I have ordered tons of stuff from Amazon and I always get them. The problem they have is with the food delivery is should be more drivers because waiting a day or two days because the slots are full leave me hungry.

In my recent two-day purchase everything came fast and package well, no complaints! I ordered some Black seed oil.

I love to shop on Amazon but I find it very inconvenient Amazon doesn't accept Paypal if it did I would spend more of my money here than I do on ebay in the last 3 month I've spent 3000$ dollars on eBay because of this reason!

So i just bought something and Amazon decided it was suspicious and locked me outta my accnt. And when i call support he tells me someone will call me in 1 or more days for the issue im trying to solve NOW. I might be working when someone calls and ill miss the call. Who tf tells a customer we'll help you in a day or so. Noooo im calling because i need help now. F Amazon support

I ordered a beautiful sheet set from Captain Linen on April 4,2022 and when it arrived it was the wrong size for my King bed, I informed Amazon and the seller about this and was told I had to pay to have it shipped back through Canada post. I sent it on April 25 and was delivered tot he seller on the 28th, almost 15 long phone calls to Amazon and countless emails to the seller and still no refund, the seller says it was not delivered to them and my tracking number and Canada post confirm it was. Amazon and their A-Z Claim department are a joke and I am out the money on account of a company who says they protect their buyers, not true and taking my business elsewhere.

If there was zero stars for Amazon I would literally give zero stars. I was always skeptic about buying things online and never trusted it ever and for good reason. I created my Amazon account May 9 and made a purchase of over $300 for my business, by May 11 Amazon closed my account and canceled my orders. Here's the real fun part after they canceled my orders they are refusing to refund me any of my money. I never received any of my packages. Which was for my business so I even lost jobs I had been needing to complete.

I have called Amazon over 10 times and spoken to them by email phone and customer service chat. At this point I'm fully confident I will never be refunded my money and never receive my packages. Their explanation "I did not agree to terms". Perhaps I forgot to check off one box but that still doesn't justify canceling my orders and keeping my money!

It is theft. I wish I I could sue them or press charges. But I'm guessing I at least agreed to that part of their wonderful "terms and conditions". What a joke, please be careful guys!

Did not honor their policy

I placed one order that they split into two orders. One half was shipped and delivered as promised. They lost the other half of my order for days and published that I could go back to my order on a certain date if I had not received my package before then. I screenshot that as their message on my tracking kept changing. Now they have added two days to the original date they posted on my account that they would issue a refund which is two days past their policy as my package was guaranteed to be delivered 4 days prior to their NEW terms that they seem to expect me to just bend over and agree to. This put my business over a week behind and has triggered me as they are not honoring their policy or published promise to do so. I don't usually have problems with Amazon, but this has most definitely inspired me to shop Walmart, Etsy, Target, exc. I can't stand companies without integrity! I'll give Walmart my business first now though because at least they don't pretend to have integrity, but do still honor their own policies and do not change publications on your account to try and get out of taking responsibility for honoring the policies that they created and vowed to honor. I can't for the life of me believe that Walmart is currently doing me better than Amazon! I also spent over $50 on my one order which would make me eligible to leave a review on Amazon, however because they split my order I'm not able to leave a review there. Having to spend over $50 to be able to leave a review is ridiculous in the first place!

I was not able to get my money back for Several broken items in the Past and more recently they have charged my account for items I sent back. Its harassment with these people not to mention their foreign Customer Service reps from India and the Phillipines

Great products

Not only do they have a great selection of products, but also a great return policy. I buy from here at least once a week. Very rarely do I get a defective product, but when I do, they are always good about paying for return shipping and either replacing it or giving me a refund.

First time in a while using this and my driver couldn't communicate because she only spoke Spanish I live in Florida I speak a little I was trying to tell her she was early but she couldn't reply how can your drivers communicate with other customers if they can't? My groceries arrived way early then expected I wasn't even home I did the delivery later so I could come home to recurve the right order I got home some stuff was damaged I use instakart usually because regardless of what language they speak they are willing to try to communicate with you Amazon this is happening a lot you need to look into this I'm annoyed at the level with communication because of your drivers language is only espaniol and you have a guest who only speaks English how is the driver going to communicate to your guest if theres a issue with the order? I told the customer I luckily speak a little to get by because I'm in Florida but there is not communication on your associates level and for what you are paying to compete with condition there should be at least some level. This is happening a lot even on delivery side. I get you want diversity but I need communication as well.

Purchased a product through Assmazon.com. Product was miss marked in warehouse by idiots. Sent a $350.00 product instead of the $850.00 that we purchased. After we discovered the $#*! up by assmazon we received a return label. Sure enough next day pick up! Wow. The problem is, The $#*!ing company (assmazon) have failed to return the money of $850.00 in 2 weeks. I cancelled my assmazon account. Never to be used again.

Worst online shopping app

This is worst app, it's a foreign company and its doing fraud to people. I had purchased few things from it but every time I got disappointed, my last order was a sport shoes, it was so bad quality, when I requested for return they are not taking any action. I have made 3 attempts, but no response.
Please don't shop for amazon. Try Indian app
