Tried Amazon Fresh for the first time in the Rodgers Park neighborhood of Chicago. Ultimately our order was never delivered, Amazon refused to cancel the order immediately due to "policy", and we lost our tip to a scam driver that did nothing.
Order process was extremely easy. Good product selection, reasonable prices. Free delivery with Prime with easy to schedule dates and times. We added a tip for the driver.
All communication was via email, Amazon did not use text which is faster, easier to read on a phone, and more reliable. We got an email to confirm the delivery window. We got another email when the item was delivered. Due to the email delay it took us 7 minutes to walk down to our apartment front door …. And there was no food.
The Amazon driver uploaded a picture of the delivery, it was blank. We called Amazon, they confirmed the picture was blank. We asked for a refund, their response was that company policy requires them to wait 2 hours after the window is missed. They did nothing.
We were able to cancel after 2 hours online, except for the tip. The scam driver kept our tip.

I loved it. But drawback is 360 reality audio. To enjoy it,, you need a subscription with music apps. Otherwise. Its good. For me.
These are very well built earbuds and feel slightly heavy, But ear fitting and comfort is really good. You will get nice eat fitting and it work like isolation and lower down the noise. If we talk in details then.

As convenient as it is to shop from Amazon fresh, it's the absolute worst delivery service I've ever used! They canceled my delivery 1 hour after the scheduled delivery time. On top of that, they constantly run out of items I purchased and only to mention it on the day it's supposed to be delivered. No explanation! At they do is issue a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!
They never send out package within the 2 day shipping you pay for…. Lots of reviews are phony…. Amazon itself does not allow perfectly in rule, postings of products you have bought, even giving a 5 star review. Act just like Facebook behind the scene kooks.
Now the price is jumping up to $139 per yr…. No thanks. I have found Walmart just as good for what I want, mostly sent Fedex, so I get faster from there! Much was sent out from Amazon via usps…. And took forever. Some things take a week, but at least I am not having to pay shipping on Walmart either…. Plus tv streaming via Amazon ALWAYS froze or took countless attempts to watch the movie, it got ridiculous. Used to be good but totally downhill the past several yrs…. BYE AMAZON….
I live in an apartment complex and ordered several items that were delivered to the wrong apartment, when I tried explaining this to Amazon they said they were hand delivered to a person ya no $#*! the wrong person and wrong apartment building then they said the items were scanned wrong and were still on the truck and I would be receiving them later that day nope didn't receive them later then they said it would be the next day nope not that day either there illiterate, incompetent embecil, moron delivery driver went to the wrong building and wrong apartment and gave my items to a low life piece of $#*! thief needless to say I am DONE! Doing business with Amazon not to mention I pay the extra a month for the free 2 day delivery that is bull$#*! also if anything was ever delivered correctly it sure as hell wasn't delivered in 2 days! I was scammed by an online imposter who got me to purchase Amazon gift cards for them. The gift cards were claimed by the wire-fraud thief. But Amazon has since refused to investigate who used the illegaly-obtained gift cards to place orders on Amazon.
Since there is no delay between purchase and claim of their online gift cards, Amazon LLC is helping to perpetuate the growth of online wire fraud and cyber crime theft with no consequences for their refusal to investigate.

Prior to this, a delivery of a MacBook laptop in 2020 was stolen by Amazon personnel; the Apple product box arrived already opened and emptied. After months of complaints, I had to go all the way to office of Jeff Bezos to get Amazon to cease charging my credit card monthly for a "return" of product I had never received since Amazon refused to investigate the crime that happened on their side at that time as well.
I got this bralette from Amazons Duufin store. I gotta say they are very pretty! The material is soft and doesn't itch at all. Now these are a light weight construction item and will not work for anyone over a C cup due to there's "no support!" Second area of concern would be the sizing! THESE RUN EXTREMELY SMALL! I wear a medium size shirt and a 36B bra. I purchased the L/XL and I would not want them smaller! They are perfect fitting at that size. Otherwise, I really like them.

Even better, would you like to deal with customer service agents who do not care about any concern you may have, refuse to help you, and even threaten to suspend your account when you ask them for help? You could just donate to a charity but hey, why not give away your hard earned bucks to some big company who will flat out rip you off and laugh about it directly to you. I have had the opportunity to deal with many online sales companies and I am extremely happy with this one Amazon has been truly awesome and exceptional with their products and services to the point I never really never could have guessed could be achieved very well maintained website easibility of use and affordable prices on just about anything a person can need or want so through my experience I would give a 10 out of 10 for the achievement and success exceptional source for companies and individuals alike.
Okay so just love shopping on Amazon. They have wide range of variety. Everything we want. And the quality is also convincing. No scams at all!

Items: Delectables Stew and Bisque for Cats. As you can see in the photos Amazon's markups for this product are 4 to 5 times the suggested retail price vs Walmart ( delivery within 24 hrs included). Recently Amazon is allegedly on an increasing Rip Off Rampage that knows no limit, and ascribing the reasons for it on their sellers. Just one example is their price for ONE 1.4 oz packet of Delectables Cat Stew for $9.99, when a box of 12 is $11.99 CDN dollars. Not giving a damn what current suggested retail prices are any where else is an understatement. Obviously doing business by the motto: "There is a Sucker born every minute".
Common sense suggests that if Amazon approves and posts these price points on their site they are a first hand accessory to Gouging their customer. I for one am done with Amazon and their Corporate BS. I am not adding another dollar to their profit margins so they can be on their way to the next Trillion on the backs of their ripped off customers.
I finally had enough of their unaccountable "customer service." Given how much it and their products have declined over the years, I believe they now consider themselves untouchable and calculate how much they can get away with, with that amount consistently increasing. And I didn't want to line disgusting Bezos' pockets any further. Did you know that they swap in fake, generic or used products on orders even when you think you're ordering a specific item? A large portion of their reviews are fake. Also, be aware that if you cancel your Amazon account, you will lose books and music that you paid for, so they have no problem stealing from you no matter how many thousands of dollars you've spent with them. I pay a little more and support local bookstores now, as well as go to the library. I didn't think I could live without Amazon, but I'm saving a ton of money. Don't be a sheeple. This company has negative integrity. Don't support it.
No doubt has a wide variety of products, thousands of books of a great variety however not good to have such a colossal cooperation ruling over the lives of so many people and their spending.
Amazon Customer Service has fallen off a cliff. It simply stinks now. Representatives, IF they have a grasp of the English language are pretty useless in their help. If your order arrives on time and in good shape - lucky you. If you have a problem with an order - good luck getting a resolution. As JB basks on his yacht - the company he started has become a big suck - and since they have a virtual lock on online shopping - why should they care?

I ordered 2 items from Amazon on the 31 of January 2022 and hit my card on the 2nd of February 2022 and wake up to another charge trying to come through for the same item and I had my account locked to were money cant be pulled and they tried to charge my account again and to top it off they refunded the first payment back that was charged and tried again to charge my card

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
