They increase the prime cost and decreased SERVICE!
Promising next day deliver to become if you lucky 3rd day or handled to USPS who will take 7 days from next Town to you.
Sorry AMAZON but you need the same treatment as Netflix.

Dealing with Amazon Tech Support is a nightmare. I had to contact Amazon customer service three times over a period of two weeks to restore my FireTV service even though Amazon agreed the problem was at their end. One Rep said I needed to purchase a new FireTV Stick which I did, and it did not solve the problem and was an unnecessary purchase. Amazon did nothing to refund the period I did not have service other than to offer a $5 credit. The Reps were rude, did not reference my previous calls, did not call back as promised, and offered no apology.

WARNING!

My account was already twice compromised in about 2 years of time.
They wrote to me the sentence in an email:
"we can give out order information only to the name and e-mail address associated with your account" is completely FALSE.
My card was compromised for the second time, someone used an email address that I never saw before, plus I don't use my card information on any other device that my personal computer, that I am the only user. So my Visa Card was chard by someone using a strange email address! None contacted me to check it. If I would be aware of all my charges on the card I would of pay someone Prime Amazon not knowing about it.
My data with Amazon is not safe at all! From now on I am not going to use any of my credit/debit cards with Amazon. Seems to be too dangerous and apparently shows that they have no control over the data they keep for their customers.

Amazon policy won't let Whole Foods employees' get items that they have forgotten on curbside pickup, when customer has already been charged for item. Instead Amazon requires customers to leave the store, then call an 800 number, talk to people in the Philippines who waste a half hour of time, in order to get a refund for the missing item. Amazon adds insult to injury by making mistakes, then forcing customer to waste time to correct the mistakes; Amazon doesnt want to pay employees to correct Amazon mistakes---only to rip people off

I ordered a 3pack of an item on Amazon.com. Sent one. Contacted Amazon. Sent one more item. Still 1 short. No option for refund. I have been charged over $30 for 2 items that cost $6-$7 anywhere else. The order clearly said 3 of the item but Amazon will not honor it. There is no option to correct this. Very sketchy and frustrating.

In store shopping at Morton Grove location

When store first opened I thought it was nice & a place I could patronize. Now the last 4 times we have been there it leaves much to be desired. The shelves are more empty than stocked, you are competing with people who work at filling delivery orders, not only with them grabbing the last item that you may want, but also avoiding their carts as they whiz through the store. When you provide a coupon to buy an Aplenty item at BOGO and then have literally no stock of Aplenty crackers in store, that is pretty sad, After a weekend, you would think management would schedule people to either work a night shift or come in extra early to replenish the shelves, but instead workers are in the aisles with ladders, etc. trying to hurriedly restock... again making hard for shoppers to get down aisles or to find the items they want. Also this last time, we asked one of those stockers where to find a particular item and she led us to something completely different that we asked for so it would be a good idea to do a better job of training the staff.
Even though the offers of money off on purchases is very attractive, I don't think we will be taking advantage of them because of the way that store is stocked and run... unless we can find another Amazon Fresh store that is not too far from us... this one is the most convenient.

Return of two items

I purchased two items from Amazon that I decided to return. When I went through the return process, I was only sent one QR code. I took both items to the UPS Store who said that I could only return one item since I didn't have a second QR code The UPS Store employee said that I needed to contact Amazon and get a second QR code. As you're probably aware, reaching a human being at Amazon is about as difficult as landing a man on the moon. Eventually, I reached someone at Amazon, explained the situation and they said that they would email me another QR code. They stayed on the line until I got the email. I immediately noticed that the QR code was the same as the item I returned yesterday. I pointed this out to the Amazon customer service representative who insisted that I just needed to go back to the UPS Store, show them the exact QR code and it would be accepted. Not surprisingly, it wasn't. So now I'm stuck with (6) 10 ounce cereal bowls which are too small for any purpose. Fortunately, the cereal bowls were inexpensive so I'm just going to put them on a shelf and forget about it. Usually, making Amazon returns is relatively easy. I'm most annoyed that I told the Amazon representative that the QR code was identical and already used. Amazon has become more expensive and now I'm concerned that the return policy is becoming more difficult as well. I guess that's the price for putting the ex-owner in space.

Amazon is the worst

I ordered two items. They were supposed to have been here April 6th. It is now the 11th. Contacted customer service and they are refusing to send me a refund or replacement. They said it was scanned as delivered, yet there is no package. Ive asked neighbors etc and no one has gotten it. I lost out on over ***** because they are refusing to make it right.

Amazon is now protecting the companies that are ripping people off. This is the what you get when you try to write a review on a terrible product.
"Amazon has noticed unusual reviewing activity on this product. Due to this activity, we have limited this product to verified purchase reviews."
The "purchase reviews" are all good but look at the reviews outside of Amazon for Luminess Air. My intent was to write a review on Luminess Air but it has not turned to a bad review for Amazon. I'm done with you Amazon. You just lost an incredibly happy customer because of your inexcusable behavior. Shame on you for protecting a company that has done nothing but rip people off left and right. You have enough money that you don't need to do that. Greed.

Expired food

I bought food on Amazon with my SNAP benefits and I received food that was expired. Amazon refuses to refund my money says my product is nonrefundable. So I guess they're in a habit of ripping off the government now and not just their customers. It's bad enough you have to pay 2 to 3 times and sometimes even more on products through Amazon compared to shopping in a brick and mortar store. Now that they have SNAP benefit Contract I guess they're in the business of ripping off the government too. I am disabled without a car so it's not always easy for me to go to the store to buy food. Amazon even though overpriced was convenient for me. Convenient as far as delivering to my door not convenient as far as my pocketbook goes. I think it's ridiculous that Amazon cannot only rip off its customers but now it's ripping off the government like we need more government contracts being taken advantage of.

I purchased some Jimjoy rock light only to come with no installation instructions at all after one day 4 of the 14 lights started blinking for no reason and would not go to selected color when I contact Amazon they will not replace the item they will only refund me the purchase price but no installation price and when I remove the lights to send back I'm left with holes in my truck these are very bad business practices as I will cancel my account and never order from them again

Amazon Fresh has gone to locally based fulfillment warehouses. As a result, several items in my cart "can't be delivered to this address". I have a cart always open, and every time I go back to look, items are unavailable. I can't even get to the $50 cost to get free delivery because items are constantly unavailable. This was a great shopping service, but no more.
