I was the first person in line on July 22nd at Amazon Fresh in Login Circle. I explained that I was not tech inclined when they gave me the 100.00 in gift cards. The associate showed me how to put it on my app and I did but when I bought groceries it was still pulling money from my debit account. I called customer service and they disconnected from me the first time and the second time was absolutely no help. I went to the store for the second time and just like the first, was pretty much dismissed by the worker. The manger after the worker told me there was nothing they would do and that I would have to just take a lose. The manager then came over pulled to the side and asked what the problem was. I explained it to him and he said" the gift cards can only be used for online orders" I explained that that was not explained to me when they gave them to me and he said sorry there is nothing we can do about that. I definitely am disappointed in the way I was treated, I am disappointed in the way both the store and customer service handled this and I definitely believed that hade I been a different person, I would have been treated differently. I will NEVER go back into Amazon fresh.
I have been ordering weekly since April of this year. I found the service helpful due to lockdown. The service has taken a turn for the worse, probably around the time lockdown was lifted in SF Bay and people went back to their real jobs. Same time period, the name of my delivery man or woman is no longer given. When you have a question for the driver, you have to go through a third party either in Seattle or India. I can't say who is less sympathetic, the delivery drivers or the customer service who claim they will take care of your issue. Okay so my issue was "please do not leave my groceries in the lobby." The first time they were sitting there for 10 minutes because I missed the call. This time they didn't call. When I saw the alert that my order had been delivered I panicked and ran out of my unit thinking the worse. I don't trust Prime. I will not give Jeff Bezos another dime. I'll miss the convenience of having my groceries delivered but I need them to be delivered to my door as advertised. P.S. They accept tips. I have a hunch the drivers give better service to people who include tips on their orders.
Amazon can be a very good place to find literally anything but please don't believe the reviews everytime. There are hundreds of fake reviews on many, many products. The sellers hire people to then approach influencers or would be influencers and ask them to give a "5 star review" in exchange for the product and often a cash incentive. Now, I have gotten many good things from Amazon so you just really have to go with your gut. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!

I tried using Amazon fresh for first time today. Waited all day and then got a text saying they couldn't find the address so they returned my order. Screwed up my whole day. I get Uber eats and other Stuff delivered all the time. I will never use Amazon fresh again and I wouldn't recommend any one else to either. This is the first review I've ever written on any company cause I'm so upset with how they handled it.
Have been shopping online with Amazon with Prime, Fresh, and Whole Foods for 6 years. Always Quality- and if they - rarely - or one of their vendors slips up- Amazon Customer Service always, always makes it right. A life saver in cold winters, hot summers, and especially during covid.
Got perfect additions from my collection. I'm happy with my new older coins they are decently price. Granted price went up but they were available in a timely manner
Sellers from Asia will mark an item 'shipped' when all they've done is 'label created'; even when the item is not picked up by a carrier for weeks or months later; but once an item is marked 'shipped' you can't cancel the order, only return it, when you get it, maybe months later; and you can't demand a refund, until after the shipment due date, which is again maybe months later; in the meantime Amazon has had your money (to play with) for months; so when a shipment's due date is more than a month away, beware. And there is no way to complain about this practice to Amazon. Why do all this pointless shipping back and forth of items from Asia that are no longer wanted but not yet shipped (for real), ie picked up by a carrier?
I'm not a complainer. I let everything go but this I couldn't shake. 1st they gave me expired chicken broth didn't complain it's an accident. Meat was dripping blood into other packages of meat. I just threw it out. Second time they gave me moldy strawberries and I am highly allergic to mold. Still didn't complain. Same order My ice cream was melted and dripping. I couldn't complain about that because it hard to tell who's fault it was even though I met my driver down stairs to help them bring up the bags. 3rd times a charm though, my black berries were gooey and coming out of the carton didn't mind that much until I realized my cherries were all brown and damaged as if I was getting old food, to top it all off my meat was put in a bag with my fresh fruit and they were all touching not even individually wrapped all the way. They replaced my order for the next day from 10pm -11pm so I guess that helps…. I'm just over their poor service. Wish I had photos of everything.

