I wanted to get my grandson some birthday gifts and a prompter or something got my attn stating if I signed up for their credit card, they would give me a $50 credit card, basically I could get $50 free gifts, Catch is and you don't come to it until the end of the application, AMAZON wants your full SS number, that means and I know what I am saying, al their customer service reps and anyone taking an order from you, knows that number, Even social security office in my state tells us to NEVER give our full ss number, just the last 4, yet Amazon tries to force it, I don't need their gift card, I have other cried cards to buy anythin gI want from anyone,

They mostly have every product under the sun. But after covid they have failed to fix all these issues of products they just dont aren't available and some never come back in stock. I will stick to other companies that walways have instock

I went to this location for the first time today (6/26) with high hopes. While it wasn't crowded, the store was loud, the selection of products was limited, and prices were slightly higher than other stores. I was kind of expecting that. What I was not expecting, however, is that you have no idea how much your bill is coming to. I would have thought that with using the Amazon app, it should be able to keep a running total of all the items in your cart. So you'd know how much you're paying. The system should be "smart enough" for that. Instead, you'll get an email when you check out that "we are working on your receipt". Six hours later and I still have no idea how much I paid. Won't be back until this is fixed. Amazon, do better.

Editing my review to add: they also did not record my coupon, even though I scanned it as the employee directed. The only way I could figure that out was to total my purchases in Excel. Very frustrated.

Editing my review to add: no diet products. No sugar free applesauce. No sugar free tea. Only one choice for many major products. Expected to see more healthy items.

Prime what?

I canceled my prime due to several orders being either late by a week, canceled, or just not showing up at all. With Amazon, its usually my items are out for delivery, and then something happens and my order is pushed back by a week. AFTER they said out for delivery. So I stopped using Amazon for awhile. My son wanted a ski mask for his outing with all his friends. After spending 2 weeks looking for one, he settled for one on Amazon. I told him no, I dont want to shop on Amazon. Then I felt bad, and it was also the place where he would receive it the quickest- if I paid with Prime. With shipping being almost as much as Prime anyway, I just decided to purchase the prime again. It was supposed to arrive today. It was out for delivery. After 17:30 had passed, I decided to check for his order. Now it says running late. It doesn't say it will be delivered tomorrow. It says anytime from the 27th to the 30th. So wtf did I pay for prime for? Those were the original dates anyway. This is not the 1st time. We're pushing for probably around 30. Then customer service doesnt do anything to fix it. Last time I ordered bulk spikey balls for my sons birthday party. They didn't arrive on time and the order was pushed out for 2 weeks. I saw however from the same site that if I replaced the order again, they supposedly should arrive on time. So I asked a csr why from the same place my order was pushed back but yet the same items from the same place would arrive on time. Made no sense to me. I asked him to help me to cancel the order and replace the order. But get this, the product raised. 70 cents. So instead of him helping me replace the items, he also wanted me to pay more money instead of doing an even exchange. I told him that wasn't right and can he offer any other alternatives. Not only was he rude, but he flat out told me its only. 70 cents more, just pay for it and sorry but theres nothing else he could do. It was not about the. 70 cents. It was the principle. My order was pushed back 2 weeks but others after me could get theirs on time and Id have to pay more. That was an issue on Amazon's part that they absolutely refused to fix. All I can say is I am really disappointed and I do not think I will shop with Amazon anymore.

Amazon is scaming!

Amazon is becoming a scam. They sent me a used, damaged bike! In only a few photos you can see how wrong this order is. Amazon won't refund me the money until returned. I had to rip the box open to even get the thing out! How can I return it? UPS will not pick this up, they want me to sign paperwork for someone else to pick it up. This is a scam to deter people into just accepting the 300$ loss and Amazon profit! I canceled my prime. I've heard way to many horror stories about Amazon lately.

Fake product?

I will no longer buy any type of beauty products especially anything for my face. The Neutrogena boost box came open with no seal on the jar and the color of the gel was off color. This happened before with Olay Regenerist. I'm afraid of product breaking out or hurting my face.

Absolutely, THE worst experience that I've ever had with ordering something online. Their own "security" system improperly flagged a legitimate purchase of mine, shut everything down, and after hours of aggravating conversations with incapable people, no one can figure out how to reverse their flagging, not can they even grant me access to the site. Quite simply, a disgusting organic that's run by sarcastic robots.

I have amazom prime at my senior discount. I've ordered from prime before. But after looking at a credit card statement, a card I have not used in years, I noticed I'm being charged full amount for prime plus being charged on my debit card. I call and catch them on it. They tell me they will refund 6 months then after the supervisor ( MARIE), I got a year back. But for the other year she told me she can't but I should check my statement better next time. But still it shows them that they have been charging me twice and one is full. So she told me to go to my bank and have it as fraud and they will pay the difference. Also she gave no supervisor number and they have to do that. So as alot do, I live check by check, in a wheel chair about to be on the street and AMAZON decides to steal from me. No wonder their employees say their loosers. I'm not done with them yet and sure hope this report to the papers makes more headlines for them. Oh and my lawyer loves the thought of suing for double charging..

