Love being able to redeem credits to Amazon. Gifts, needs, and wants easily redeemed. Second time used this way.
Amazon delivery from Whole Foods is USELESS and a colossal WASTE OF TIME. What Amazon and Whole Foods DOES NOT tell you is that, if you have delivery scheduled for the end of the day (7-9:00), you more than likely will NOT get your delivery. Even AFTER it's been ordered, scheduled, shopped and packaged. When it's quitting time, the orders are CANCELED even if you're fine with late delivery or even the next day. They simply CAN'T BE BOTHERED to do a SINGLE THING to make it right! It's official - Amazon is NOT too big to FAIL! This has happened to me more than once. The only thing more aggravating is the totally USELESS customer service representatives. They'll make you tell your story SEVERAL TIMES, bounce you around from department to department- wasting MORE TIME. The ONLY thing they can offer is to CANCEL your order and make you start OVER. Good luck with items in low supply - you're likely to get SEVERAL MORE TEXTS once your order is being shopped THE SECOND TIME. No thanks!
I am going to write a review on Amazon because I think it is one of the most widely used companies in the world. It has everything from groceries, pharmacies, and useful gadgets. They are very easy to access mainly because they are online on any device. I think other people would like Amazon because they have everything you need and it ships straight to your house.
Some of the PROS are that shipping is free and they have Amazon Prime which means whatever you need can come in one to two days. They have about everything you can imagine and they have reasonable prices. They have also expanded their business from not just shopping, but now they have Amazon Music, Prime Video, Amazon Photos, and Amazon Gaming. If you need something for the next day but you can't find it in any stores just go on Amazon and it can be delivered to your house in one day. They even are starting an airline to get your things to you faster. Some of the CONS are that your order can sometimes be delayed and they can be sold out of things. Another thing is that you can't feel or touch whatever product you want unless you find it in a store. You can also have a hard time getting your money back if you don't like the product and there are a lot of scammers too. They don't just steal the one product you purchase, they can get your credit card and buy whatever they want. So it is smart to lock your card if the information gets out.
In conclusion, Amazon is a very highly rated site because of all the benefits it has. It is amazing for people that don't like to leave their house or if you just want to find good prices. So considering the PROS and CONS Amazon to me is the perfect place to find anything and I recommend it to everyone.
After over 45 minutes with an Amazon representative, he still could not determine who signed me up for music unlimited, except that charges were being made to my card. He also could not cancel my subscription and neither could I because it didn't appear that I even had one. His only solution was to cancel my credit card, which I did. On the next billing, Amazon made an unauthorized charge for the fee to my wife's card that was on file at amazon. We then cancelled that card also and finally stopped the monthly subscription charges. It is my opinion that signing up for any type of subscriptions with amazon is a huge mistake. Amazon appears to purposely make it very difficult to cancel even though it indicates it is a 2-3 step process. I will go one step further and avoid all purchases with amazon.
If I could put a negative on this I would. Amazon used to be good, but now it seems like if I order something I have to return it or get a refund due getting sent the wrong product, or I am not receiving a product at all. What happened to QUALITY ASSURANCE and the standards that are suppose to be met. Every company specially like Amazon has quality and standards that are put in place, and honestly they are not being done. I am a prime member spending extra money for this membership, but now with this recent order where all I got was a bag with nothing in it, I will be canceling my membership in light of the recent membership uprise and lack of company and employee care of others valuables.
Delivery is unreliable. There have been countless times items have either been delivered to an obviously wrong or just don't deliver at all and return it without notification so you are waiting forever to realize they aren't coming… nor do they refund you so becareful they will keep your money without a second thought. On top of that they allow companies to claim their products are one thing and they just take the brand bottle and fill it with something else.
When it comes to trinkets, books, and other accessories, Amazon has not let me down. Yes, you need to check out the sellers and do your own research, but for such items Amazon cannot be beat.
However, when it comes to clothing and apparel, I have been very disappointed in Amazon. I ordered a shirt that not only arrived late, but the original person who returned my shirt, Amazon shipped the shirt to me with that person's name and address on the interior wrap.
The next item of clothing I ordered was supposed to arrive by 10:00 p.m. midweek. I was not told that there was the delay until 2 and 1/2 hours before it's arrival. I needed it for an event, and was told it was too late to cancel, but it would not arrive until the following week, 24 hours after the event. All Amazon offer was a $5 promotional credit. Those two incidences alone turn me off from ordering clothing on Amazon. Amazon should expect folks to return clothing, especially when they have a policy a try it before you buy it. But if you're going to have that policy, you should make sure that you remove a person's name and address from any of the shipping material before you send it out again. In this day and age, Amazon should protect their customers private information.
WAITED 6 WEEKS PLUS FOR THIS BED FRAME AND WHEN IT FINALLY IS DELIVERED I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF! POORLY MANUFACTURED AND DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. NOW I CANNOT RETURN THIS UNUSEABLE PIECE OF JUNK!
I enjoy using Amazon, but a large part of the service depends on the whim of the delivery guys. That shouldn't need to be the case, so its quite frustrating when those occasional hiccups come along.
Amazon Is the place to get everything you need all in one place. Whether it's big or small quantities you will get everything you need. It is worth the money.

I don't see what the point of having Amazon prime. When every time Amazon sends me an email talking about there's a delay on the package. This is the 3rd time already that I was suppose to get my package on a certain day and yous delay it for no reason. Tell me why yous are the only company who delays my packages. Fedex express never does Your company also sent me a the wrong product on my last order. I feel like Amazon ain't reliable like they use to be. Sorry but Yous get a one rating from me after messing up so much on my orders
I travel between Dubai and US For work. They locked my account and NOT capable to u7nlock with my Email or Phone address. They use your DATA and abuse your contact information. I can not close or log in to my account.
Buyer beware! Please be careful when making purchases if you do not plan on keeping an item. Most or certain many iems are listed with free returns which are not really free. I returned a few items and I was charged for my free returns. The returned item(s) were refunded at a significantly lesser price than I paid for it/them. When I called to question this, I was told the shipping label is free, but unless there was some defect with the item there would be a stocking return fee. This is not disclosed and it is costing consumers tons of money that they may not realize they are being charged for. What a rip off. Maybe that's how Amazon became as big as they did because people including me are falling for what can be perceived as false information on their site. Call it bait and switch, call it unethical, call it what you want but of course Amazon will only blame you or me as the customer. Sending me a free shipping label is NOT a FREE RETURN.
I placed two orders yesterday and they both was canceled. Tried placing one at noon and the second one around 6 pm and I got the same result. They say it was address problem except I've been using Amazon Fresh for a year and I'm using the same address. It's hilarious to me that they say they have 2 hour delivery when it's becoming more like 3 days.
Their driver lost my package, but because it was from a third party retailer they're telling me to eat it up & move on. I can't buy from a place that boasts its customer service when in actuality they don't care. The customer should never have to pay for the mistakes of the retailer. Talk about injustice!

My wife needed some puff pastry dough for a recipe. She found it on Amazon fresh and she placed an order which included some other items.
When the delivery came there was a bag with two ice packs to keep the puff pastry dough cold, but no puff pastry, just the ice packs.
She contacted Amazon and after some back and forth they said they would deliver the puff pastry dough the next day at a scheduled time.
We received the delivery on time but it wasn't puff pastry, it was a box of Welches fruit snacks!

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
