Everytime I try to send a package to a military member, it gets lost in transit. When I contact Amazon CS, they issue a refund, but how about we do better and actually get the purchased items to our deserving military?
I have purchased thousands of dollars worth from Amazon in the last 10+ years and I usually post reviews of the things I buy. Well one day last year, Amazon sent me an email saying they noticed unusual reviewing activity on my account and that I violated their reviewing guidelines. Not clear what I did, I sent them an email asking to clarify what I did to break their policy which they did not respond to. They then sent me an email stating that I was permanently banned from posting future reviews and removed all the reviews I had posted over the years. I have sent a couple more emails asking for them to explain what I did to violate their guidelines but they refuse to answer my emails and this was out of the blue. No warning, nothing. And I have NEVER been biased or untruthful in any of my reviews. So Amazon, here's one review you can't take away from me and you earned this one. I would've given you no stars but that wasn't an option. Your dysfunctional review board will be exposed.
I have ordered multiple items from this website and they have been consistently postponed. They do not hold true to their stated delivery dates and do nothing but promise even later dates of delivery then just give you your money back when it doesn't arrive which just wastes your time.
I get items left in driveway or on steps to front porch when it rains i get a wet box. I have complained to amazon they dont seem to care. I have a nice dry front porch only 4 steps to it
Extremely disappointed in Amazon ethics! The box arrives with obvious signs of being opened (picture) previously. Even of a portion of the box label had been removed. Once I opened it, original packaging was missing and it even included an instruction manual (picture) for a completely different cooker!
This was a primary ad, not an "other sellers" or "used" category ad. Nowhere in the ad did it say open box / used or anything else to indicate anything less than class A merchandise. Completely unethical and without integrity.
Bought a cage that was defective. My ferrets head got stuck in it and it choked to death. All MICO C cared about was spelling their name repeatedly to me and telling me they wouldn't be refunding me unless the cage was returned in sellable condition. They did not care what happened to our baby Ferret. This person claimed to be the top of the top and that there was nobody above them to speak to. It was difficult to even understand them. No longer a prime member due to this person. If this is the top, they are the bottom of businesses. Total disregard for human feelings or concern to be honest. Amazon has gone to $#*!.

Their sellers easy charge your CC again if they want (saying like they didn't received the item back).

