Iscriviti a Prime per avere la consegna gratuita! Così recita Amazon, ma in realtà la consegna gratuita è solo su una piccola parte dei prodotti acquistabili su Amazon. Ma ciò che è peggio è che chi non è cliente Prime viene di fatto ingannato da Amazon a iscriversi a Prime (almeno la prova gratuita, che però dev'essere annullata entro 30 giorni dall'iscrizione altrimenti poi diventa a pagamento) poichè, al momento dell'acquisto di un prodotto che ha spese di spedizione, compare un messaggio che invita a iscriversi a Prime per risparmiare quelle tali spese di spedizione. Ad esempio se la spedizione costa 5,99 €, compare il messaggio con scritto che si risparmiano 5,99 € di spedizione con Prime. Tutto ciò è palesemente falso, poichè la consegna gratuita con Prime è possibile solo su determinati prodotti e non su tutti, e infatti dopo aver iniziato la prova gratuita a Prime ho comunque pagato quelle tali spese di spedizione... che Amazon però mi suggeriva di risparmiare iscrivendomi a Prime! Inoltre, per quanto riguarda i film e le serie tv presenti su Prime, di sicuro non c'è la stessa scelta che c'è su Netflix, e molte serie non sono nemmeno doppiate in italiano, mentre diversi film (soprattutto se vecchi) sono pure reperibili su YouTube o Dailymotion.

Tried to contact Amazon to investigate mysterious Amazon charges to my credit card. Spent hours talking to different people and being placed on hold. They spoke in circles and did nothing. Stunningly horrible customer service. Also, tried using Chatbot, e-mail, etc. initially and those methods were useless (no-reply e-mails) and a chatbot that shuts down the conversation instantly and without warning - no resolution.

Amazon Fail

I have been an Amazon Fresh customer for over two years now.
1/2 the time, the food is spoiled or rotten and the other half, I am missing food items or they put items in that I didn't even order.
Then lets talk about how they stuff the bags to the point where the bags are too heavy to pick up and the bags are ripped, or it's 1 item per bag. Totally sloppy.
On the other side, I was an Amazon Fresh shopper and they just give you a cart and a smart phone with the order app and send you on your way. You have 30 minutes or less to fill an order. No one's helping you pack the bags right and no one's checking your order before you put it on the shelves for the drivers to pick up. Very messy all around.

This once great company has gone down the toilet

Amazon and it's products have just gotten worse and worse over the past few years, no to the point that all they sell is garbage. I was an Amazon customer for years, and subscribed to most of their services, but after my recent experiences I am done with Amazon for good. The last five items IO have purchase have all been garbage and had to be returned. Amazon's "Support" is a joke. These clowns have no idea what they are talking about. I had a support person tell me to press the mute and volume down on a remote that doesn't exist, the idiot was suppose to be helping me with a Fire TV Recast, there is no remote. If ou want to waste your time and money on these losers, thats on you, but they will never make another dime off of me.

I am so pissed that I'm not going to write the full story delivered to the wrong address all my food was open. And when I want to say that I want to blame the people who open the food without looking at the tag and name that it belong to. It all comes down to being Amazon's fault it was the driver who made the mistake and it was a driver who works for Amazon. I'm getting a refund but now I have to wait God knows how long before I can get money back from groceries this is unacceptable worst delivery company ever. And that's not even talking about the other drivers from other products too many mess ups.

Undelivered whole order

While I placed an order months before on fresh I was delivered in a very timely manner. This order was placed 9-11 hours before my specified delivery time frame and they never delivered. I even stayed up late waiting and contacted the driver. This may be due to employment shortages, but I was very disappointed since the items were needed for breakfast for my kids before school. Not a pleasant customer experience this time. Rescheduled today so hopefully it is on time, otherwise I will not be using this service any longer.

We are being ripped off alot by AMAZON FRESH'S $15 DELIVERY CHARGE EVEN THOUGH ITEM IS < $15.00 AND EVEN THOUGH WE ARE EXISTING AMAZON PRIME CUSTOMERS.

IT'S $10.00 FOR DELIVERY AND $5.00 FOR THEIR OPTIONAL TIP (I OBVIOUSLY DISMISS THIS TIP AS I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS $10.00 DELIVERY CHARGE)

I CALLED AMAZON AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS BUT I GOT PEOPLE FROM PHILLIPHINES WHOSE LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE POOR AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME.

I CANNOT GET THE PRODUCT ANYWHERE ELSE.

Amazon Fresh used to include bottles of frozen water to keep items that needs to be kept cold, and frozen items are delivered in freezer bags. This is no longer the case. For the last 5 deliveries food has been arriving at room temperature at best. I'm talking about meats and diary products that nee to be kept cold. I make sure pick up the items as soon as they are delivered, so it's not because I leave my food at the door for hours. I don't think I can order from Amazon Fresh anymore especially if it is food items that need refrigeration. Very disappointed

Every time something was missing, minimum 2 items. The last delivery was a joke. The ice cream was packed just in the paper bag and travelled to me 2 hours (my address was the last in the delivery route). Never again. Will sacrifice my time and go to the grocery. It will be cheaper and healthier to my nerves.

After so much search i decided to buy Zoook Rocker Thunder XL 50 watts. Sound is too good. Knobs for treble and bass are working more than i expected. Remote is just working fine and the EQ mode is really very good with Jazz, Pop, Rock, Soft and Normal option. So far i have not checked the mike, assuming that also works fine. This is the beast for in-house party's and outdoor as well. Disco lights do not do great but it is more than enough for the price range. Bluetooth is working fine with a range of 10 mts. My neighbors gave a complaint to society people because of the sound of this speaker. So, be cautious when you are using this at full volume in house.

This dress is such great quality! It is a thick, velvet material and is so soft. I love how flattering it is with the scrunching on the side of the dress. I cannot wait to wear this for the upcoming holiday season!

I recieved a couple orders from ahwatukee. The orders were perfect! Then i had my service sent to 48th street warehouse. The drivers and packers are useless. Thank god frys food just started up. Frys has better variety! Bye amazon not fresh!

Placed an order for a 3-5 pm delivery slot to be ready for the evening's dinner. At 5:30 pm when still no delivery we contacted Amazon support who apologised, but still claimed the order was on its way. Now it has gone past 10:30 pm, but the order still has not arrived. Arrogant support staff still can't confirm if the order will arrive and offering a £5 gift voucher for the inconvenience. Needless to say, we will use another food delivery service in the future.
