I have had one too many bad experiences with grocery delivery through Amazon Fresh. I am done!

The last three times I ordered through fresh, I picked my delivery time but never got my groceries. The first time, all I got was an email in the middle of the night saying my order was cancelled. I placed the order early in the morning with a delivery for the following day only to wake up to find out my groceries were not coming.
The second and third time I didn't receive notification about the cancelled delivery until AFTER the time I should have received it. At one point I had waited up until almost 12 am before calling Amazon only to find out no one was coming. Through all of this all they offered was a $10 dollar credit.

I saw a light on at the check out today (2/2/22) at the La Habra Amazon Fresh. Stood there for about 30 seconds when I was told by a manager that the lane was closed but she will wait on me anyway (like she was doing me a favor). Did not ask me if I wanted to pay for a bag and started filling bags with my groceries without asking me. The store aisles are half filled. Employees who are doing fullfillment blow past you like you are in the way. Cherry pick what you buy because you can get lots of things cheaper at walmart or kroger.

Amazon is number one

I think Amazon is the best online shopping platform, for I have tried them all, and Amazon has the best customer service, for they answer their phones quickly, and their email has a quick response, and they have just about anything to buy on their website. I have been using amazon for many years, and if any problem came up they always solve it, that why they are #1.

Beautiful building, but very sparse cars in the parking lot. At the door, they had a sign saying they supported black people. Who doesn't? We are all one race and skin color does not matter. It is what is inside that counts - like MLK said - it is not the color of one's skin but the content of one's character. Guess they don't believe in his message. Must be a Kindergarten Krew - supposed to be a food store, not a Woke place. First time at Amazon Fresh - was looking for a specific cat food - did not have it and a stunningly scant selection. The first thing that grabs you in the store is the narrow aisles with very tall cases - intimidating and unpleasant. Saw some ideas 5¢ lower than Acme but no plans to return. Did not buy anything. Told an employee who came to me and asked if I found what I needed. I did not. Seems like an expensive bust.

Amazon closed my account without any reason or explanation with a $1k+ gift card balance in it and they refuse to tell me a reason or even communicate with regarding this. Stay away.

I love using amazon and also using bing rewards to get amazon gift cards to spend on amazon. It's very easy to do just search on bing and save up your points and get amazon gift cards. It helps me buy Nintendo Switch games or movies or anything on amazon.

Another Valentines gift I received last year was a rose pendant necklace. I loved it because of how dainty and elegant it looks, so anyone would love a gift like this. The best part would have to be the fact that it's sterling silver. If you don't already know, sterling silver (stamp 925) is an amazing but also affordable type of material for jewelry that doesn't rust or turn colors. I've had it for a year and it still looks shiny and like new so imagine how good it would still look in a few years. If you want a perfect jewelry piece that lasts then consider getting this for a family member, friend, or partner!

So I received several emails from Amazon sellers asking me to leave five star reviews in exchange for free stuff. I declined and forwarded the emails to Amazon. I'm so tired of buying stuff with five stars only to realize that the reviews are fake. As a result of trying to be honest Amazon removed my ability to leave any reviews. They're more than happy to take my money, however. I've canceled all of my subscriptions and pending orders and everything I have on the way will be returned. Do NOT believe any five star reviews because they are easily faked and Amazon seems to encourage and reward this behavior. I've given them thousands of dollars over the years. They will not get another dime from me.

Delivery Decline

The delivery quality from prime has really gone down. The last three things, from three different sellers, I ordered had delivery issues. The 1st and 3rd order went to wrong address. I had to track them down and was able to based on the pictures the delivery driver took. My apt # ends in a W, they delivered it to E both times and the doors are marked. Never had issues before. The 2nd item, Fedex was used and I never got it at all. I got a email saying it shipped on the Jan 14th, 2022 and expected delivery was between the 18-22 of Jan, 2022. Well I checked the Status on the 18th on Jan and said it was delivered on the 14th of Jan. I had not seen any package, so I check around the building and no package. I am blessed to stay in a place, where we don't have package bandits. There have been packages sitting for weeks and no one will mess with it, so I know no one took it. I reached out to the seller and they was very nice and gave me a refund. I put in a claim with useless Fedex and they tell me that it said delivered and closed the case. How can something ship and be delivered same day and its coming from two very different states? That should have been a alert inept Fedex. For e it was not about the money, it was the product I wanted.