Amazon is such irritating company. I have recently ordered a mattress with them and they are delivering it for about 20 days. When I reach out to them they say it's carrier mistake which USPS. I really don't know what to do and the USPS has already delayed the parcel by 3 days and need 3 more days to reach out. Is this a joke because of these guy I'm sleeping on floor. Really frustrated and disappointed with Amazon. I don't want order in Amazon anymore. Being a prime member I didn't really expected this.
TRIED TO CANCEL ACCOUNT! FINALLY FOUND A 'BAD SPEAKING ENGLISH' PERSON TO TALK TO, CANT CLOSE THE ACC, HADTA PUT IT ON HOLD AT MY BANK! OMG, WHAT KINDA PLACE DOES THAT? ONLY WANTS UR MONEY, WHY ITS HARD TO FIND PERSON N NOT CLOSE ACC! USE THEM IF U WANT UR MONEY GONE!
I have deleted debit card information off my Amazon prime and music for this company not to run payments and Amazon still processed the payment with my bank. I urge everyone not to ever to put on card in the Amazon wallet. They save the information after you delete it. They will always have your banking information.
I have noticed that lately if we are not paying attention, Amazon defaults the slowest/cheapest delivery options and not the 2-day prime for 1-day prime as touted.
Also watch out for the SHADY Amazon and/or 3rd party sellers SNEAKY practices. The top 2 colors on the Charge 5 listing was by Fitbit Store with free 2-day delivery and with thousands of positive feedback and the 3rd color was by a 3rd party who sneaked in a $15.27 2-day delivery charge. I know its my bad for not checking for shipping and handling charges before placing the order but its just sours the transaction.
Bought a pool cleaner a year ago, took it out for pool season and it is not charging. Tried to contact the seller because it was under warranty, I was unable to reach them. Contacted Amazon to let them know of the issues, they reach out to the seller and was also unable to get ahold of them. Customer service keeps telling me that they are going to file a A-Z claim and someone should get back to me. For the last 2 months I have been calling to check and each rep is saying the person before didn't file the claim although I have emails saying they did. Now after they first said the claim wasn't filed, all of a sudden the claim is denied. They have to escalate it to another investigation department. They should not allow vendors to sell on their site if they don't properly vet them. A pool vacuum is not cheap. It might just be time to close this Amazon prime account.
I can only fault them for their late delivery! The TV which arrived is as described, works well, and goes as per the seller's description. My wife and I will be contacting the seller for auxiliary items for the tv set such as a PS5 for the kids, and an upgrade of our sound system. Our review of the additional items will also be posted here. Greatly appreciated!
Not worth it in my opinion. Still a lot of delayed deliveries, I don't see it is getting way faster with prime, so I would better save some money
Terrible, terrible experience with Amazon!
First, they ship me electronics, which arrive soaking wet. (literally water dripping out of the equipment)
Then they let me know that they will send me replacements, but I must please ship the damaged equipment back to them.
They do not pay for the return shipment upfront, that needs to come out of your pocket, you need to contact them to get a refund which they call a "good faith" refund.
Not only that but this package had to be shipped from a different damn continent to their refund facilities in USA. 12 days after sending the package back to them they start charging me on my credit card because they have not received the damaged goods.
Yes, you read that right. 12 days to ship almost across the globe, is a realistic time for Amazon.
This being said, Amazon took almost 2 months to ship the item to me, but they expect me to ship it back to them within 12 days?
I have fought with their support/customer care again and again to no avail. They just tell you that you will get your money back when they receive the package.
It has now been a month and a half due to US customs keeping the package for longer than expected, and of course, Amazon has randomly deducted large amounts of money from my bank account, without any notifications!
I need to pay interest on these amounts because it is coming off of my credit card!
I have had to take desperate measures and remove the account from my Amazon profile as well as keep it empty, otherwise, they continually deduct money.
This was my first time ever buying from Amazon, and I promise it will be my last.
I would advise any other person to avoid buying from this company. Had a better experience buying from wish, takealot honestly any other online shop.
I am guessing all the positive reviews about Amazon is just because the items arrived in one piece. If they were damaged, good luck.

Update:
After talking to Amazon associates numerous times and providing them with the EMS waybill, the parcel was finally returned to Amazon refunds department.
They emailed me saying they received the parcel and refunded me for 1 of the items out of the 4-5 that were sent back due to damages.
But wait... it gets better.
1 day after emailing me that they have received the items and refunded me, they once again took money from my account for no reason. No notice. And of course Amazon "associates" cannot give an answer, instead responded with: "Our special team will contact you within 2 days."
If you ordered from here and see random chunks of money missing from your bank account, I would highly suggest checking the history. Amazon is probably eating away without you knowing about it.
I've now written 3 full product reviews, including product details, guarantees included, value of itme and details of the items. THREE times I have followed AMAZON guidelines for writing a review, 3 times they have not accepted my reviews. NO MORE reviews for Amazon.! 1

I am the actual card holder and I confirmed all the details of the transaction including your reference number and last digits of my card and furthermore, these transactions are for german and french amazon prime

FRAUD. Sold me 2 bottles of Talisker 10 year old Whisky, when my bottles arrived they were not Talisker 10 year old but Talisker Skye NAS. Contacted customer service 3 times over 10 days to get the issue sorted but Amazon keep saying they have sent the correct item. Sent them pics of the bottles I received which are clearly not Talisker 10 year old. They told me to take the issue up with Talisker! UNBELIEVABLE

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
