The last YEAR of purchases I have got from Amazon have been nothing but CRAP. Seems like everything is coming from China these days. Even when you put "made in America" in the search bar you get nothing but China made crappy products. I signed up for a 30 day free trial then I got charged put my account negative they said they were gonna refund me then they didn't! CAlled and the lady was nasty UNBELIEVABLE to me ARGUING ACCCUSATIONS AND NONSENSE with me so then a week later I call back and they promise me they're gonna give me a 30 day free trial and it's all good and they're refunding me and then today it says I have no membership for prime so I called them again and he says she completely lied to me and there's nothing I can do but pay for month!
Completely rude liars I said how can they trust any of you and you just keep repeating the same thing pay or screw off and not that they even care cause they're scumbags all of these companies!

I have not been refunded for two items that I returned to Amazon nor have I received any status or updates of my refund. I was sent a email informing me that I I never returned anything. I found that funny because I have my receipt. I spoke with live chat associates and each one tells me something different. Therefore confusing me even more. The chat associates all would tell me their team was working on the matter. I did not receive one email nor did anyone contact me to inform me of my refund. I felt like it was some fraudulent activity going on and true enough it was. I kept getting disconnected and each associate would click off mid conversation when discovering it was me. The Amazon associates kept giving me the run around. There was a chat associate by the name of Poonam who was very disrespectful and nasty towards me. I informed he or she of the matter ( refund) and he or she approached me in a very rude and annoyed manner. Poonam told me I have already been contacting Amazon for about two weeks now. Who wouldn't check on their refund it's my money! I don't have it to waste. We're in a pandemic for petes sake. The chat associate Poonam then became even more disrespectful when I said you do not have to talk to customers in a rude manner. I'm a very calm person but I do not like to be disrespected when I am being nothing but kind. Poonam provoked me and I reacted. I said I would report he or she and Poonam told me to go ahead. Poonam then messaged me Lol I still wouldn't be refunded. Very unprofessional. Someone definitely is looking into the matter. I thought I'd share the picture below. Please be careful of Amazon.

Amazon is not responsible for any delivery delay or any type of issues with Fresh order. I'm surprised to hear it from Amazon Customer service. Such an irresponsible way of business by Amazon. Customers should be careful with Amazon Fresh, better avoid it. Amazon fooling customers with these type of service
I suggest you don't leave a credit card on the Amazon site. My card was compromised two times. Amazon claims they have a secure site but that's not so and all they can say is "sorry."

I was told that my account was locked because a third party tried to access it. I called customer service and spoke with "Christian", who asked three security questions after insulting me. He told me that I did not answer the questions correctly, which is totally false. Then he refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. What kind of lame company does that? I cannot help the fact that Amazon has lack luster security protocols in place. But the total lack of customer service is unacceptable.
First of all if good luck trying to get someone you can actually understand. My husband has been trying to get an invoice for something he purchased last year. For some reason there is no email attached to the account. He got the statement from his credit card company but we need the actual Amazon invoice. Three times now he talks to customer service and they say that some other department will call him back within 2 days. No one ever calls. Today I had a question about my account, got that straightened out then told the guy about my husbands issue and them not calling him back. I told the guy I would let him talk to my husband, the guy said OK but when I handed my husband the phone the guy just hung up. Amazon doesn't care about their customers, they just want your money.
Suppose I am supposed to go off of the agents word about something I would not do but the system said I self refunded a movie that I know I didn't and the answer is but you did now all we can tell you is to repurchase the movie. Once these last items are obtained we will be going with Google home and purchasing from brick and mortors as these last 6 months with Amazon have been a nightmare. Two rude agents and 45 minutes later I am over it. It's not the money, it's the principal.

I paid for my items to be delivered May 4th as promised, however, it never was. Customer Service did not resolve my issue. They advised me the earliest my items can be delivered is next week. I already waited a week and was hugely inconvenienced by the carrier who chose to mark an undelivered item as delivered. This is the poorest service I ever experienced by both delivery and customer service.
BeeRicps sells toys on Amazon.com. They are a Chinese company so your order will take forever. My order was a toy chicken that talks and lays eggs. It came in a very thin, unlined plastic bag so after being jostled around it naturally arrived broken. Didn't notice the other reviews with the same problem, sadly. Amazon needs to stop doing business with this company.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
