Price gouging! The clementines oranges I would normally get from other stores for $4 they sold to me for $8! And there are many other products that they sell to you with the prices doubled. In the pictures I uploaded, the amount I paid were for bigger sizes. I feel insulted. Never again! The stuff I was sent for almost $200 did not add up. I'm so angry.
Thoroughly disgusted with Amazon after purchasing a $100 gift card for Sony Playstation that had alreadybbeen used by someone else. No funds were recorded in my Sony account transactions. Amazon has pushed responsibility onto Sony which I cannot contact until normal business hours during the week. Ruined my son's Christmas morning. It is beyond my comprehension why a company would sell a digital product that they cannot verify the validity or viability of. Customer service rep seemed to have no compassion of the situation whatsoever. AVOID PURCHASING DIGITAL GIFT CARDS FROM AMAZON AT ALL COSTS!
I decided to order from Amazon fresh due a relative recommending it purchased around 40 bucks to complete a Christmas dinner at home. Well, just so happens I go out and buy celery and all my other ingredients, order is packed and ready via the app... So I am waiting... And waiting... What should have been a 5pm delivery turned into NO Delivery. Talked to Amazon they offered a refund or replacement order. And said the driver ran into an unforseen Incident on the road so they would displace another driver mind you it is now 8pm. Never again beware y'all don't do it.

Every time that I contact Amazon with an order issue they respond politely and always take care of the issue. Many times they do not even request that you return the item, but still, return your payment!

A warning to anyone thinking of selling your wares on Amazon: They have TOTAL control over your funds and the visibility of your products. If you generate even the slightest number of complaints from buyers (many of whom are competing sellers looking to take down their competition), Amazon will freeze your funds indefinitely and kill your product's visibility. In short, unless you are willing to bend the knee to Lord Bezos and jump when they tell you, you won't last long as a 3rd party seller on this site. I recommend other marketplace sites that have actual integrity like Ecrater, Atomic Mall and Ruby Lane.
I did a lot of research before purchasing a lady lights for my new vehicle interior. I decided on a brand I have used before, Govee, and was not disappointed. The lights were easy to install and they work exactly as described. Shipping was overnight and the package and product were perfect condition. I am very happy with my purchase experience.
I have purchased a laptop HP PAVILLION 2008AX (order no **************120) COSTING Rs *******/- through amazon (seller - appario retail Pvt Ltd) on 09-12-2021, on 11-12-2021 it was delivered, when I opened the laptop it started but screen was totally blank and same day I called amazon service regarding the same they told me that they will send replacement, on 13-12-2021 replacement came but delivery person refuses to handover to us by saying that some verification is pending by amazon and then again I called their customer service they told me it will be delivered to you on same day and then in evening I got status that it is cancelled and I again called their customer service who now told me that a return has been initiated for you on 16-12-2021, which also next day got automatically cancelled then I again called their customer service now they told me they are filling up some form for me which will definitely schedule my pick up on 17-12-2021, and in any case it is not happened you just call us we will initiate the advance refund, Now I again contacted their customer care and they again give me a day 18-12-2021.ther are now just playing their fraud game, whenever I called them they give me a day. They just taken my hard earned money and they are now giving me full time mental harassment
Purchased an item that was cheaper the next day, so I went on live chat and asked if they could refund me the difference or I'll just re order it and return it, they said they would refund me the difference instead of sending it back as it's a big bulky item. 7 days passed and still no refund so I got back in contact with them to be told their not refunding me the difference as promised because it's not in their policy. If I known I was lied too then I would of just re ordered it and the cheaper price I've attached photos as proof. Any other company would of apologised and refunded me the difference as a good will gesture, but not this one!
If you ever buy anything and the price drops within 30 days, just re order it and return it. It will be costing them more money

I purchased an 8" Chef's knife on Amazon.com as a Xmas present, and it was delivered today, 12/15/2021. This knife is represented as having a wood handle which is the main reason for my purchase. The handle is not wood, but compressed resin and epoxy. I called and spoke with 5 diff Amazon reps, having the matter escalated to a team leader. I explained the item was a Xmas present. Instead of offering a replacement or gift card, they refunded the money to my bank; these funds will not be available to me until the 23rd of December, far too late for me to purchase a replacement for Christmas. Additionally, as a bedridden handicapped woman, Amazon expects me to repackage the item and give it to UPS.
I have spent thousands of dollars over many years with Amazon, but will never spend another cent with them. They accept NO responsibility for their misrepresentations and inconveniences to customers, especially disabled customers like me. I intend to leave this review everywhere I can across the world wide web in hope that others will also learn that Amazon is a deceptive company, not to be trusted. So Buyer Beware. I've learned that apparently if you write reviews on the products you buy with YOUR own money they Amazon will up and not only delete EVERY REVEIW you've given but they will also revoke your right to leave reviews at all! My boyfriend and I use Amazon for EVERYTHING. We've spent THOUSANDS of dollars on Amazon! We also leave reviews for EVERY product we buy! Good and bad! Just how it works. Etc. I had over 4000 reviews and Amazon for no reason at all revokes us from leaving reviews for future products we clearly won't be ordering from anymore and deleted every single one of my reviews. FOR NO REASON. We can spend thousands of dollars with your company but can't leave reviews for the products I buy as a consumer? This is unethical. We appealed it and they denied it again and basically stated we wouldn't respond to anything further regarding the situation. Clearly they're doing this for a reason and to their own customers. It's sad. I won't be using them any further!
I had an issue with two items that showed as delivered but I never got them. I contacted customer service for help and they were extremely rude and disrespectful. The woman on the phone said that I had to take the "risk of loss" and they wouldn't send me a replacement nor refund me, then hunged up the phone on me. I contacted chat customer service and they were rude as well. Unacceptable! I was a loyal customer for years and I just cancelled my prime membership and I will never shop from them again. I do not recommend Amazon. They don't care about their customers.

Either I can't get a delivery date within a reasonable time, or I get overripe, smashed produce, and meat that expires within a day or two. It feels like they are pushing the products that everybody passes up, and then pawn it off to us. I'm afraid to order too far in advance because then you get groceries that seem like they have been sitting and "waiting" to be delivered. I want fresh salad mix, not something that's stored for three days before they even deliver. Often, my frozen stuff is no longer frozen and my milk is not even cold. I feel like I'm gambling with food poisoning every time. Customer service rarely assists you; they pass the call off and then you get stuck on hold for so long, you just give up! Super frustrating!

Amazon deliveries have become completely unreliable. Half the orders recently have never shown up. Tracking says they are "out for delivery" day after day, But they never arrive.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
