Lately my orders have been lost or running late. I ordered a few things that were supposed to be delivered yesterday, on a Sunday. Things I needed for today! They sat at our local hub all day yesterday. I called Amazon and told them there were things I needed for this morning and I expected them to be here this morning. They said they noted my account. No surprise here when they weren't here this morning. I am beyond mad! I ordered collars and leashes to take my dogs to the vet today and wireless ear buds for my Granddaughters that are here visiting. None of it is here. They said it would be here yesterday, my Granddaughters are leaving today and my dogs have to go to the vet. I will never trust your little 2 day delivery again! Very upset!

Amazon shipped me the wrong part and now its under "investigation" to see what happened and until they decide what went wrong nothing is happening and can take up to 7 days and it gets better if they decide I get a refund it's gonna take another couple business days for it to hit my bank so I can re order the part and hope to get the right one … so now I gotta wait for my part over two weeks for it to show up when all this could have been handled by them sending a return label and getting me the right part THIS HAD BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED…

After my recent fiasco with trying to return a shirt to a department store purchased through an online purchase, I can really appreciate the effortless returns I have had with Amazon over the years. That's the reason why I will always look for items on Amazon prior to any other retailer. Returning an item is as simple as selecting a reason, typing a short description of the problem; and choosing the return method (my favorite is dropping off at the UPS Store). Returns are free and the money is returned quickly.

Just awful. Some background: our apartment building is an Amazon Hub. Amazon has 24/7 access into the building with an Amazon Fast Pass. This is stated in our delivery instructions, along with instructions we give anyone visiting or delivering (in case the Amazon person is new/forgot about the Fast Pass) re how to get into the building, and to NOT deliver it outside on the ground (which is disgusting) on a city street. The delivery person went to the wrong place, had the arrogance to tell me that there is no call box at my own apartment building, never once believing he could be at the wrong place, never attempted to find the call box despite multiple explanations/informing him that he was at the wrong place, and literally left it on the ground on a city street that dog and drunk people go to the bathroom on. Called Amazon and Amazon looked into the calls with the driver, said he kept himself muted during the calls, so it would appear as though he tried to rectify the situation via a call if no one had looked further. We tip well (>$20) for people to correctly deliver and bring the order to our doorstep (can not carry that much weight for now because of a health restriction). The drivers frequently lie to avoid doing the work (saying you need a code or FOB for the elevators, which is not true as residents and guests use these elevators 24/7, and leaving the order somewhere random in the building that you do need a code to get in to). We have also had people who have marked the order as out for delivery and just never delivered the groceries at all. However, we don't seem to have this problem with Amazon Whole Foods delivery nearly as often. Don't order Fresh if you're actually depending on the groceries. It doesn't work >50% of the time. Luckily, Amazon does refund when service is this bad.

I made an order that included 8 items. Amazon cancelled two of the items and never notified me. I was still charged for them. When i called them to ask about this they tried telling me i didn't order and wouldn't even listen to me till i had him use math and add up the items i did receive and see the total wasn't the same. Yet still did nothing.

Serious discrepancies with regular Amazon and Amazon prime searches. I just did a search for a Bissell green machine replacement brush and came up with the correct replacement brush. Realized I needed to order it under my prime account and when I searched for that brush it only showed me some cheap piece of crap. I know this to be true because I have this same piece of crap that I ordered under my prime account along time ago. I never replaced the brush because it's crap! When I found the correct one today, I was so excited and wanted to order it right away. Unbelievable! Cannot find it under Amazon prime. So I have another part that I ordered as well again received the piece of crap replacement upholstery attachment because I ordered it under Amazon prime. What I want to know is why is it that being a prime member of Amazon you only have access to purchase secondary parts. I mean what is the answer to this? I am very disgusted because I feel like I've been ripped off. Amazon you owe me two replacement parts For my Bissell green machine. An explanation would really be helpful. Prime members beware of this situation and definitely search for your item you're ordering under their normal Amazon account before you order it through prime. Something is very fishy!

Name of sex toy instead of surname

On 21st July 2022 I received a parcel through my window. It was for my neighbour. It was in brown packaging for discretion but as you can see the address label was a violation of their privacy.
The fact that no human saw this label and took action is a sign either that the whole thing is run by computers that are unaware of these things or that it was some sort of prank done by amazon staff.

The delivery person on our street doesnt speak good english and so might not have understood the labelling. If this is the case then these things need to be spotted in the warehouse.

