I purchased some Wild Blue Unakaba (labeled as crunchyroll brown rice on the receipt) sushi, and after eating for pieces, I discovered grey mold on every piece just above the rice. On the meat, on the avocado, all over it. Make sure you check every angle of your box before buying it.

27 minutes and counting on hold to resolve an issue that shouldn't take more than 5. As an Amazon Prime member I always try to choose no rush shipping so I can accumulate credits for renting movies on Prime. My balance went from $6.00 to $0 in a week when I never rented anything. Well it's 33 minutes and counting and still on hold without resolution.
Wish they'd have never opened an Amazon delivery in my area. Worst service ever takes up to 2 weeks going out on the truck before I ever get my packages. Amazon customer service is non-existent. Wish I could go back to UPS. We're spending up to $400 at Amazon a month we are now spending about $40 to $50.

Amazon fresh is a super convenient way to get groceries delivered but that convenience comes at a cost to food safety. It's fine for dry items but bread doesn't always fare so well. However the delivery model is broken. The drivers are taking a large number of households at once and so if you are unlucky to be near the end of the delivery line, your food is no longer frozen. Skip any frozen or temperature sensitive foods.
Luckily amazon is good about refunds but comes at a huge cost of food waste.
This is really worst experience I received from amazon. They have suddenly cancelled my order after 7-8 days. This is really unexpected things from top online shopping company amzon. Don't buy anything from amzon.

Started with lots of glitz and hoopla and a free can of water and has rapidly gone downhill since. Whole Foods, Mariano's, Pete's Market, County Fair? Too many other options.

LET ME START BY SAYING AMAZON HAS AMAZING PRODUCTS AND I AM A PRIME MEMBER AND LOYAL CUSTOMER. BUT DURING THE RECENT WINTER STORM UPS ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER ONE OF MY AMAZON PACKAGES BUT THE ROADS WERE TO BAD SO THEY SENT IT BACK TO AMAZON (A GIFT J ORDERED FOR MY MOM) SO AS USUAL I CONTACTED AMAZON TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT UPS SAID THAT I DIDNT GET MY PACKAGE. THEY THEN HAD TO DO A 3 DAY INSPECTION WHICH IS EXPECTED. IM NOT SURE HOW THOROUGH THEIR INSPECTION WAS BUT I DO KNOW THAT THEY NEGLECTED TO CALL UPS (THEIR SELECTED CARRIER) TO SEE WHERE MY PACKAGE WAS AND THEN DENIED MY REFUND. SO WHEN I ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISOR THEY DECIDED THAT THEY WOULD IN FACT CONTACT UPS BUT I STILL HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR ANOTHER INVESTIGATION AND THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE TO MAJOR COMPANY COULD DO FOR ME... SMH SOME COMPANY

I was skeptical but once I received the products I was happy with their conditions. I ordered 2 books a new and old one.
I have only used propane in order to avoid any bad fuel problems. Works like a dream. Slide the switch to "propane", choke, and pull one time. Started right up.
I had to order a few things in advance of a storm. Fresh, though often unreliable, had delivery times available so I made sure not to order anything that required refrigeration. When he arrived, I was outside to let the driver in. He yelled at me immediately and asked if there was an elevator, when I said no, he refused to deliver or even drop my food. My condo was, "too far from the parking lot"... all 100 feet. He said he doesn't do stairs. I offered to carry the groceries as well. He walked away and said he was rejecting my delivery. Customer service was no help. I could rebook for the middle of a snow/ice storm in two days or cancel.
No way would I have someone try to deliver during a dangerous storm. Fresh didn't care. Not about me or the person they'd be sending out in terrible weather.

The first time I ever used them was about 9 months ago. The food that came was just left at my front doorstep all over the place. Bread was smashed, bananas nearly rotten, and containers crushed. Given the weather, I decided to give them another try. This time my order was cancelled 6 hours before delivery. When cancelled, they didn't even give an explanation as to why it was cancelled. Amazon just needs to close up this portion of their shop.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
