Amazon third party

Never order furniture from Amazon third party because if anything broke or you want to return it Amazon and a third party will make you pay for the return shipment. Keep in mind the heavy the item the more money you have to pay. And third party do not believe in full refund.

BUYER BEWARE

The Amazon rewards card is not worth having. Twice I've been screwed out of my rewards. 2 $100 gift cards from Amazon rewards 1 if you get there rewards card a 1 for spending $500 or more. I spent $2700. 00. The rewards were listed in my account being processed. A few days later there gone and after days of talking to support, chase Bank and every person they can shuffle me around to. Only one lady from support found it and promised to put it back into my account. 3 to 5 business days. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Just purchased an OBD2. Ad said free same day shipping. After buying it and using my points to oay for half of it. That evening the item never came. Alexa said its coming. That evening I went to my Amazon account I unt and seen payment revision needed? I clicked it and the notice said you cannot use you Amazon points to make this purchase. Ok I revised payment and the item won't be here till the next day and its free same day delivery and they kept the extra shipping harge I had to pay to get it today. I cancel and found one I can get the same day. Paid with my card end of the day same thing no item no rewards were used and asked me to revise my payment. I did again. No being Friday and bow it says I'll receive my item Sunday WTF.

Bait and switch by seller

I ordered 4 days ago LSxia 2, pc Peel tattoo eyebrow gel, $11.88 each box contains 2 each, I ordered light brown and dark brown. I noticed once in cart that the item was no longer same name? I attempted to contact seller to ask about the names not being what I had chosen? No response, I contacted Amazon lady assured me I'd be receiving what I had selected. I went back to site pre-ordered and proceed to check out, then today I received the items? They weren't even the ones I had chosen or the ones shown in cart? I called Amazon and provided all information, my order number, the email associated with my account, my address both billing and receiving are one in the same. Then Chen, Chin or Shin, Shen claimed that she couldn't refund or exchange item because my account wasn't found? My address wasn't in the system, my email didn't match what was on record therefore she couldn't assist with return, refund? I was livid! How can she verify my purchase with the order number WHICH SHE HAD, see that I received order and had order number money left my account and yet I don't exist in her system? Roughly 15 mins. If me asking for help! She would not help in the refund and I'm stuck with worthless product that I never intended to order or be tricked into ordering? I want Amazon to reimburse my money.

Always has just what you need for less!

Amazon so far has never disappointed me in any way. They always have anything that I am looking for, and it will be cheaper than anywhere else. And almost every delivery has been early. 5 stars all the way.

Watch overcharges on Amazon pick up/delivery orders from Whole Foods. Besides being caused to buy a larger quantity of a produce item by website "malfunctions," I was somehow charged an even $10.00 for a produce item when it should have been about $6.00. That same thing happened two weeks in a row.

Quantity options on some Whole Foods items kept mutating.

Without explanation, pick up charges appeared on Whole Foods orders when they didn't use to.

On Amazon generally,
Again I tried to review a Seller. Again the system said I had used too many characters before I had really written anything. How reliable are Amazon Seller Reviews?

Before I had even placed the order, my delivery address and payment method were were fine but the system decided to make me do this again. I had to pick this info three or four times. They kept deselecting. An item I believed I had put in the basket wasn't there.

The systems to contact customer svc. And to do returns were malfunctioning. Eventually that got done.

We've ordered a couple things that had dents or imperfections but we can't prove that didn't happen at the originating company. However, recently it seems the company is sacrificing quality for speed. My package arrived after 9pm and was left in the driveway. Why wouldn't you leave a package by the door?! Never mind, it's still winter so leaving a package in the dark, on a main road, that late at night is unacceptable. I'd rather get it the next day, then during the night. Plus, that opens the door for fraudsters to enter properties late at night. Amazon should cut deliveries off at 7pm. I can't imagine the delivery people want to be working that late either.

I ordered 12 mason jars on February 14,2022. It was supposed to be delivered March 4, ok, I can wait. Then it was delayed, no problem. Then on March 8th, I look at the tracking and it says it was delivered at the side door on March 7. Well, I'm home all day and they didn't come, AND I don't have a side door.

