Charge discrepancies

I have used Amazon for the longest time. Unfortunately, I won't be any longer. My account has been hacked and apparently Amazon will not take responsibility for this.
Soo... 765.00 in charges later...

When you purchase an item they take your money immediately, but if you return items too often they make you use UPS and hold your money for 14 business days... as punishment for returning your items that weren't up to your standards. I find that horrible customer service. And what's worse is they get the items back in three days, but will lie through their teeth until you present them with facts. This company is making trillions of us but treat their customers and employees like crap.

First, there is no way to leave feedback to Amazon for site improvements, and the site is very sloppy in site organization. Example: Cell phones are a popular item. Today, cell phones can offer up to 1 terabyte in storage, but Amazon only filters at 256 megabytes, that filter should be updated to filter for 512 and 1 tb memory, otherwise you are looking through hundreds of phones that are of no interest to you to find the one you want. Most other sites do a much better job of helping you find products.
Secondly, Amazon is horrible in managing "things" and "parts for things". Example: Look up "lawn mower" and you will see a list of lawn mower. Now filter "price low to high" and you get every part for lawn mowers in search results, like gas cap cover and fuel filters and will have to flip through thousand of items before you ever get back to lawn mowers. Yuck! Other sites offer much more customer friendly environments. For me, shopping at Amazon is too much of a hassle. When I do shop at Amazon, it is usually because of a third party reference to the item on Amazon, rather than I searched Amazon and found the product.
Thirdly, I have gotten some mis-shipments from Amazon. Their customer service is great, but should I get first shipments in the first place?
Fourth, their shipping policy is absurd. I don't like having to meet a dollar value for free shipping. Many competitors are free shipping even on small ticket orders
In summary, I think Amazon is outdated, and no longer a "state of the art" site. Their lack of a consumer feed back to" improve this site" shows they just don't care and are resting on their laurels. Amazon is "OK" for many. For me it's the site of last resort.

Ripped my mother off

My mom ordered a pallette for 258$. The man showed her pics of the items in the pallet. Lots of electronics. She gets the package and it's 3 towels. The man (Tommie Byrd) said he would not refund my mother's money and blocked her on Facebook messenger. She contacted Amazon, where she ordered the package through, and they told her he wasn't with Amazon. No refund from Amazon. Watch out for Tommie Byrd! He's a scammer.

The Amazon Delivery Driver arrived, parked near my house and spoke on the phone around 30 minutes. Then he left 2 packages on the porch. I expected 4 packages total. So, I went out and ask him (he was still near my house speaking by phone), where are my other packages? He went to the back of his VAN and brought me just 1 package, that's it. Then I checked the tracking of the 4th package, and it was marked "delivered". And they were scanned "delivered" at the same time. So the delivery driver "kept" my 4th package right in front of me and tried to "keep" another one. It's outrageous, they hire dishonest employees.

Horrible service for the past few years and getting worse with lost orders and rude people on the phones. Every other order i make is lost or delivered to the wrong address. Im a prime member for years and i have never received anything in a day even if they say the will deliver it, they wont!

Crushed groceries

I was just at the Amazon fresh store on 6245 Topanga in woodland hills *******. The cashier put all the soft items on the bottom then stuffed the heavy items on top. When I tried to repack he put my change on other items and started to check out the next customer. This was unprofessional.

After a few bad experiences, i started looking other sites like Rakuten, eBay, etsy, build, google shops, etcccc. And so many others places and found out they are much better and much cheaper them Amazon scum, also gettin money back from showing trough Rakuten its much better, plus all products are the same or better, regardless is better the Amazon scum of the earth! But Look somewhere else theres where there is some hope!

I ordered cat food cauae you cant get it in the stores. I ordered 2 case. 2 different falvor selections, only after i ordered and paid and was fiven a delivery date was when i checked back on my order and instead of showing it waa out of stock just decided to replace it with the aame flavor selection on my first order. If i wanted the same item i would have selected 2. Now im stuck with 62 cans of cat food of the same flavor. Amazons nots all in cracked up to be.

I have ordered the airpod from Amazon and i only received the empty box. I told them they said sent the box back to us and i sent it now they are saying i didn't return the airpod l. How i could which i never received. Amazon contains group of theifes. They don't measure the wait of the package they have very very poor quality control

The 1st item my whine glass rack was delivered to another address, Amazon did refund me the money, the 2nd item i never got it just showed delivered and i never received it they refunded me for that item too alot of errors with the Amazon delivery people, my kids and i were very exited to get the items we think they dont do a very good job delivering

I have shopped here a few times in the store and the employees filling online grocery orders are constantly in the way grabbing up all the products so there's nothing left for walk in shoppers. Also I picked up a loaf of bread it was molded/expired. I bought a slice of pepperoni pizza it was nasty and greasy. I think I'll continue to shop where I was shopping before. Not a positive experience at all.

Sorry all, but what a waste of money. There is no fast delivery, Walmart, Chewy, Craft outlet were all ordered AFTER THE ORDER LAST WEEKEND WITH AMAZON (and yes the items were eligible for prime) and ALL ARRIVED WAY AHEAD OF AMAZON, which arrived yesterday. The email annoyed me so I thought I would write this review. How is everyone else able to deliver in One to Two days and Amazon is still touting shipping problems? Come on folks. They are enjoying everyone paying for something you are NOT GETTING, but everyone is lining their pockets.
