I have been using fresh since the pandemic and it's been terrible. I have constantly had missing items. I'm not sure if it's the packers or drivers. I m totally over it, they need to do better. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Just pitiful!
Amazon is a great online purchasing webpage. You can buy practically everything you need on Amazon such as electronics, books, toys, furniture. Even food! Every time I need to buy a birthday present I go straight to Amazon. GREAT SHOPPING BUSINESS!
Okay so as a warning, stay away from this card. Unless you have the funds to pay it off in full every month you will be hitched to debt forever. I just paid it off in full ($1540) and I am planning on charging then paying off a small debt of $25 on the account every month just to piss them off. Besides the regular balance I was paying towards I was also paying towards interest on a $300 purchase and they didn't apply my payments to that debt but instead they only applied a few dollars to it. Once the six months expired, the interest rate for the $300 hit like a hammer. Also, late charges: I heard they charge upwards of $30.
This card is meant to lure people with poor to fair credit in and keep them in debt forever, They tank your credit rating even if you are paying on the card. Just a heads up.
Just an FYI for shoppers. If you do not receive your product(s) on the date Amazon says it will be delivered to you... they will offer you a $50 credit... on YOUR NEXT PURCHASE! SO YOU HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO GET YOUR REFUND! A supervisor at Amazon named Jeff, is a condescending A$$HOLE. Amazon's delivery dates have become a joke. They do not deliver on the dates they promise delivery.
Recently, I found a website called tiresiat.com that allows users to ask for product reviews prior to make effective purshase: Basically, you ask for something or some goods you want to purshase and then people gives their opinions about that one with the experience they've got, the quality of it.
With this, the level of confidence in buying online is a bit more accentuated, like for Amazon.

Don't order from Amazon fresh. You will never receive the majority of the order and most of the time isn't delivered within the "window." I have never gotten a complete order. I called tonight as my order is over an hour late and talked to 4 different people to be told there was nothing they could do. This is the worst grocery service I have ever experienced. I could live with the late delivery; it's the fact I never receive so much of what I order, it's like they never stock their stores everything is always out of stock. Really? You are constantly out of milk. Because that is such an odd grocery item. Totally disgusted.
It's so easy to browse their website, everything is self explanatory. I highly recommend this site for anyone

I was charged $17.53 on my American Express for order #**************212 placed by someone on Amazon.com. Amazon alerted me that the mystery purchase was shipped to "Alex" in Redwood, CA. No last name of the recipient and no complete address. I called repeatedly and was told that they could not see what the purchased item was because the order was already cancelled on April 13th since their fraud team has identified the charge as a fraudulent charge. The item was never shipped and it cannot not be tracked. However I have a permanent charge on my credit card. The Amazon rep on the phone said that my charge would be reversed within 3 to 5 days. I replaced my American Express card. Today is April 22nd and I still have not been reimbursed. In fact, I paid the charge to American Express. I called again Amazon today and I was told that they are investigating the fake charge, but cannot tell me when they will reimburse me although the order has been cancelled on the 13th.
I keep receiving from Amazon emails asking me to evaluate their representatives on the phone and asking me if the problem has been solved. I thought that Amazon was a reputable online company, but apparently they must have grown very large and have no control over their internal business process. I understand that fraudulent charges can happen. However, Amazon has no right to charge me for an order that they cancelled and never shipped. I will not purchase from Amazon again because their business is not transparent.

I have been waiting for weeks for this delivery and to this point I do not know why the order is delayed. Amazon's website has twice had stocks of 16 lawnmowers but unfortunately none were allocated to me. This order was originally placed via Amazon Prime a week before the 8th of April, when the first batch of stock came in. Their website showed 16 items in stock. I was expecting my order to arrive but all the stock disappeared and not a word from Amazon! I spoke to multiple customer service representative and managers and none could give an answer why it could not be fulfilled. I was told to wait 48 hours. Which I did. But no delivery. I rang again and was told to wait another 48 hours, again no delivery...
Then I was told that my order could be fulfilled if I cancelled the original order and placed another for the same item. Reluctantly I did this but was told the new item was £33 more expensive!
Now several weeks later, after multiple phone calls and with the second stock of 16 lawnmowers fast disappearing, I still have no answer as to what is going on.
I always on Amazon for some stuff I forgot to buy at Walmart and Bestbuy. Also, I am on Amazon to buy some of the other things I can not easily get from somewhere closer. ( I love to shop on Amazon.ca)
They NEVER get you your stuff when they promised. Their promises are garbage. When you refuse to join Prime, they move your order to the bottom of the priority list. Wasting 7 days to fill your order, is typical. There prices are never as good as when you can find the items locally. Amazon is freq. Twice as expensive. After putting all your local mom and pop stores out of business they know you have few alternates. Any reasonable form of capitalism would not have to learn the destructive power of monster corporations again and again.
Amazon does not care. You are just a variable in the way of their profit-taking.
My only problem with amazon is that any time I write a negative review they refuse to post it. I don't use obscene language, just telling the truth about a product or service. So I wonder how many negative reviews there would be if Amazon actually posted all of them. I'm sure my negative reviews aren't the only ones not posted.
I have order an item from Amazon.com by Gift card and the seller Rarewave - Import an item from them Banacek season 1 DVD but I didn't receive it yet because I didn't receive no tracking and still waiting for it. I think it's a scam and Amazon.com don't care

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
