Why would someone not be able to deliver because a business is closed then try at the same time or later the next day? Until of course it's just undeliverable and they return it. I'll tell you why; because NOBODY reads the delivery instructions the "customer service" insists you add. If I am to ever order through this horrible company again, I have to utilize a location convenient for them, ie a hub locker. Drive to pick up what I paid to have delivered, because apparently your entire company is illiterate. So why shop online for subpar items that you still have to drive to get when you can just drive to get better stuff the same day for less?
My recent order of a Lucid mattress reveals that Amazon permits unauthorized sellers to openly permit fraud. Yes, fraud. The seller, Alphaben (now selling under Chemi Tech. My Amazon past purchase page direct there https :// www.amazon. Com/LUCID-Inch-Plush-Memory-Mattress/dp/B0099X7AHA/ref=mp_s_a_1_11? Crid=1LF1HCN8LAK3C&keywords=lucid%2Bmattress&qid=*******772&sprefix=lucid%2Caps%2C173&sr=8-11&th=1&psc=1), is not an authorized reseller of Lucid mattress. Worse, Lucid mattress will not honor its 10 year warranty. This warranty is openly showed on the sellers page for the Lucid mattress. In CA, this is illegal. Amazon was reached and notified. Welp, that was useless. So, my resolution is filing fraud charges through the CA Attorney General for fraud. Amazon is not trust worthy. I wonder how many other sellers sell boasting warranties that will not be honored because of not being authorized resellers? Heck, Amazon rejected my review with screenshot response from Lucid mattress stating fact. Be careful folks because you could be buying nothingness.

In September of 2021 I signed up for an automatic order of a product. Each month the product came at the agreed upon price. Except for December. When I received my credit card bill, there was suddenly a 25% jump in the invoice. I received no advance notice of this price increase, as I would have cancelled the order. I contacted the vendor (which was not Amazon) and they indicated I should contact Amazon support and then the vendor would refund the difference, since the current price in Amazon is the lower, agreed-upon price. I contacted Amazon today. Their online chat said - tough for you, we don't guarantee anything, because of supply changes. I have cancelled ALL automatic orders on Amazon and am researching working directly with the vendor.
Amazon sponsored by gemhub and allows them to sell fake stones with false advertising this will be the third time in a row I will show you pictures of proof below comparison photos with blue corundum versus what they are calling red corundum there's not even any patterns for this to be a natural stone I wouldn't recommend Amazon and gemhub to anyone at this point I highly recommend against them and even if it was real the ad says AAA++ quality which would be transparent this is opaque. They also has been dyed which is not how you color enhance a ruby or a sapphire they are heat treated for color enhancement
They take your returns money and trick you into placing it on a amazon gift card so that you lose all opertunity to save 3% or 5% on purchases through your regular deal. SCAM and they should be ashamed
I've had an Amazon account for over 10 years. In the past I've had problems such as unknown packages coming to me that I never ordered. In those packages were things that included adult toys, clothes, iPhone accessories, ect. The clothes were way too small for anyone I know to be able to wear. No one I know has an iPhone. Why would I want adult toys? I contacted Amazon cs multiple times and they assured me that this would stop. Well, it did. When I moved in Sept. Then in late Nov, I'm reviewing some of my previous purchases and some get accepted but the rest were rejected and then I get an email that basically says my ability to post reviews and engage in the community has been revoked. All 200+ of my reviews were then deleted from Amazon. I've tried to contact Amazon about this and am only told to review their community standards and then after talking to the 100th or so chat rep, I get an email that tells me to provide proof that I didn't make my account to just make reviews, that I'm not affiliated with anyone I've bought from, that I'm not getting free products in exchange for reviews, ect. I replied to said email and asked what proof would be acceptable and got a reply stating they wouldn't be replying to any more emails. I made a complaint with the bbb asking for clarification on exactly what I did to get my reviewing ability banned and was once again told the community standards and possible reasons for the their decision, not the actual reason. I have the emails and will attach them if given the option.
Was delivered July 21st. Arrived undamaged and played very well. It's hard to find other Vinyls from this band that aren't outrageously priced.
On July 1st I ordered an Oomph Vinyl record. It was delivered today, July 5th, but what I got isn't Oomph. It's something called Scientific Dub. I contacted Amazon cs through chat and was issued a refund and was told the return was waived. I ordered another one. I'll update when I get it.
I am a True Amazon shopper you can find everything on Amazon. When I have had any problems the company reimburse me or give me the same product in perfect condition. I think I will be always be an Amazon shopper. You can find everything you need at Amazon. I Have to purchased clothes hair chair covers comforters party decorations I've decorated like four rooms in my house with Amazon products. Got a fishbowl I mean anything you can think of pillows, shower curtains personalized. You can get almost anything on Amazon. I jokingly told my daughter you could buy a horse on Amazon a real horse,, we didn't try it but I bet you can.
The few downfalls I had on Amazon they took care of right away
When you're paying $13 a month for fast shipping times, and getting your products at the date they tell you, you expect those things to be a reality. At amazon, that's just not the case. I ordered a part for my computer because one of the other ones i had didn't fit, which already started my frustration (though it had nothing to do with amazon, still frustrated me). I placed an order for the part and it was lost in shipping. A different order i placed after came in late but came in before the other package. I am entirely upset that we pay 100+ dollars every year just for this to happen way too often.
In general I am a fan of Amazon services. But not so much with Amazon Fresh. This time they were missing an entire bags. Not impressed.

