being punished for Amazons mistakes. I was taken aback when I found out how many hoops I would have to jump through to get my product re-delivered or refunded. All because Amazon delivery leaves parcels in public lobby and parking lots where they get stolen. Like I said, in the beginning of this review, Amazon has gone downhill extremely quick and at this rate, I can't expect them to be doing very well in six months time. Hopefully changes will come about that will be the best regard for the shopper.
Amazon is a great site they offer everything you could think about in one shop. But the prime membership is absolutely pointless. They have you for a service that is not honored. Prime is guaranteed 2 day shipping, i have a huge problem with the fact that i ordered 5 items and was told that they would arrive within 2 days or placing the order then the day before delivery was suppose to be made the change the delivery date which pushed the item to not being delivered until 5-6 days later. Not acceptable for me. I needed these items for a business trip and i was not receiving my items on time after i had placed the order a week ahead of time. So i was forced to cancel my orders, and my prime membership, not wasting my money on a service that serves no purpose. Taking my money to Walmart or target at least you will get your item in time and on the spot.
I have shopped Amazon ALOT over the yrs between mine and my husband's account. Recently they claim suspicious activity from my account and will not allow me to post reviews AT ALL on the products that I buy with MY money. These are baseless claims. I've asked repeatedly why and what evidence they have of suspicious activity but they will not return an email with any explanation except a b. S. " refer to guidelines " email. I never broke any guidelines. Honest reviews are a vital part of online shopping. I was always honest. It makes me irate that my money is good enough for Amazon but my opinion on the products and service is not good enough and apparently not wanted.
Its been almost a whole three weeks since I send my item back and still haven't gotten a refund their return service is so slow I'm really mad I need my money now the fact I contact three people didn't help they all say the same thing "wait another week" like the heck smh I'm disappointed in Amazon love them for their shipping but beware of sending items back.
I have wanted to learn English for a long time but the way was not found, I was always lazy. It's been a long time since I discovered Daniel Welsch on YouTube and I watch all his videos. And this book, like its videos, make learning English easier, more attractive to consolidate or improve your knowledge. I recommend it to everyone.
I've ordered a few items on amazon and most if not all are disappointing specially when products are advertised to be coming from the western countries yet when it arrives most if not all comes from china which are mostly made of very cheap material and very poor quality and poor standards... needless to say amazon put me off online shopping altogether!

Luckily I understand a little bit about the product they are selling and I realized the fraud. Imagine how many people are getting purposely deceived by Amazon. I could by this product cheaper elsewhere but, naively I thought Amazon would be more reliable.
Now they are offering me as the only choice a refund... well first I promised a product as gift and I am not interested in a refund; secondly they are still selling this item and deceiving people in this scam. Even though Amazon claims your delivery will take several days, it typically only takes 3 days for package to arrive even without owning their Prime membership. This is one of the reasons I do online shopping on Amazon, rather than use other online shopping sites!
Since Amazon deemed themselves as a socialist supporter I canceled my account and they took all the movies I purchased. Don't buy from this den of thieves.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