I contacted Fed Ex, and they asked for the tracking number, my name and address. I give them all the information and they tell me that the package doesn't have my name or address. Ok, so now I know it was delivered to someone else.

I contact the seller, Romero Co, and I get a generic email saying that I should look all around my house and sometimes it switches carriers, so just wait. WHAT? Seriously, it went to another address and I still have to wait?

So I contact AMAZON. The girl who called me had me on hold for about 10-15 minutes, came back, said "I'm sorry about…." Then she's gone.

I start a chat with Amazon, told them the same thing, went to a different address, first thing "June" said to me was to look all around my house. WHAT?

After a back and forth, she says I have to wait 24-48 hours cause that's the sellers policy. Meanwhile, I'm out $56 and no product, waited almost a month after ordering and now, Just keep waiting.

So I look online to see where I can leave a review for Amazon itself, I find all these complaints that Amazon is deleting reviews. WHAT?

I used to buy something every week from Amazon, no more. The customer service is terrible. June wasn't pleasant. She kept asking me the same question over and over. IT'S IN CHAT. You can relook at it. What the heck with their customer service.

No more. I'm done with this company.

My package said it was Delivered on Friday but I never received it. I called customer service and they told me they can't help me with a replacement to a refund. I don't understand if they loss my package why can't help me. This issue left a bad taste in my mouth with amazon. I'm thinking about cancelling my prime account

Everyone Cannot Afford To Tip

I get anxiety from wondering if items I want will be available. I was just refunded because some items are now unavailable AND in 20 minutes my delivery is scheduled to be here but I checked and it is not even out for delivery. No emails from Amazon Fresh so this calls for alarm. I am calling out of work to avoid problems with my job. Always choose next available time slot. More good experience than horrible but the auto tipping is audacious because they do not know if we can afford tips! Some people use mostly ebt but if you need a washcloth, for example, they will ask for tip because you bought an item with debit or credit. Insane.

Update: They delivered on time but I have already called out of work missing a day's pay. The Amazon employees make more money than I do. So, Amazon drivers, workers, please keep this in mind when you deliver to people. Especially, in "poor" neighborhoods. Some of my friends are homebound and it is convenient to order but they are on fixed incomes and wish they could work for Amazon. They order Amazon fresh every week and cannot tip constantly, every week-if at all.

So the wife likes a paticular yearly diary/calendar. Amazon seemed to have the low price when considering: "FREE delivery Wednesday, December 7." So I added it to the "cart," and went to checkpout. There I saw a shipping charge of $5.99. I called Amazon "customer service" and the Indian gent said that any item fulfilled by Amazon always had a delivery charge even when it says "Free delivery." So, to the Billionaire's Place, "free" may be a lie. Watch your 6.

Re ordered the same thing 3 times when I was not done shopping. All I did was back out of my cart to search for more items and it automatically ordered everything for me. Luckily I noticed and canceled 3 stupid Keychain I didn't need in the first place. Please watch your orders and do NOT take no for an newer GET your money back if it was the company's FAULT.

Amazon stinks

Please understand Jeff Bezos' greed is insatiable. He treats employees like dirt; kills any effort to unionize his warehouses. He tries to force people into Amazon Prime which is a rip off unless one buys regularly from Amazon. It is almost impossible to make changes in things like addresses.

Despite being immensely profitable and making Bezos one of the richest men in the U.S. in a relatively few years, Amazon never has paid one penny in Federal taxes. When it decided to build a new "campus", it conducted a bidding contest to see which city would give the largest tax abatements. After all, a penny in taxes is a penny less in the greedy mouth of Bezos, a despicable human being

The only time to shop Amazon is if a product cannot be found any place else. Usually it can be, including online alternatives.

The concept was good and I ordered a lot of books from Amazon when it first started, but no more.

Amazon used to be good and trusted. Now all their suggested products miss the mark and are of very poor quality. Sorry AMAZON you are losing it and I will soon DROP the expensive amazon prime. It just not worth it. I'm going back to the stores! Period!

I really like online shopping and amazon is just absolutely the best for online shopping. Amazon has a lot of cool things on sale that I can order at any time I feel like doing so. I would %100 recommend it for anyone who likes online shopping. And even if you don't like online shopping amazon has something for everyone.