Stealing money from the disabled you should be ashamed they locked me out of my own account which includes gift cards over $40 loaded on account its been over a month I've called 3 times and get the same answer every time I was in a domestic abuse case with adult protective services and wouldn't even update my phone number so that my abuser didn't get my notifications if he were to stalk me. You guys successfully suck!

THE THRILL IS GONE

Used to really enjoy shopping on Amazon, but as of the past few months, the thrill is gone. So many items I USED to buy from them and use the free shipping are now worthless to me, because now they want to saddle you with prime membership on most items. I understand why it's there, BUT! Some of us consumers either don't want prime, or know we don't use it enough to make it worth the expense, and I don't feel my shopping habits warrant it. So, now that I can no longer purchase what I want without prime, I've decided that after I use all my current gift card balance I'll not be making any more purchases on amazon. I also know that my going away will mean Nothing to them, but that's fine as well. THE THRILL IS GONE!

Amazon sucks

Buyer beware when buying a laptop computer from Amazon. If you luck out and get a system that operates correctly than no problem. If by chance you get a laptop with problems you will very quickly realize you made a big mistake. Having my laptop two days and after setting up the computer is was very evident the laptop had problems. Spoke to the Lenovo for help but was informed the issue as a software problem not covered and I would be charged by the hour. So my decision was just to return it to Amazon. I was unable to set the laptop back to factory specs due to all the problems it had. I asked Amazon for help in getting my personal information out of the laptop before returning it and was informed I would get a call the next day at 9 am. Needless to say no call ever came. Around 3 pm I did get the 9 am call and was also informed I would be charged for the time spent. Told them to screw off and hung up. Amazon is probably safe to purchase small items from and nothing they can tack on extra charges other than that buyer beware. If you run into a problem and have to deal with customer service, a supervisor or HR you quickly realize they do not know their product, offer no help at all, do not care in the slightest and to top it off they are very nasty (the supervisor would not even give me her name.) Needless to say I will purchase a new laptop someplace else (anyplace else) Amazon should look into who they have representing their company. I am sure after one call to any of their employees they will not repeat the mistake and purchase their product.

I ordered a NEW fan which took 5 days to deliver with Amazon's 2-day shipping guaranty. I had to click on a box stating that it was okay for it to be delivered in the factory box. The box was a completely beat up with 4 holes and lots of tape trying to hold it together. It was delivered in a plain brown box. The fan parts where just thrown into the box and were not wrapped in protective plastic. I took the base out first and it was dirty. So, I tried to clean it, the garbage wouldn't come off and the hole in the middle to put the post into was full of mud. The whole fan was filthy. It was used or somebody used it in a flooded area and then sent it back to Amazon and their return inspection team just happen to miss it.

While shopping at the new Amazon Fresh in Lorton, Virginia I checked the labels of three coffee creamers to see the sugar content, but put them all back on the shelf without putting any in my cart. The itemized receipt, which I received 2 hours later after exiting the store, showed I'd been charged $22 for all three. One item was charged twice. I had to go 10 miles back to the store to get help with a refund because no phone help was available. Why no itemized receipt upon exit? Why didn't the cameras see me put the items back? Lots of hype, high prices overall, and a camera system not ready for prime time.

Amazon says if you order today, right niw, you can get your product today! It's only happened once in the years, I've bought from them! In reality the product is ALWAYS LATE! So you will get your product the next day just like noal deliveries! I HATE being lied to, I would companies just like people not lie to me, or play games with my mind. It's a ugly quality, in people and business! Maybe I should start hitting up Walmart delivery services instead.

Since 2 days I am spammed by writers (Kindle books) from Amazon. I am added to over 20 writer lists which I haven't subscribed myself to.
Thus, or Amazon is selling email addresses, or they are hacked.

I use a different email address for newsletter than I do for online stores. And I for sure haven't subscribed myself.
I have reported this to Amazon and only received an automatic reply.

Took three weeks to get to me from Utah. Watched the tracking. If the part was truly in Utah, it took two weeks for them to find it and one week for Fed Ex to get it from Utah to Albany, NY. NOT very good customer service.

I am very disappointed with Amazon Service and customer support, Because Amazon is making fools of customers at the name of online purchasing.
I returned Boat Airedopes 141 ag order no************** on 21th June to amazon because right Side airedopes of the Boat 141 was missing in the box and when I asked for the return receipt, the guy said that they dont give receipt, you will be get a msg regarding picked up. But till date I haven't received a pickup confirmation or refund amount. After 5-6 Hours I called amazon customer care right away and the Cce told me Your product has been successfully picked up and refund will be credited in your bank A/c.
Also he assured me that amazon will take care of this now and I will definitely get the refund. I didn't get my refund till Today, 23-June-2022, in spite of making unlimited calls. This is a fraud.
As a customer I humble request to amazon teams please resolve my issues on an urgent basis. Otherwise I will publish this matter at every social networking site and also I will take legal action against Amazon.
