I had received a gift card for amazon. So on Aug 23 I ordered some running shoes from Amazon. I put in my new mailing address, as my old address was on file in my amazon account. I paid the seller $125.15 for the shoes. I never received them. I contacted amazon on Sept *******@9am, I spoke to Mahmood an amazon representative, he was not helpful, asked for a manager was transferred to Jane, who said they would contact the seller and get back to me. I heard nothing back at all. On Sept 5 I contacted Amazon again, spoke to Raphael. Today 09-05-2021 at Washington DC 14th Street Store after I entered the store customer service lady said " You have to go back meet me around the gate if you not Prime you can't shop here this store is for select customer" please let me know your policy? " If you have cash you can shop you can't use your debit or credit card" As a financial advisor we educate customers not to cary cash this's digital age online banking mobile banking. I have noticed when they allow a lot of WHITE customers
Very disappointing
I just wanted to order the above from Amazon. The item is 95c but because it's ONLY sold In "Amazon FRESH" (mustard?), I have to pay $10 for delivery. I don't need it immediately so I searched to get it sent at a later date to reduce or omit the fee (Im a prime member), but there's not avoiding the shipping charge bc it's Amazon Fresh. Ridiculous. I had ordered 6 other items from regular Amazon so it could have easily been added to my other items but that wasn't an option. Even baby wipes and hydrogen peroxide is Amazon Fresh now, so the $1.57 peroxide will cost a total of $11.57 with the mandatory shipping fee! Unscrupulous!
I recently ordered some placements that didn't match very well with the rest of my decor. I put in a request for a refund and it was approved instantly. I was given a QR code and I just need to take my placemats back to a Kohl's store and they print the label, box the item and ship it back to Amazon for free. Very convenient, especially since I don't have a printer at home!

The last time I ordered groceries from Fresh there was no problem. They had all the perishable items in those insulated bags to keep them from spoiling. Imagine my stunned surprise this time when I found everything in regular paper bags. After a 2+ hour car trip, my ice cream was melted, the pizza was defrosted and bent, the sour cream was warm, and I don't dare take a chance on the raw chicken for fear of food poisoning. Who puts perishable food in regular bags for a car trip of several hours in the summer?! Amazon, apparently. I will never order groceries from them again. I never would have imagined that they would not pack the refrigerated things appropriately.
After I called them and complained they said they would give me a refund, but of course I'm out the time spent waiting for delivery, and I now have to go to the store and re-buy these things. It's a good thing I'm not quarantining. C'mon Amazon, get your act together.
These trendy gold rings came in a pack of 6 and look just as good as they do online. I bought them in a size 6 so that it could fit my first 3 fingers and they fit perfectly which doesn't happen often when i buy rings for my small finger size. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
I've been using Amazon Fresh and started off okay. Now they run late all the time. Had to throw out a order because I fell asleep before it arrived. Next order was supposed to be delivered between 5-7 and wasn't loaded to be delivered until after 7.

May 17th 2021 I purchased a Dell Insperion and a HP Chrome book. The Dell laptop would not hold a charge. I sent the Dell back to Amazon which was a mistake because a third party was the seller. Seller agreed to buy it back. I paid $753.52 for the Dell and $426.51 for the Chrome book. Amazon issued a refund of $476.51 the price of the Chrome book instead of $753.52 the price of Dell the returned computer. After 3 months and several phone calls the difference of $277.01 has not been issued. I was put on hold for a hour and a half two days ago only to be hung up on.My next option is to call a local TV
Station for help in getting my refund back. I have spent thousands of dollars with Amazon the past year but would not recommend them to anyone.
I got my order but some things were not correct. After some hassle I was able to get a resolution. This is why i give them 3 stars
I really enjoy this service better than any other site simply because your are fast and have so many options to choose from
I love Amazon! I've been a loyal customer for over 6 yrs. And they are one of the very few companies that have great customer service. Returns are super easy to request, product or delivery complaints are taken seriously and their customer service agents are friendly and patient. Other companies need to really mimic Amazons awesome customer service!

I've been using Amazon Fresh since the start of the pandemic. Super easy to order and delivery has been great. Well except the one time the delivery person trapped me in my apartment by stacking all the heavy bags and water against my door! I was not happy.:-(
The one thing I think Amazon MUST do is text me when my order has been delivered. How hard is that? Instead I get an email. Who is checking their email every minute? Amazon does send a delivery Notification to my phone but it's ONE hour after delivery. Meanwhile all my perishables have been sitting outside the whole time. I still recommend. Just let me know delivery has occurred when it occurs.

Never use this. I have been up an extra hour and a half on a Sunday night waiting for my groceries only to have the order cancelled. Oh and by the way they won't deliver it for another two days if I want to keep the order. Oh and by the way if you get a refund, it takes 3-5 business days. Give it up Amazon. You suck in this arena.
I'm trying to login and they say we don't recognize that imail i have order before and this happens all the time. Most of the items they sell here at amazon don't work, they come defective. I don't have time to be sitting here all day. Don't reccomend
I have ordered from Amazon Fresh 2 times. The first time they brought me items that were expired. This time I ordered at 10AM for a 5-7 delivery. At 7:20 they sent an email "Unable to Deliver". You can be sure I will not order from Fresh again. It's a rotten service.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
