With prime, you can get most things you order within a week. If you are buying something for the first time it can be difficult to trust what you're buying without physically touching it, but all the reviews and pictures make it so much easier. I trust other reviewers way more than the company.

Customer Service is totally non-existent. Somebody decided that automated bots were the solution to their customer service calls and they suck. Worst customer service ever. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Amazon every year of my life and I'm at the point where I'm not going to use them anymore because it is impossible to get any kind of answer about any kind of problem anytime anywhere. Their chats take forever to connect the individual never understands what you're talking about the help is never useful it's ridiculous I finally got through to a phone call the other day and they hung up on me don't ask me why all I said was my introductory sentence.
I ordered a "renewed" computer (previously owned, but refurbished) from Amazon. It had four keys and a shift key that did not work. I also was unable to highlight passages or words to copy or remove. I discovered this on the first day of its arrival, so promptly ask for a refund, and the item was picked up by UPS the next day. All good. However, of the two choices I had for refunding the money, not one mentioned gift card, only "refund whole amount" and "send another exact item". I opted for a full refund. When the money did not appear in my bank account after a few days, I signed in and looked to see the refund status. It had been refunded as a gift card on my Amazon account. I tried several emails to reach them and ask that it be deposited back in my account, but each time said it was a non responsive email and redirected me to customer service. Customer service was a group of choices, but none that handled refunds the way I needed. I never found a phone number where I didn't just receive automated choices, none of which dealt with refunds, and none which led to a live person. When I tried the messaging option, I was going to be charged to speak to an "expert" about refunds, and I had no guarantee that would not also be automated. At that point, I gave up, went online, ordered $90 worth of merchandise (I had $99 in the gift card), and after it arrives I am cancelling my account with Amazon. How can a company be so unapproachable? If I were a business, I would have had options to speak with a rep, but as a regular customer, I could never find that option. That's scary for someone on such a limited income. I can't take any more chances that Amazon will hold my money hostage if I return an item, and be so ambiguous about my refund choices.
I had a package that spost to be delivered 7/16/22 and has still not showed up. Very disappointed and will not bother buying from you.
Last 3 times I've ordered from Amazon products hasn't been delivered on time with no explanation which then leaves you to deal with a customer service call center outside the United States. Buyers beware
Where to start … the sellers on Amazon are totally untrustworthy. The products being sold are, in my experience, rarely authentic. Too many fakes. Too much of questionable quality. Sellers lie: they say they ship an order and provide an eta for delivery when in fact it is never sent in the first place. You jump through hoops trying to reach a human to find out what's going on only to be lied to again and again. They've already taken your money. Finally you ask for a refund and they lie again. They say they have refunded you when they haven't. You chase them again and they say it's been refunded to the correct card then find out it has not and that the customer service have no idea what they're talking about. In a nutshell: turd company, crap products, lousy customer service. There is no way this tainted experience can ever been redeemed at this point. You have lost my patronage for life. Run away folks!
Virtually anything and everything one could think of is available at Amazon. Amazon partners with other merchants, big and small for a wide selection and variety. The prices are good for such amazing finds. Qualify for free shipping makes Amazon quite the online bargain. I recommend to anyone and everyone looking for items not sold in local stores.

I am completely dissatisfied with this purchase.
My registered address is correct, I was at home all day 13 and 14 when they said they tried to deliver, I had informed amazon customer service that I was at home all day and that he could call me in case of not getting delivery. Nobody called me, nobody tried to deliver anything!
Now I made a purchase of almost 1000 euros, of very important products for me, one of them is a working instrument, which was the lens, you will keep my money for 7 days, I can't make any purchases because I don't have any more money and now all products are more expensive!
I felt cheated! I was treated poorly!
It seems that you acted in bad faith, offered a cheaper product, to attract consumers and not deliver. Withholding the money.

Amazon India is a cheater website.
Amazon is not returning but replacing items, even if found not working even in 7 day window. If you r not ok with product, then they will not return. They follow product once sold will not be returned policy

They sneak you into subscriptions and make it ridicolously hard to cancel them. I literally had to follow a tutorial just for that, and it still took me, as a fairly technical guy, 10 minutes.
This company has raised the price on everything I buy week to week. Not alittle but a lot. Like 30 %. This company has become the biggest ripoff on the net!
When you order any item from Amazon Fresh, they give guaranteed delivery but that is the gurantee that either you will receive your item late or else you will not receive the item at all.
Tonight we received an Amazon Fresh food order in which 5 of the 14 items were missing. We also received two items that we didn't order - so someone else will suffer too.
There is no way to communicate with the delivery person/driver or customer service. This service is NOT worth the lower delivery fee compared to Whole Foods/Amazon/Safeway shopping.

Amazon is my trusty Shopping Online. Ican find anything i needed that is why I highly recommended to my family, friends and coworkers.
1-2 day delivery is never 1-2 day delivery, expect to wait 3-4 days which you can get without prime, it will lie to you that your package will come by 10pm but it won't, most shippers end shifts by 7pm. So lying unreliable fake shipping tracker with a false progress bar. Otherwise it is alright, customer service is on the lower end. I would only use to buy essential items that you can't find in-store. Unless in-store shopping is always superior and most stores allow for pick-up and the ability to check if they have stock in a store near you with great return policies and easy return systems. Prices are sometimes higher and doesn't help the fact shipping is so expensive for orders under $35 when having such trash shipping. Returns are a hassle in itself. The amazon delivery drivers never ring the doorbell, got my package stolen 2 times because of this, I even wrote it in the notes for the drivers and they still don't do it. Some drivers are nice and will hide your package. But rest assure they will send you another package for free if you tell them it got stolen. But still a pain, I WOULD ONLY USE FOR ESSENTIAL ITEMS NOT FOUND IN PHYSICAL STORES.
AMAZON IS A SCAM COMPANY!
Amazon Prime Video has been charging me $5.99 for 14 months despite I have NOT been using their service!
For the past 14 months, I have always thought someone in my family subscribed to the service, but I recently realised it was actually NOT the case.
I logged into Amazon's website and it shows I am NOT subscribed to any of their services. But when I contacted their customer service, they said they over-chraged me without giving ANY reason.
I requested for a refund for these 14 months and they promised in back and white!
Later on when i checked for the refund, i found out only 3 months were refunded. I contacted them again and they said their system only allows for 3 months!
I disagreed but they kept asking me to liaise with the bank, or even report to local police!
Can you believe it!
I believe MOST people wouldn't bother to spend so much effort to follow up on small amount and this is exactly why Amazon is trying to rip everyone off!
They probably ripping millions of people off with minimal amount each person.
This is crazy and i have everything in black and white to proof everything I mentioned above was factual!

Amazon is one of the most valuable companies for good reasons. Great customer service. Every time. Fast and free shipping/returns. Love their new audible platform. They understand what it takes to be successful in business.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