How DUMB are these Amazon drivers!?!?!? Don't send out a code to the Luxer box and then not put the package in the box.

Amazon wants fake review

I bought stuffs on Amazon and I usually write real review and recently I wrote bad review regarding multiple items because they were expensive, and made of bad material so I had to be honest so other customers don't fall for it, but what happened is Amazon blocked me from writing reviews on items I bought or going to buy which means AMAZON is not fair and just want to push the sale no matter if the item is good or bad, they are ok when you post good review even if the item is bad but they are not ok when you post real review then they come up with oh it doesn't match our guide line so that's show a lot about how fake review is important for them.

A mixed blessing

Delivery dependable and within time-window, in my area at least
Never had a problem with produce freshness or expiration dates again maybe this varies from location to location because I read a lot of complaints on these two issues, also I've gotten immediate refunds with the rare missing or damaged items
On the downside - availability is completely unreliable - find an item that you love and you might never see it again, at least on Amazon
But the one thing that ANNOYS THE HELL OUT OF ME! If you buy a particular item more than twice, the price is almost Guaranteed to increase, leave a 5 star review about an item, the price is almost Guaranteed to increase, because they think you cannot live without that item. I moved to a slightly more affluent zip code and Immediately every price increased by about 10%, only mine!
This is called "dynamic pricing" and I find it invasive and offensive and... I've complained about this several times in my reviews on Amazon, along with my complaints about sporadic availability, and along with the above-mentioned pros
And I was BANNED from any further reviewing!
A BIG RED NOTIFICATION saying "we apologize but we've noticed some unusual reviewing activity on your account so you will no longer be allowed to submit any reviews "
I wrote to Amazon immediately asking exactly what is "unusual activity" if I may know 1 or 2 examples?" but after approximately 2 weeks so far I have received no response
So I'm going to copy/paste this review - pros and cons - and post it everywhere I can
(also I don't appreciate one little bit that they've jumped on the bandwagon with a little "help the people of Ukraine" donations option at the top of the page

I believe that everyone has already heard about amazon and it services. As for me, I enjoy shopping at amazon because I never felt like nothing to choose. Irrespectively of your taste or budget, the chances are that you'll definetely find something which will suit you well.

A really good site is like buying your product.
The sellers liked their use very much.
If you buy a product from this site then you will see if it is really good or not.
The delivery facility is so good that it is better than other sites.
All in all I like it a lot you can also review a product if you want

They couldn't deliver a simple food order after 2 tries; first told me that tomatillos were "not available" on the only delivery slot they'd give me, and would be removed even though they were in stock, so left in my cart. Then when not delivered Sunday 1/16/22 8-10 PM and the customer service rep was rescheduling for today 1/18/22 for 3-5 PM more things items I paid for given to someone else and now out of stock so she refunded those items, then they skipped my delivery for today too, rep could not reschedule delivery a 3rd time, no way to contact warehouse, no last names given, no complaint ticket number, no assurance that any manager will get to the root of the problem, fix it or get back to you. 3-5 business days to get refund and MORE things are now out of stock in addition to my other stuff now up for grabs. So now my whole $71.00 is tied up in two-part refunds AND I don't have any of my food. I am homebound and have to buy my food this way. When you're disabled their failure to deliver is not an "inconvenience" but extreme hardship! All wronged customers should file a complaint with the FTC here; https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/assistant

Amazon can`t afford it!

Have an issue with an item that cost 419.00 and failed in 10 months. The seller could not care less! Amazon told me the order is too old. I believe Amazon does around 8000. 00 a second sales 24/7. As you can see they can`t afford to refund 419.00 to me.
Hope you saw the recent news about the top billionaires including Bezos who earn 15,000.00 every second of the day.

Amazon are a bunch of liars. When you place an order as a Prime member your order confirmation email gives you one date of delivery yet on their end it is different and when you contact them about it. They make you feel as if you are lying to them yet it is the other way around.