Either way it is easy to avoid and the fact its happening when Amazon has been running so long shows they dont fix problems when people point them out.

I bought a personal medical object from Amazon once but I dont think they are suitable for any purchases that you want to be private.

Amazon is a great place to shop online, it's got a little bit of everything you might need. I am always buying toys and clothes for my granddaughter on Amazon. Plus they have great dog products and products for just about everything you can think of from makeup to garden tools. And the delivery service is exceptional, if you are a Prime member your delivery is FREE on every purchase, who could ask for more. The prices are very reasonable and the merchandise is very good, not cheaply made. Amazon is the perfect place for online shopping!

Fridge parts

I ordered some parts for my fridge and even paid for the shipping just to make sure it got to me fast but yet it never showed up and I still had to go to the ups store to pick it up myself a week later and they didn't even tell me I could I found out on my own that it was there and I could pick it up but at least they gave me my money back after I called them up $#*!ing 2 days after it was supposed to show up at my house

Amazon Prime

I have an Amazon Prime account but I don't see prime results or benefits.
Every month when I pay for my prime benefits I have to dispute the charges. Amazon charges me a different amount each month instead of the 7.71 that I'm required to pay.
Within the last month I have been charged twice for the same item resulting in me having call in dispute the charges with my bank & Amazon.
Although each charge is a result of Amazon's error. My refunds have been denied. Amazon's response, it's non refundable.
Unacceptable!
If the error was not in error on my behalf, why must I eat the costs.
Poor Customer Service and Bad business.
I think I'll end my account with Amazon Prime.

Amazon's tracking system is a hollow shell just for display. It doesn't even work. Reps will make excuses for items showing delivered that it was mistakenly marked that will. But may still show up tomorrow. BS. That's NOT a Tracking System then. Plus I pay for an over priced membership for 1/2 day shipping. But most items require $25/35 purchase to receive in 1 day. So what's the point of pay $150/yr then? That's BS. Jeff Bezos is the Devil. He's a greedy soul.

Best Shopping Site

I love shopping on Amazon. I never pay full price for anything anymore and get great deals on new products with damaged packaging or cancelled orders and get up to 50 to 75 percent off retail. Love that on a fixed low monthly income I can afford to buy things for myself. Amazon always makes sure you are satisfied with money back if not.

Frigidaire Ice Maker LOVE

So I finally decided to get myself one of those countertop icemakers I was looking on Amazon and there were a ton of brands to choose from I got the Frigidaire brand it is amazing. You can choose what small bullet cubes or large cubes, it only takes about 6 minutes or less to have your first batch of ice! And it can make 26lbs in 24 hours. Pretty amazing

I like to share good experiences. I did 2 different purchases for this item. One of the first two I bought it was damaged but as soon as I requested a replacement, they sent one without asking for return. So, felt good to purchase two more. Now I have all my documents organized. Very excited.

Was so excited that a Fresh supermarket opened up near us. We were very excited to check out the modern shopping experience. Very cool just place items in your cart and walk out the store. When we left the store we were told that a receipt will be e-mailed in 1-2 hours. Having no idea what we spent we said ok. Turns out we didn't get our receipt till the next day! We were charged for several items we didn't
Purchase! As it turns out if you look at an item you will probably be charged for it.
Amazon did refund us for the items that we didn't purchase. I just don't like not knowing what I'm spending when shopping! Cool concept but i'll pass on this in the future.

Amazon continually hires companies that won't deliver packages to my apartment door. I'm then expected to find them in another location or they are returned. I'm being penalized for not having a house. Amazon is also getting too expensive. I'm now having to go out more to shop elsewhere. So much for convenience they claim.

I saw an amazing deal on an item I wanted, so I jumped at it. I knew the company and the item because I had considered it in the past, and even the dimensions were correct. I didn't bother to read reviews because I had already researched the product. After ordering, I had a bad feeling and decided to peruse the reviews. It turns out that customers claim they were receiving a different item that wasn't made by the company specified and didn't meet the dimensions. There were over a hundred reviews pointing out these nefarious acts, and yet Amazon still chose to do business with them. I had just ordered so I attempted to cancel, but Amazon said the item had already shipped so I would have to wait and do a return. The reviews also stated that this was pointless, as the company wouldn't refund money. If Amazon is aware that a company is defrauding their customers, and yet does nothing about it, then they are defrauding customers who thought they could trust Amazon by proxy. I have lost confidence and I don't imagine it will be renewed.
