I'm sooo very sick of the incompetence of Amazon (the biggest f-ing company IN THE WORLD!). Example: I tried to do a simple purchase of the NFL app (which is apparently run by Amazon since I had to use my Amazon password and complete the purchase through my Amazon acct.). Amazon sends me an email that states "thank you for your purchase" yet when I attempt to login, the app keeps taking me to a purchase page! Over and over again for 90+ minutes I'm farting around with this app. At NO TIME did it provide a simple instruction to run an update on my firestick (which I JUST DID a week ago BTW). I'm so frustrated at this point I finally CALL amazon (which is typically an ordeal in itself) and of course get some service agent from India that is full of apologies but can't really explain the problem because their little protocol booklet doesn't cover that. I'm so fed up at this point I give her total control of my TV and she proceeds to supposedly do an OS update, however it was OS 7.2.9.2 and when she was done with her update it WAS STILL 7.2.9.2 so I'm not really sure what she accomplished... other than the app finally connected and I was able to watch the final qtr. Of the game. FRUSTRATION can't begin to describe the repeated interactions I'm forced to have with Amazon products that end up being simple fixes. Their incompetence is truly appalling and if they didn't own and monopolize EVERYTHING in the world I'd drop them in a heartbeat!
I was really satisfied with Amazon since my first purchase of books in 2012, but my recent experience shows me that something is going on with their service. Some items I ordered were running about a week late. I had to cancel two items because the delivery status stated "items may be lost".
Bestellung erhalten, alles ist wie immer top! Toller Service, 100% Original ohne Zweifel, schnelle Lieferung, sorgfältige Verpackung! Meine besten Empfehlungen für den Kauf, Jungs arbeiten großartig, Respekt!
I reside out of India and gifted a Samsung washing machine through Amazon to my mother in India and a physically damaged product was delivered. My mother handed over the mobile to the delivery boy for OTP as she is old (She cannot read and have a weak sight as well). The delivery boy also did not inform about the new OTP policy. I complaint about the defect on the same day but Azmon is not replacing the product because we did not identify the defect before sharing the inspection code. What is the other option?
Incredibly disappointed with how our organization's business account with regard to our Prime membership has been handled. Amazon essentially punishes jobs that operate primarily remote. We are a crisis access phone line that saves lives every day. Our employees work predominately from home to get individuals the service and care they need as quickly as possible. We have to send tech to our employees and the equipment is owned by the company and returned upon an employee's time has ended with the company.
Due to Amazon's algorithm, they incorrectly labeled and flagged our account as "3rd Party Retailers" and falsely accusing us of reselling items purchased from Amazon. Having tried to escalate the situation with numerous people, we've been given different stories and most recently flat out denied any resolution with our unique situation and due to Amazon's internal issues an incorrect labeling.
Again, we are in the business of helping others and it's obvious, no matter how much business you give Amazon, they are not willing to try and seek resolution with a promised reimbursement for shipping fees we as a business should not have had to incur due to Amazon's system not being up-to-date with the times and remote employees and businesses. It's sad when a supervisor has to tell a customer that it's not the first time we've run into this situation, just make another account... when that solution will serve no help as the algorithm will continue to incorrectly flag us. No solutions, no help, no making this wrong right.
Delivery person delivered my packages to someone else. Who can I talk to to make a complaint? How do I even know if the person he gave my packages too, would return them. He's on camera leaving the packages next door. And it shows the time he delivered then. UGH
We will never anything large from Amazon again. I'm including screenshots of emails from Amazon. We ordered an eliptical on 6/26/22 and NEVER received it! Amazon never called us about this order! What kind of business are they running? And then to post something on my account saying they attempted to deliver it when I have a security system with a camera, not to mention the fact that I was home! LIARS and BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!
This was a waste of my time calling Amazon, and Ceva and the other supposed Delivery company. I do not work for anyone benefitting from this. This was my own negative experience trying to purchase exercise equipment.
Amazon is not able to delivered on time and I have had several orders delivered to the wrong address.
Worst website. They are telling that order will come.
After so many trys nothing came at home. Customer care service do nothing.
I have been told over and over again that my order was being refunded--but it never is. It's been 4 or 5 calls over 3-months and Amazon won't stand behind a damaged trampoline ($500) where the seller won't respond to messages. This has been such an incredibly painful process. I never thought something would stand in my way of using Amazon for all my purchases--but this has been enough.

This is not the first time I've ordered from you, it's a pleasure to work with you, thank you for your service and fast delivery
If you are looking for something and can't find it I suggest you go to Amazon, I have found several items there that I couldn't find anywhere else
I'm not sure anyone else notices but over the last few months I've noticed Amazon promise to deliver and then sends information later telling you delivery will not meet the original time and day. Starting to feel that they now just flat out mislead people so they order only to let them down once the order is in. Is this a new game they're playing?
They won't even deliver. That's their whole gimmick and they've gotten too lazy for their own gimmick. Spare me. Get yourself together, Amazon. Jewel is going to eat you alive here in Chicago due to your laziness.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never be buying from Amazon again. They sent me the wrong size mattress and when I called customer service they said they couldn't send me the correct one that I ordered. They could only do a return but I have to get the mattress that has been sitting out back in the box so basically I'm out of money because they made a mistake. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Absolutely obsessed and love doing product reviews I love helping businesses and others as well even myself for that matter
Everytime I try to send a package to a military member, it gets lost in transit. When I contact Amazon CS, they issue a refund, but how about we do better and actually get the purchased items to our deserving military?
I have purchased thousands of dollars worth from Amazon in the last 10+ years and I usually post reviews of the things I buy. Well one day last year, Amazon sent me an email saying they noticed unusual reviewing activity on my account and that I violated their reviewing guidelines. Not clear what I did, I sent them an email asking to clarify what I did to break their policy which they did not respond to. They then sent me an email stating that I was permanently banned from posting future reviews and removed all the reviews I had posted over the years. I have sent a couple more emails asking for them to explain what I did to violate their guidelines but they refuse to answer my emails and this was out of the blue. No warning, nothing. And I have NEVER been biased or untruthful in any of my reviews. So Amazon, here's one review you can't take away from me and you earned this one. I would've given you no stars but that wasn't an option. Your dysfunctional review board will be exposed.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
