Now the Giant Amazon is "MISTAKENLY" guilty by association to the most predatory payment system online...

I paid so much for my order and I was guaranteed that I would receive it on time but to my surprise, It was never delivered to me. I was notified 10 days later that it will be late due to mismanagement caused by pandemic. The truth is, they all just like to blame a virus for their own shortcomings. I want a refund!
I use Amazon.com all the time, and I love it. Very few times have my products never come, that being said they were by individual sellers, that didn't have that good of reviews anyway. The shipping is super fast, always coming a day or two after I order it. Amazon.com's customer service is good, and they are pretty helpful. Even through the pandemic, I still got things on time, and items are constantly being restocked. The review's are accurate on their products, and all the products that I have personally ordered have been high quality. Keep up the good work Amazon!

Prime costs $119 per year so you have to make sure you get your moneys worth. If you're not going to use it very much then it's not worth it. I live in an area where we used to have to drive long distances to get everything. People used to take a whole day of their weekend to do their shopping. A lot of time and a lot of money. So it has really changed our lives. BUT if you do prime you can't get sucked in to just browsing. If you don't know the brand you want do your hunting online, then go to Amazon and search for exactly what you want. When Amazon started it did not have so many products, and a lot of the products are now just junk. You absolutely must learn how to use the website! Spend some time and learn what they have. Don't immediately get sucked in to paying for extras, like their reading app, or movies, or music. Will you really use what they are offering, or does it just sound good. They recently got rid of one of the cheaper ways to buy food called "Pantry" and I used it a little but not that much, it did not have a lot of items that I use. Most of their cheapest stuff is on par with Kmart, so I don't want it. I want good deals on good stuff and that is just harder to find.
What I don't like is Bezos and the things that you hear about how they treat their employees. So I would prefer that they were a more socially responsible company, and environmentally responsible.
I am disabled. I ordered groceries from Amazon Fresh 4 different times, and they were never delivered. They have the worst Delivery Drivers, who don't follow instructions, because I left my apartment intercom number and my phone number in the driver instructions section.
I called Amazon Fresh to make a complaint the first time, and tried to trust them to deliver properly after that, to no avail. Same thing has happened 3 more times. Amazon Fresh Delivery service is NOT RELIABLE. Period.
Amazon Fresh has forces me to shop at Walmart, because they take EBT too now, so Amazon Fresh is not the only food delivery service that accepts EBT.

I have been a customer for two years. I received every product on time and also in good condition. Discounts are also good. Compare sellers wisely and read reviews and also be prudent about the products you choose from the list and you'll be satisfied.
I got notified that my delivery arrived, the postman normally leaves it at my door but Amazon Fresh seems to use a different form of delivery than Amazon Prime. Costs $10 extra to pay a random driver to leave broken wet boxes in front of your building and calling customer service to report the driver I was told that they cannot contact a driver after the delivery is finished. I got my refund but the service was such a disaster I have to let it be known, DO NOT USE AMAZON FRESH, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY STANDARDS FOR THE DRIVERS THEY HIRE. THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR ORDER OUT IN THE RAIN TO BE STOLEN.
My wife and I love hazelnuts, and from time to time, she would buy a four-pound bag under the brand name " We Got Nuts " on the Amazon website. The last bag she received was a big surprise. All nuts tasted stale, and many were bitter, rotten, or covered with mold. She wrote to Amazon asking to send them back, and Amazon refused to accept them. After that, she wrote a review describing the poor quality of the product. Unfortunately, Amazon declined to post her review, saying that it was misleading.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
