Very Sneaky

It's a shame that a company of this magnitude would stoop to little "tricks" for more profit. When I delete an item from my cart, delete the damn thing. Don't "sneak" it in my cart the next time I order which results in me canceling the entire order.
And when I ask for a refund, don't put it on a gift card that I didn't ask for. It should be refunded to the payment method I used to pay for the item.

It is a good place for any purchases. Delivery in USA is good but it is a little bit longer for other countries.
My last purchase was a book collection and it was a perfect timing.

Damaged property

A delivery was made by Amazon on June 19. The driver ran into a retaining wall on my property, damaged it, and left. I live in a rural area and there was no one else on my property that day.

I filed a claim with Amazon. It was fowarded to "ARC". They say that unless I was there to photograph the delivery as it occurred, they "must" deny my claim due to their policies. I was basically called a liar. Why would I do that?

The end result is that Amazon drivers can enter your property, damage it, and the customer is left to pay for repairs on their own... unless the customer stands watch over them. Delivery while you are away puts the customer at risk.

Amazon locked my account with over $300 in gift card balance, refuse to refund it, unlock my account or let me use it on another account. They will not even discuss anything with me. The richest man in the world needs money so bad he robs disabled people…

Retaliation

I'm experiencing retaliation for leaving a negative review on amazon fresh about a few items. After my negative, but honest review I wasn't offered someday delivery (a first) not only is my itrm coming tomorrow, but it's coming in the evening between 6p-8p. I can only imagine that this will continue until I find a different delivery service. After the negative review amazon fresh no linger wants my business imho

Getting much worse

Now I get "NO delivery windows available" (can't place an order & no info about when you CAN). While you wait for a window much of the items in your cart become unavailable altogether.

Air Wick

Don't buy air wick from Amazon. It's fake. I placed a review on amazon that it's fake and Amazon told me I can place that review. The reason they told me because they them self sell it. It's not some other seller, it's Amazon is selling. It does not work at all. I bought six refills but non of them works. Please don't waste your money while buying air wick from Amazon.

I've been using Amazon Fresh for well over a year now. In the beginning it was rare that anything would be missing or substituted. In the case of missing items the typical response after calling them was to send them out immediately I would usually receive them the next day if not the same day. Now it's very common for my items to be missing that I've been charged for. And when I call customer service now they're standard responses to issue a refund which takes 5 to 7 business days. They have gotten my order wrong now five times in a row. Which has been corrected through refunds while I reorder the groceries that I'm missing after hanging up. Often times items out of that order goes missing. I no longer recommend Amazon Fresh you will regret using them because you're going to end up having to go out and get your missing items or place another order which may end up missing as well. I tip very well it's not required but I usually triple or quadruple the suggested tip. This is not what I expect for paying a premium price.

Very disappointed

I have ordered first time from Amazon online. It is been more than one month I have cancelled my order I have not got my money refunded. Even customer service does not work to start with I thought it is fraud and I think it is right.

We've been ordering from Amazon Fresh since the pandemic hit. Amazon Fresh groceries have never been the caliber of local grocery stores but doorstep delivery was worth it, pretty much.

I've just discovered that since November 2022, Amazon Fresh has been charging me a tip that was never authorized.

Prior to November '22, the system never charged me a tip - I know that because we have placed over 100 orders since 2020 and a tip was never added by the Amazon system until November '22.

We always give a cash tip directly to the driver/delivery person and never (not once) have we authorized a tip when placing a grocery order on the website.

I never received any Amazon notification email, announcing that they would start auto-generating a tip for Fresh orders, and this was never told to me by any Fresh or Retail agent.

They are auto-generating tips based on a percentage of the grocery order, which the customer knows nothing about. The sudden site change was never noted to customers.

Additionally, as of February 2023, the previously "free" Amazon Fresh grocery delivery (for orders of $35 and up) has been changed to $150 and up (otherwise a delivery fee is charged). This, along with the forced tip situation translates into dropping Amazon Fresh. It really isn't worth it.

