I have Amazon prime this it's the second time that they lose the package, when I call they said they can't give a refund, they can't do anything, if the package lose they are not responsible
I got some break pads from Amazon I sent them back with the driver and I guess the driver took them home with him but now they won't give my money back so now I'm out of the money I will get any thing else from them because that's bad business
They either process your returns too quickly, or not at all. I have done lots of shopping on Amazon - it's an easy go-to place for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, etc. However, I have noticed that they will issue a refund within minutes to hours after having it scanned at ups or usps or wherever. With a refund complete, I'll have thrown away the return receipt. Then, months later, they charge you again for an already returned item. I'm done with Amazon. They've made more than enough money off of me and in hindsight, I wish I had shopped elsewhere. Convenience comes with a price. Don't get sucked in.
The site has dramatically declined for a number of reasons over the last year including its overdependence on fly-by-night Chinese sellers, the decline in quality of Amazon chat, and their extremely shady billing practices. Right now they have an artificial monopoly on the market but hopefully this will be broken up soon.
My wife and I hated our first experience at Amazon Fresh and we will not be back. They built a new store in our area and so we went for the first time to see what Amazon Fresh was all about. Amazon had mailed us a discount coupon to encourage us to try the store and so we decided to give it a try.
Once we got to the store we used the amazon app to enter the store, and then we picked up what we wanted to purchase. Then on the way out we scanned the coupon Amazon sent us and the code in our app so that we could exit. But upon exiting we didn't get a receipt.
I asked an employee where the receipt was and they said that they don't give us a receipt at the store. I told them that I always check the receipt to verify that I was charged correctly and in this case, that the coupon we used was applied correctly. They said that they could not give me a receipt there in the store that eventually Amazon would send me a receipt. The employee explained that I can get the receipt much later and if I see a problem then I can come back to the store to correct it. What a waste of time. I have no idea why amazon thinks this is a good way to do business. For me, it's not which is why I wont' be back.
Since I couldn't get a receipt to verify the purchases and that my coupon was applied correctly I asked for a refund. But the employee said, "we can't give you a refund without a receipt." I'm like, what! You didn't give me a receipt and yet you're telling me I can't check to verify you charged me correctly and I can't get a refund because you didn't give me a receipt?! And the employee said "exactly." How ridiculous is it?! This was our first and last time at Amazon Fresh.

Signing up as a prime member my deliveries were worse than if I wasn't signed up as a prime member. Wrong address 2 times, packages untaped and damaged 4 time's and if you mention this to customer service your packages get delayed! Placed a order that sold by Amazon and shipped with Amazon that was not out of stock and the order gets delayed 3 times. Amazon is being run by children and my prime membership was canceled by myself after only a couple day's. I personally will never give Amazon my business again!
Ordered boxing kit for my kid. Delivery was schedule on 25th October 2022. Delivery agent deliberately mentioned on the status delivery attempted and customer was unable to reach. When my gravience conveyed to customer service they conveyed that they will try to deliver today 26-10-2022. Still prefer is not delivered.
Please do not order (daily products) through amazon fresh. It was a simple order and I was provided a delivery time between 13:00 pm and 15:00 pm. When the order did not arrive till 19:45 pm, I chatted with the customer care and the chat agent Vamsi Siva Prakash started asking vague questions like a) did you receive a call from the delivery agent yes or no. Then he went off and came back after sometime and stated that the order would be delivered tomorrow and the delay has been caused by some external factors.

I raised compliant via customer care - chat [ 24/Oct/2022] and also call back - today[ 26/Oct/2022] - I spent 3 hrs in call with them they are putting me on hold and disconnecting the call. Very pathetic customer service. I will never go to amazon fresh.

They said they would refund however the more excuses they continue to ask for other evidence related to this product. I warned Amazon that if they don't do anything to resolve this issue then I will be filing a complaint to BBB and report dispute through my credit card company.
On Oct 24th I took a friend to a doctors office. When we arrived an Amazon truck was blocking all of the handicap spaces and the handicap ramp. I said something to the driver and he just ignored me and went on about his business. I contacted Amazon and because I didn't have the drivers name or a license number they would not accept the complaint. I had the exact time and location of the delivery. You would think they would have a record of this. Just an excuse not to have to receive a complaint.

This is in reference to the way Amazon is handling an international "wishlist" purchase and shipment. There are many reasons why someone would want their personal information hidden, and that should be respected. Up until recently, Amazon appeared to be doing just that until the last 2 shipments, one in Sept 2022, which was somehow resolved by someone at Amazon and did not care to divulge how, and now with this Oct 2022 order & shipment (Order # *******081-*******).
First, I was hung up on by the last Amazon CS agent. I know I kept calling, hours and hours of time, over 6 days, trying to figure out why the shipping on the order was so messed up. Sensing Amazon was behind this all along and confirmed by Amazon CS agent Colin M, I continued to press my case with no resolution, the shipment is still stuck in a DHL "Clearance event" (DHL tracking numbers: *******020 & *******052). Something is definitely wrong with the way Amazon has set up international shipping with DHL and maybe other carriers as well. All I know is from April 2020 to Aug of 2022 we never had an issue with shipments, using Amazon, from the US to Romania. And now we do. We checked the EU regulations and nothing changed that would affect our orders to Romania. Also, in the last month (Oct 2022) we have used other shipping companies besides DHL, using different online companies, rather than Amazon, with ZERO issues. Something stinks and it is coming from the halls of Terry Av N.
We were told by Amazon, that there was nothing they could do. We were told by DHL.ro that Amazon needed to fix their waybill. In the meantime, I am out $250, my family is without the blankets and gifts I sent, the shipment is in limbo for however long..., and all we can do is wait for DHL to send the shipment back to Amazon so I can get a refund? - if I can get a refund.

I am with Amazon Prime and have been waiting for a roll of plastic bags since October 11. They are supposed to be here on Saturday, so the total wait is almost 2 weeks. They keep changing the delivery time pushing it further and further. If I am paying for Prime delivery and have to wait two weeks for an item, what's the point of having a Prime Membership? I am paying for it! It should be like a Pizza deliveries. After a certain time of waiting, let it go for free.
Amazon is making a sickening amount of money right now. Almost everything is priced 3 to 4 times more than it should. Somebody is getting rich here with very little accountability in their own department.
To actually have someone from Amazon respond to your complaint is nearly impossible. I get to talk to someone in India (with terrible English) who told me on the phone that they were uncomfortable writing a complaint. This was followed by an e-mail saying they the item will be delivered by the 18th of October. Well, when I woke up this morning there is yet another e-mail from Amazon saying it should be delivered by Saturday 22nd and Monday 24th of October.
That's a complete joke but we need to get used to this as there is no direct contact between the customers and the Amazon representatives to hear out their issues.

Now the new thing on Amazon is showing you it's a discounted price and I know this is fake as I check all prices...

Prime has an amazing selection of videos and great items. Until this year I've never had any issues with delivery. I'm guessing they are getting to big to fulfill there promises of delivery dates. I ordered 6 items and as of now they are 2 days late and I was told hopefully tomorrow. This isn't the end of the world, but on items that are needed for events such as weddings, graduations and holidays 3 days can easily mean you will be short that item when it is needed. I was told just wait or cancel. That was my great advice from prime...

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