I just got done talking to Pat Y. I wanted to informed you that he is an EXCELLENT customer service to work with (10 stars). He was so polite and nice. He went above and beyond and was very professional. He definitely knows his job/business. If I could, I would continue to use him for any online inquiries. His answer were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly about purchasing another pair of shoes.
Great hire manager. He definitely deserve a raise.
This site is a one stop shop basically. The only issue I had was how they charged one lump sum amount and as a shopoer I assumed that purchase were complete. I was sadly mistaken, and then the items were sent through one, by like one, and it off set my purchase and one item was returned after I charged off the card that I had used.
I've still yet to receive either of the two cash out gift cards or the e code for the gift card. One to Amazon shopping for $15.00 and other was $10.00. It's been 48 hrs. I figured I would've received an email by now.

I have been ordering on Amazon since 2006. I just attempted to submit a review of a product I ordered and was told due to suspicious activity on my reviews they were ALL deleted and I could no longer submit reviews. I only submit maybe a half dozen reviews a year and its been months since I submitted ANY review. No email from Amazon to let me know or question why. I notice they still allow me to continue buying on the site so they are happy to take my money. I am furious and sent off a note to them asking why. I have no clue as to what caused this although I suspect some outside forces at play. My reviews have always been relatively mild, mostly positive reviews; all within Amazon's guidelines. I use the ReviewMeta extension which tabulates for deleted reviews. I now see I can disregard this statistic as Amazon deletes valid reviews without questions. I am awaiting a response from Amazon.
Amazon Fresh is not in touch with today's plant base community who doesn't eat meat. When the store first opened up in my neighborhood, they had a great assortment of plant based products. But now, they rarely have the products I need. They do carry the traditional soy products like Tofu, TufuTirkey, etc but the new products like Beyond Burgers are out of stock at least 35% of the time when I'm looking to purchase them. They dont even have veggie pizza slices available to people who dont want meat on their pizza. Your only choice is a cheese slice. I usually purchase a slice, take it home, and add my own veggies. Overall, I will start taking my time and money back to Trader Joes now that Gestapo has left the building. I will say that was the initial reason for shopping at their new location, It's easier than driving to culver city and they weren't sweating me because I didn't cover up my nose with a mask. I will this, they should be great a delivery because they have a bunch of employees shopping all the time.
This power bank is great! It is light, it does not overheat, it is practical because it also charges tablets and cables are included. Its power is 10,000 mHA which allows you to charge even devices larger than a mobile phone. It is small, so it can be carried easily. It is worth five stars and I recommend it.

Their returns and refunds are inflexible. I have a brain injury so often just take the loss. Once they refunded $10 for a late cable.
But they twisted and rejected my claim for a car cover $170 not as described and months late. Their own system even said it was not delivered.

I am a single woman that has bone issues so to push a heavy cart with cases of water and things like that is very hard for me to do not that I can't do it but it's a struggle it's a challenge. Amazon Fresh is such a Time saver I get to pick out my heavy items as well as my all-time favorites. The best delivery slot is between 5:00 and 7:00am especially if you're off that day. You can get your delivery and go back to bed for a few hours! I love it! Items are packed with care I think it's great because I'm using my snap not that I haven't used my debit card before because I have but for the most part I use my snap and there's no delivery fee. Just be mindful when you're ready to order when it would ultimately be delivered. So I was looking on a Thursday particularly for Saturday morning delivery it always works out perfectly never never a fail and I think I've been ordering about a solid year already. I usually have two deliveries a month from them.
I planed to go to a Amazon Fresh physical store to buy something but I want to confirm whether it is in stock so I saw this phone number from Google and I called *******4331, after the call was connected, the customer service staff first confirmed my email and them ask my mailing address. I don't know why they want my address therefore before I confirm my mailing address with the staff I explained again to her that I just want to know if the store I am going to has the stoke I want, but the staff still insisted to check the address with me first. I gave her my address them she ask me what product I am looking for …. I described so hardly finally she found the product …. The whole conversation took me about 25 mins and at the end … you know what, she said she need to transfer my call to other staff …. Finally the phone transfer through…
Another staff repeated the details of the product again with me which is totally incorrect (wrong message from the previous female staff) …. Again, he said he need to transfer to Amazon Fresh …. I told him 「 I thought I dialed Amazon Fresh? He replied「 no, we are Amazon Fresh online」….
Them the male staff said he will transfer me to the physical store ( which he doesn't even ask me which store) and put me on hold for long wait (another 15-20min wait), At the end …. I got nothing but another toll free number …. It took me almost 1 hour for just want to check a local store phone number or local store stock information! I felt bad for Amazon as a royalty prime member, the Amazon fresh destroy customer's good impressions of Amazon :(

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