Their packing. Delivery and the product is just awesome. The delivery was on time and well packed. They have made a seperate box for just one item as it is a glass handwash bottle and it was packed with so much effort that it does not get damaged..
My order was scheduled to be delivered between 4 & 6pm. At around 7:30pm, their site started saying "unable to track your order". Finally, at 8:18pm I get an e-mail saying that my order was "unable to be delivered" and, oh-by-the-way... you get to wait 3-5 days for a refund.
Attempting to contact Customer Service lands you in a maze of multiple choice questions, none of which fit your issue, and where you have no hope of ever reaching a live human being to get your issue resolved.
This was my first experience ordering from Amazon Fresh... and it will be my last.
I've ordered from Amazon Fresh before, no issues but had my first problem this time. My Fresh order was placed early in the day and set for an 8:00-9:00 delivery window. At 9:28 I received an email saying my order was cancelled but no reason given. No way to call a customer service number. I requested a call back. I was on-hold for 7 minutes before being disconnected. I used the online support "chat" and that person was polite but not exactly helpful. Probably not his fault, just operating by company procedures. Still, no reason was given on why the order was cancelled but he wasn't able to simply reschedule my deliver for the next day. The order was just "cancelled" for no known reason and i would have to go back in and reorder for a different date if i still wanted the items.
Overall, on most days I think Amazon Fresh is convenient and typically has speedy deliver but when things don't go right, you may find out late that the order you're expecting will not be coming. It may take 7 days to get your refund meaning you'll end up paying twice up front for your grocery shopping while you wait on your refund. Not convenient if you're tight on money. I completely understand things happen and not upset that my order didn't come but do feel disappointed in the lack of Amazon's customer service. It's not geared to be customer centric.

I placed an order or 9 items before noon using the 5pm-7pm scheduled timeframe. At 7:30pm I received a notification that the order was delayed but still coming. A little before 8:30pm I checked and couldn't "find" my order! Really? Veggies and beer? Yeah okay. The courier contracted to deliver was Rabbit, whoever they are. I got my refund but I am totally disappointed and will never use Amazon Fresh regardless of the weather. This is my first and only impression. I personally wouldn't recommend using Amazon Fresh. Off to Ralph's I go… but seriously if you can avoid AF then you're probably going to save yourself some unnecessary disappointment.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