Originally, grocery orders from Amazon Fresh were thoughtfully packaged (using freezer bags + wrap for frozen and chilled items) but they are cutting corners in every way now, as they no longer use freezer packaging (many items are thawed and unsafe to consume).

Call center agents are located overseas vs. in the US. Prices are higher. Hidden charges. Forced tips. And new delivery charges - I'm DONE with Amazon Fresh! (And Amazon retail is getting a little old too).

Frozen gel packs and insulated, absorbent wraps keep frozen foods frozen with Amazon Fresh.

In March 2021 I applied for an Amazon Prime rewards card for the $100 Amazon gift card promo. Once approved you receive a card. After being approved they offer another $100 Amazon gift card if you spend over $500 I spent $2,740 on my first purchase. Shortly after in my Amazon account there were two listings in both for a $100 Amazon gift card When I received the gaming computer I purchased I realized it was damaged I was going to return I filled out the form but decided out of a need for a computer I decided to keep it I contacted them and told them I was keeping it I also noticed that the two $100 gift cards listed in my account were no longer there. I called Amazon support what a joke I was told the two cards would be mailed to me in a few weeks. A few weeks have passed no cards I called back I've talked to them over 8 hours since then on various days I even received an email saying y'all put the $200 and to my account. To this date I've talked to over a dozen people and to found the promo and we're going to restore my gift cards the rest from that point on just play games the one Amazon representative said that the sales person lied about the promo. Really it was listed on your home screen the hundred dollar promo for getting the card is now $150 but they can't find the $100 one from March or the hundred dollars for spending over $500

Has Gone Downhill

I cook a lot in general and also just started a cooking vlog channel so I order from Amazon Fresh multiple X's/wk. Had a REALLY horrible experience a month ago where they actually had to refund me the ENTIRE dollar amount for my entire order $230+. Everything was melting, crushed, smashed, overturned broken &/or almost spoiled. The WHOLE order. But lately nothing's as fresh. And the new thing they're doing now is sending me the message that ALL my items were available then I get the delivery and there are MULTIPLE MISSING OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS YET THEY HAVE PUT A COUPLE OF UNASKED FOR "EXTRA" ITEMS IN MY BAGS TO MAKE UP FOR THE MISSING OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS WHICH I NEEDED. FOR EXAMPLE, MY LAST ORDER IS MISSING 4 OR 5 ITEMS AND THERE'S EXTRA PACKAGES OF LITTLE DEBBIE SNACKS + STOUFFER'S FROZEN LASAGNA. At first, when this started happening, I thought I had some1 else's stuff BUT it's been occuring with all of my deliveries now. Like: OKIE DOKIE LETS JUST PUT THESE EXTRA ITEMS IN HERE BUT SAY NOTHING WAS OUT OF STOCK & THIS WILL MAKE UP FOR ALL THOSE MISSING ITEMS. THIS IS NOT COOL & DECEPTIVE PRACTICE. AND I DONT LIKE IT. TRY CALLING CS YOU WILL BE ON THERE WITH SOME REMOTE AGENT IN INDIA FOR NEARLY AN HR LIKE I WAS.

I am a long time Prime member, and I love Amazon in general, but Amazon Fresh is now on my list of "do not to use." I have an issue with my vehicle right now, so I decided to have groceries delivered. Because of my previous experiences with Amazon, I decided to use Amazon Fresh. Big mistake! First, the system changed the delivery time I selected to a later delivery time. Second, my groceries weren't delivered during the changed time frame, and I wasn't notified of that until the time frame had passed. Third, after waiting nearly 8 hours for my groceries to be delivered, I received a notification that my order had been canceled without any explanation as to why it had been canceled. I called customer service, and as usual the representative was very cordial and friendly, but that doesn't change the fact that now I have to figure out something else to eat for dinner and re-order groceries tomorrow because it's too late now to have them delivered. In the grand scheme of things, it's a minor inconvenience, but it's still an inconvenience. And tomorrow when I re-order groceries, I certainly won't be using Amazon Fresh to do so.
