Amazon Prime finds it necessary to take money from people without their permission whenever they feel the need and that is ridiculous I had a Prime Membership months back and I canceled it last month and somehow they managed to take money from my account once again this month and I just had to go and cancel it again I am so sick of this they are incompetent and don't know how to do their job

Worst customer service

Purchased 12 cases of minestrone soup and 1 of the cases was lentil soup. Contacted Amazon and sent pictures of the incorrect case, they state that they can not verify from my pictures. What a waste of time!

Dont buy laptops that ships from Amazon. They will allow you to fill order they know they dont have sufficient stock to fill and then have you strung along for weeks with fictious delivery times and dates. After several attempts and 2 cancellations. I made a third attempt and made order for lenovo laptop 9/11/2022 it is now oct 2nd. The answer was insufficient stock. They should not string customers along. If you know you dont have sufficient stock let the party know rather than lying to them that they will get product in an established date. This is by far the worst online purchase experience and would never recommend laptop purchase through amazon. Period

Amazon refused to assist in many ways I contacted tens of employees. They refused to help me access my account. I even filed 2 complaints. Amazon discriminated against disabled people and provides us no accommodation just a hard time.

Hi, I talk to Amazon 15 times a day but they won't help me
Amazon delivered my $1000 laptop to the wrong address. I have a security camera in my hand. In the tracking number, it is shown to be delivered at 12:38, but as you can see from the video, no product is delivered to this address at 12:38. I'm sending this video to amazon, they are not interested. And they tell me my conversation with Freight Forwarder. I did this. Freight Forwarder sent me a safety camera andand they sent a document stating that they did not receive this product. I add documents and security camera records here. I want an investigation to be opened, they don't do that. Me and 40 customers are experiencing this situation. September 6, the product was not delivered to this address at this time. They send me the freight forwarder policy. It's ridiculous that they sent me this policy because this product was not delivered to this address, it was delivered to the wrong address. If it was delivered to right address yes amazon policy is telling the truth. I do not know what to do. I can't upload pictures here so I will upload them to a different address
In my opnion the courier knew the freight forwarder policy. Amazon will not open an inquiry because this item will be sent to the freight forwarder address. That's why he stole all his products. Because more than 40 people like me are experiencing this situation.

I looked forward to Amazon switching to their own freight/delivery infrastructure... at my rural address they used to use USPS, which was a disaster (had to drive 10 miles to the post office to pick everything up, and USPS only bothered with a parcel notice perhaps 20% of the time).

But Amazon's services are extremely flaky in their own right. Ridiculously inaccurate delivery estimates (date and time of day) are typical. Delivery is estimated at time of order, but is subject to change, at whim, from day to day, hour to hour, and sometimes from moment to moment while the shipment is in transit. At this point, Amazon's estimates are not useful even in an advisory fashion... indeed nearly random, only their hairdresser knows... until it actually shows up.

I suppose a residential customer in a crime-prone location could adapt by using a locker or drop nearby (assuming there is one, assuming they never order anything too large/heavy to be accommodated by the drop). What do small business customers do, when they need stuff to arrive during a coherent window during the day? Probably also have to use a drop, and accept the same restrictions.

You would think Amazon could model delivery estimates based on empirical data, rather than whatever it is they are actually doing, and come up with something that is not such a joke. Perhaps they are already doing this (badly), or perhaps this is beyond them. No doubt at some point they will circumvent their incapacity and just quit generating estimates.

Fresh policy is a lie,

I was ordering fresh multiple times a week and it was good, until I had an issue with spoiled hamburger meat, their fresh policy states if there's any issues with your fresh order they will refund you for the purchase, this is a lie I contacted customer service for a refund or replacement, and was told because I threw the packaging away that I couldn't get a refund or replacement, so needless to say I'm out $20 and 3lbs of hamburger I will no longer order from fresh again customer service was rude and didn't care that they sent out spoiled meat for my family to eat and didn't care that I've been a long time loyal customer, it's their loss they'll lose slot more customers by not following their policy

Ordered an item that I had to call on several times keep checking on the tracking number says it doesn't exist, Call customer service as always your transferred around on hold forever and then I got no answer except that the computer's down and I should call back while I screenshot I screenshot I was on the phone over half an hour I don't know where my item is and I spoke to 3 separate people including a supervisor and I haven't heard on my item. And if you scroll down I had called twice. Excuse after excuse I hate calling there because you don't get any any help and they have to ID you up-and-down which is ridiculous just to find out about an item that you have the order number for which there's no security and that who else is gonna have that.

Every google search I've done for Amazon Fresh sourcing indicates the above. Yet, more than half the items I want are unavailable thru Fresh, but are thru Whole Foods, which has a $10 delivery fee regardless of order size.
My analysis suggests that this is a deliberate attempt to steer you from Amazon Fresh to Whole Foods - with the delivery fee, plus inflated prices.
Disingenuous, Amazon. Play fair. Make ALL Whole Foods products available without a delivery fee for the minimum purchase requirement that currently exists for free delivery from Fresh.
You continue to extort and disappoint customers in favor of more profits.
When I first attempted to submit this review, your system warned that "Uploading a proof of purchase (e.g. Photo of receipt or confirmation email) ensures that your review won't get filtered by our algorithms, is featured higher in the review feed to consumers, and is displayed with the "Verified purchase" link. Your proof of purchase will only be seen internally and will not be displayed in the review."

My elderly mother keeps getting charged every month for prime. She never orders from Amazon. When contacting them they simply hang up. It's a not good to have predators stealing money in your golden years.

Vicious customer support

After traveling abroad for a while, I got locked out of my account due to too many incorrect password attempts. I could not reset it myself, since I did not have anymore the phone number that was listed with the site. Apparently email verification is not sufficient enough. I had Prime forever, so there is a ton of my information with this company. I've tried to get customer service to help, but since they only were willing to use for verification computer generated questions, some quite ridiculous, I did not pass the test. The agent for account retrieval was actually enjoying my helplessness, admitted that she would only follow computer prompts to verify my identity, and hang up on me! This was the worst customer service ever.
