Amazon Music Unlimited should be included free for Amazon Prime subscribers. As is it's just another money grab by Amazon. This is a completely automated service providing access to an entirely digitized catalog of content.

Add to that the fact that it is practically impossible to get ahold of a customer service representative (and when you do it's an offshore call center with a representative who is unable to assist with requests as simple as submitting feedback) and you understand just how little Amazon values you as a customer, even if you are an Amazon Prime subscriber.

I wasted 20 minutes of my life this morning simply trying to find a way to submit feedback regarding the Amazon Music Unlimited service, with multiple attempts ending trapped within an automated system without an option to speak to a live person or even submit a feedback form.

If you do not subscribe separately to the Amazon Music UNLIMITED service, as an Amazon Prime subscriber all you have access to is an extremely limited catalog of music - with ads - of very little value.

All told, if Prime were not included free with my phone service through T-Mobile, I would cancel my subscription

Whenever I purchase over 2 items that is scheduled to be delivered Thursday or Friday it's a no go. My order will be delayed! The delay will start Friday up until Tuesday. Sometime when Tues hit I will receive a email stating it was delivered with no pics. I always get pics after all my deliveries. But if it's delayed I will not get it. As of today, I purchased items that was planned to be delivered Thursday. Today is Sunday I just received a email stating if I don't get my items by Sept 27-30 I will get a refund. Guess what I'm not gonna wait for the lie to state it was delivered when it was not. So I cancelled all three orders. And had the nerve to say order can not be cancelled... Amazon is a joke! My son just cancelled his prime. His orders is always late, late, late. So he decide to cancel service. My prime exp 9/13 I plan to cancel my service as well. Last week I ordered items for my grandson birthday which was Sat he opened his items one of the song a long books does not work. I changed the battery it still does not work. Amazon check the items before sending them out. My grandson cried for his 4th bday due to this. I ordered plates for his party I'm still waiting on that. Now, I don't need the plates his birthday was Sat today is Sunday still no plates. Im done with Amazon they are liars and don't give a dang about their customers. Btw hire weekend staff only maybe orders won't be delayed. The weekly staff do their job until Friday. Once Friday hit pkgs being delayed or so call come up missing. Claiming it was delivered! I know that's a lie!

My minor daughter received a gift card as a bday present nearly a year ago. The credit would not load to my account in order for her to use it. I reached out to Amazon no less than 5 times over the course of several months. No claims or promises to load the credit were satisfied or realized. Every time I reached out to Amazon (not the other way around) I had to go through the same time-consuming process, to no avail. Was even told the information given in all prior communication (ID, Codes, Gift Card numbers, etc.) was entered into notes during previous phone calls and online chat sessions, which was the reason I was asked to repeatedly give all of the same information time and again. A $40 gift card is a lot of $ and an exciting gift to a little girl. To Amazon, it is literally nothing. However, I wonder what this level of incompetence, this level of frustration and this level of dissatisfaction is worth to them? My guess; less than nothing.

This was my second time using the Amazon Locker delivery. My first experience was excellent! However, this time I received the text advising package was delivered. I went to the Hub only to pick up an empty envelope. Obvious the delivery person stole my item. Amazon gave a refund, no problem; however they appeared disinterested in the theft. I will never use this method again!

I have had several awful products that all of a sudden I find they can't be returned! It used to be great, no worries about buying something that may not be good. Just ask for return and put it on your porch for UPS. You can't do that now! I just tried to do a return and got a message that this product cannot be returned. It was a surprise. Nowhere did it say that at purchase. I actually was returning it because he next day the price went down $8. I spent a lot of time going through 3 different people on chat trying to get me the lower price only to be told they don't do that now. Then I just tried to return it and got the message it can't be returned. We bought another product but the dimensions were not right on the description. I took the return bar code to UPS store and they said it was not the right bar code and the supplier would provide one in 7 days, very strange. I complained and a new bar code was sent. I just tried to use that bar code and US said it would not go free and the cost would be $100 on a $38 item to send it back to China. I am beginning to re-think my Amazon prime subscription. I might try overstock.

