On May 7,2022, an Amazon driver delivered a package to my home. The driver drove ACROSS my front lawn causing damage to the property. I submitted a claim to Amazons claim processor, ARC claims. They started out with an offer of $400 to fix the damage, then offered $466 after I declined the first offer. I have 2 estimates to fix the damage, one is $1926 and the other is $2180. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was contacted by Robert M Milane, general council with ARC claims. He said that I would have to file a lawsuit because "Amazon does not pay for sod". I did nothing wrong and all that I've asked for is for someone to pay the claim that was caused by the driver's negligence. By refusing to handle this claim properly, I'm being penalized for something I had NO control over. You can search "ARC claims complaints" and read 100's of claims similar to mine. Buyer beware.

My roommate bought this ice maker. The first one they sent us was USED and made I loud noise. We sent it back and received another but after a few months it too started making a loud noise! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! THE SELLER DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!

I use to think Amazon.com was a great company, they have great customer service; when inquring about a purchased item, the return process is great, delivery is great but, I was blocked from making reviews on products I order and was never informed why, I even sent an email asking why and no response; thats not good customer service. This type of action makes me think I said something negative about an item I ordered and they didnt like it, so are the product reviews really legit or fake? I want to read honest real reviews not fake reviews. Now I have backed off from ordering from the company as much as I did in the past; due to this incident.

This is probably the 3rd time ordering Amazon Fresh groceries. The first order went perfectly fine. Packaged well, neatly at the foot of my door. The 2nd order, an issue where my 2 loaves of bread were beneath a bunch of bananas so you can imagine the physical state of the bread. Received a refund for the no-return bread so not too bad. Would've rather had the unharmed bread. I would not attribute this to Amazon Fresh directly, but the staff/individual packaging the items whose tip, I did not penalize. On my 3rd order, placed more than 24 hours ahead, at that point the earliest option for delivery was between 10pm and 12am the following day, weird, but no big deal... I stayed up, and waited, and waited. The order went from "delayed" right after messaging customer service at 11:50 pm, to cancelled at 2am. Of course, I was already asleep by then. Fine, cancel my order, but at least present an option for a credit instead of 5 days waiting for a refund.
My package was delivered to wrong apt number. Thankfully to an honest neighbor he saw that I was looking for my package and let me know where it was. Thankfully. Please be aware where you place packages because it's a headache trying to report not delivered items.
Someone hacked into my account and made fraudulent charges. A man in Illinois made charges the day before Mother's Day meanwhile I live in Louisiana. When I found out on Mother's Day about these fraudulent charges I immediately called Amazon. I spent almost 2 hours with Amazon customer service wasting time on Mother's Day to resolve the matter. They had me thinking they would refund my money, of course I immediately deleted my card from my Amazon account because I can't trust Amazon anymore. I waited more than a week waiting for the refund and I never received a refund. When I called Amazon again over a week later they told me to call my bank to dispute the transactions because they couldn't refund me. When I called my bank they had to block my debit card and now I have to wait a week before I can get a new debit card and get my refund. I'll be stuck without my debit card for a week because Amazon was too lazy to refund a fraudulent charge since they let anyone hack their accounts. I'm so pissed that I have to go through all this because of Amazon. Amazon wasted my Mother's Day and didn't resolve anything. Don't trust Amazon because they side with the thieves! Also a fake review was posted under my account. I'm posting a picture of the thief who hacked my account and was sending items to his address and the fake review posted under my name.
After not logging into the site or using my account for awhile Amazon decided they need to verify. They sent a verification code to a phone number that is no longer active, the rest of my login information was entered correctly. After countless calls trying to get access to my account (of which there are a few hundred dollars worth of movie and show purchases, hence the need to access my existing account) I was asked impossible questions, such as: What is the number of your first registered debit card (from 14 years ago), what is the last "card on file" expiration date, (which has expired and they cannot accept expired numbers), etc. Everything was geared towards being a catch-22 with no possibility of a correct answer. All to verify the last step, a phone number code. So while Amazon makes off with all of my Prime purchases ever, telling me to just "create a new account" (of which no past purchases can be transferred to a new account or credited…it's against their rules. Only Kindle books.), they have lost a customer for life. People should be treated fairly, not stolen from based on an nonsensical protocol process.

Amazon fresh has gotten messed up recently. It's been a week I can it get food deliver. Also they had been short of food such as water, orange juices, corn cob, ect soon I'm going check out is either for 3 days later when it's say 2 hour delivery or no time avaible. I also think they discriminating food stamps there certain thing I not able to get. I do spend monthly cash for essentials that they good and ready for.
Theyer bananas are almost rotten. Last month I got hot ice cream. Ugly looking mangos and avocados. Are they sure they Amazon?

The Amazon fresh delivery service is becoming so unreliable. 5/15/2022, I was scheduled for a delivery between the hours of 8:00pm-10:00pm. My groceries never showed up and the app showed that the driver posted that he delivered the packages at 10:11 pm and left no picture for delivered groceries either. Customer service wasn't convinced that I hadn't gotten them and that pissed me off. I was able to secure a delivery this morning 5/16/2022, but the way my groceries were packaged seemed as though someone was upset. It might be hard, but I will try not to order any groceries from Amazon anymore. I spend lots of money with Amazon, too much money to be treated like a thief.
Whoever doesn't know Amazon is really missing out. I often buy from this website. What I like the most about it is that you can find a variety of items from hundreds of different brands. They also have free books! Highly recommend.
Terrible service. They don't show up half of the time. I waited today for hours for my order. You can't track the order. You call customer service, they hang up on you. Chat does not work. I'll never use them again.
I like Amazon itself, but the fire tablet is annoying because the app store doesn't have certain games that I want so it gets really annoying having to search for Pokemon Go on the web and trying to download it on the Google Play store doesn't even work. Very dissatified.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