Am using a new laptop and when trying to login to Amazon. There was a phone verification on my account with a cellphone that is no longer active. Calling Amazon and trying to remove 2 step verification which is a horrible idea, having multiple problems with companies over this. Since number is no longer in service. The only resolution is to open a new account. That's great but I have purchased seasons of shows through Amazon prime that I will be forfeiting. So Amazon in turn will basically be stealing money, if it was just purchases made. Would create a new account but to loose purchased tv shows is another thing all together. Amazon must be getting wealthy from theft like this. Paid for shows and when they decide you loose access to these purchased shows. I refuse to loose money for something I purchased. Period

They always disappoint

I have a review on another site written one year ago when I decided to boycott Amazon due to poor delivery service with Fresh department. I was forced (so to speak) to use Amazon for an emergency purchase in May. Then I relented once I found out some cities were unionized, etc. Workplace conditions and worker's performance did not improve in San Francisco however. My return to Fresh lasted 4 deliveries and 2 out of 4 were unprofessional. Today my driver was early so I couldn't bathe before greeting him at the door. I ordered a bottle of wine with 90 dollars worth of food, and the driver almost left without asking to scan my ID. When I reminded him he blurted out (I live in an apartment with neighbors in hearing distance) "you have alcohol." This was humiliating. I drink approximately once a month and I don't have any relations with my neighbors. So this 8AM alcohol delivery is something that could be used against me in the rumor mill. I have to rebound from this slight. I am sensitive and protective of my reputation. So, I tried to help him by making sure he didn't get in trouble and his laid back attitude hurt me. I'll live. Why do I get the feeling the delivery drivers do not like their job? I am going to unsubscribe to Prime. I'll have to find my corduroy jeans at Walmart.com

Never again

Delivery person literally threw 3 sacks on porch, dented metal cans. Missing 3 items. Customer service is a joke. 90 minutes on phone trying to resolve with a overseas person hardly functional in English, had to get transferred to US customer service. Would have been easier to go to the store myself. Shame on you Jeff Besos.

Refusal of refund or replacement

Amazon is refusing to refund money or send a replacement for an item because it says it was delivered back on July 29 2022 it is now August 24 2022 and i still have not received my items i have followed the steps they provided and they are still refusing refund and the 3party seller that sold the items refunded money but amazon stepped in and reversed the refund the 1star is for Amazon not the seller
p.s. they are saying they are refusing because of an alarming number of reports that i made saying that i did not receive items or asked for replacements

What can I say, I LOVE AMAZON! Talk about convenience! Amazon screams convenience! I can go on there and get anything I want on there. Not having to go to other websites is fantastic. Plus their Amazon Prime is wonderful. So much besides free shipping comes with it. I watch movies on Amazon Prime and they have a huge array of other goodies that come with it too! So they quietly have stopped guaranteed 2 day shipping. It used to be 2 days to you wheb ordered or quicker. Now it's shipped within 2 days if being processed completely. Which lately has averaged a week for me and that's with an Amazon facility in town. Another business that has gone the wrong direction

Save Your Time & Money

I used Amazon Fresh for the first time tonight and I am sadly very disappointed. I received my items within the 2 hour window, however my frozen items were warm at arrival. I grabbed my items as soon as I heard my doorbell ring and when I received my "delivered" text. My items arrived in a brown paper bag. I can tell the driver did not have a cooler. I do know there were 3 or 4 other orders ahead of mine for drop off. Gross. Never again. I already requested a refund.

Not what I ordered
Never had a chance to use the product because I returned it. This wasn't the set I ordered, but someone decided to try and pull a fast one.

I responded:
What difference does it make? They tried to pull a fast one by sending inferior products and not what was ordered, but your company doesn't care? That reflects poorly on you. The consumers should be made aware of this type of behavior because it's obvious that you won't do anything to prevent the consumers from being fraudulently mislead. I will post this on the review of AMAZON and hopefully consumers will read it and see how you allow your consumers to be mislead.
I'm sure everyone would like to know if a company allows its partners to be dishonest with its customers for the benefit of the company.
