Continually losing packages, delivers past prime date, states will offer credit themn doesnt leave a comment so customer screwed on receiving credit. Customer service is not helpful and seems to be run by squirrels. If your using your membership for packages only its not worth it or the 2hr's worth of calls to get resolution. You never get the same person twice and customer service continually hangs up without resolution and when you call back you just have to start over or give up on whatever you called for.
Got Scammed from a seller. I ordered iPhone 14 plus and got 12 mini. What a nonsense. I never and ever Purchase again in Amazon.com
I have been a prime member for years 2 weeks ago there was a hacking attempt and my account was never retrieved, I have relied on Amazon since being diagnosed with cancer to get the things I need. Today I wake up to a pre charge of 83.51 which was my transportation money to go to chemo. I called I emailed and no help or response. I've now had to request a new Bank card for the second time in a week and to retrieve my transportation money I have to file a dispute with my bank for money I needed today. Amazon at one point had exceptional customer service not anymore! It was so much more convenient to order everything from food to supplies to pay for one membership due to my limited funds but it's not worth what I've gone through the last few weeks and now this today Amazon is now just another company that wants your money that doesn't protect or care about their customers. And that whole email Jeff is just b. S! You'll see below there's no pending orders for 83.51 but there is a charge for it on my account!

Amazon used to be great. Not anymore. The customer service in India now. I get the script everytime. They cut me off without exploration. I get transferred from one person who can't help me to another.
Shipments run late often and even get lost. There's no more greatness just a machine. I try to shop elsewhere. To bad if I have to wait a week.
I spend a lot of money ordering through Amazon. The past month has been extremely frustrating with them guaranteeing delivery dates. The last 4 times I have ordered none of my packages have arrived on the date it stated. Every time now it has been out for shipping the. Sent back to a sorting facility. Or they have been delayed in shipping. They are getting horrible and I'm really getting ready to cancel my prime and stop ordering through them all together.
Poor music and TV selection, too many items are extra $, content pushed is not what i want.
The value of prime is very, very low. We will not renew it. I search for a music subject, performer, or genre, and it quickly wants to push content to me that I do not want (but i suspect they are getting paid to push). So all we really get is faster shipping, at a price. Amazon is going to lose its prime subscribers.
There is a lot of great things to be said for Amazon Prime, but it should be told they have their own issues. In Sept, 2022, due to a technical issue (their words, not mine), my public account was reset and I lost all the hundreds of reviews I had posted. My influence rating dropped to zero (1,000 is zero). I have spent countless hours in their chat and on the phone speaking with everyone I possibly can to get the issue corrected. I get the SAME story everytime. "This issue needs to be taken up with Community-Help" The problem with that is, I'm not convinced that email is even monitored! Out of my 10 emails, only one ever was responded, and it was clear by the reply it was auto populated as it had zero relevance to my issue. Shame on Amazon, not for having a technical issue, (crap happens), but for not stepping up to the plate and addressing it. Some might question why some much concern is placed on reviews, and for those I would advise, I USED to get around $100-200 per month in gift cards, credits, discounts from sellers after leaving reviews, just depends on how big an influencer they see you. Now, obviously, I'm not even in consideration for the perks.
This isn't the first time I've had an issue with Amazon Fresh, but this is by far the worst experience I've had with them. Usually I'll have items just not show up in the delivery, only to find out later after looking online that they didn't have them and just didn't inform me. It leaves me at a disadvantage, because I need the things that are often missing, and since you don't get your money back for a couple of days it means you often might have to go without. Not cool.
Made a Fresh delivery yesterday morning for today between 7-9am. I wake up this morning at 6 just to be safe and see that everything has been packaged and just needs to go out for delivery. 7am, out for delivery. For the next two hours, the interactive map on the site shows the driver just sitting in the same spot for two hours, before it starts moving AWAY from my location, despite the system telling me I'm the next delivery.
I called the driver, and was told he had car issues, Amazon was supposed to call and inform me, and that they were supposed to tell me what would happen next. Surprise, this didn't happen. I called and spoke to someone in customer service, who told me that due to the driver having car issues, they cancelled the order and then redid it in order to assign it to another driver. Upon asking if this means that I would get all of the items I'd ordered (which Amazon told me this morning I had) I was informed that key items that I needed were not going to be coming.
So, instead of just assigning another driver to my already packaged order, they cancelled my order, returned all of my items to the shelves, redid the order, and left me without key items that I'd previously had when it had been packaged. On top of that, no one from Amazon bothered to call and inform me about any of this. I've put in for a refund since the important items I needed wouldn't be coming, but now that leaves me at a disadvantage because I have no groceries in the house and was waiting on this order. Since it'll be at least tomorrow at the earliest that my money will be returned, this now means I have no food and no money to get any.
Screw Amazon and Amazon Fresh, and order your groceries from literally anyone else.
I am trying to place groceries order since last 3 days starting from 05th Nov till date and paying the bill amount through Amazon pay. But every time they are cancelling the order without any reason. While calling to customer service and writing mail to grievance cell they are only having one answer that we don't knw the reason and sorry for inconvenience. Such a harrasment from Amazon pay and Amazon fresh they both are doing fraud by stucking money in Amazon pay app neither u can use the money nor u can transfer the fund… big big fraudsters
I have noticed that the price of items sold on amazon.ca is getting expensive. I check other websites and am supprised at much more items are on amazon.ca this is new I don't believe it was this way at the start. There also seems to be not near as much choice, is this being done on purpose?
I opened a seller account and I was immediately charged a seller fee of 39.99 even though I didn't select any type of account. Customer service Mikie thinks that I should explain to him the charges on the account and not the other way around. Amazon seller central does not have a phone number and will not call you back. It took me 3 hours to open a seller account and 3 minutes to close it. Is this how Amazon works. It's true you really don't wanna see the sausage being made.

Ik heb een aftermarket BORA filter besteld en weer geretourneerd omdat deze van slechte kwaliteit is (zeer onnauwkeurige maatvoering). Nieuw en in de originele verpakking.
Vervolgens verzand ik in een idiote mailwisseling waarin Amazon stelt dat ik een gebruikt artikel heb geretourneerd (niet waar), zij deze hebben weggegooid en ik alleen mijn geld terugkrijg als ik het bestelde artikel retourneer. Wat dus al lang gedaan is (maar door Amazon weggegooid). Ook diverse mailen gemaild dat het bestelde artikel geretourneerd is, incl foto van de slechte kwaliteit.
Amazon stuurt alleen automatische emails in slecht Nederlands (automatische vertalingen) en sluit de mailwisseling af dat ze verder niet meer reageren.
Dit is pure diefstal!

What has happened to me last 3 day it was hard to believe it was not a bad joke. At first I got notification from Amazon that my account was compromised. I changed my password. But next day I received Security Alert from my Bank. Someone was trying to get to my Bank account. I used this card for Amazon purchases only. I removed my compromised ( by Amazon)card from my Amazon account and simply purchased Amazon gift card. But when I tried to pay with it for my Amazon purchase ( very simple personal 2 items) my Amazon GIFT card payment did no go through. I called and ask why? Do you know what not one but two of their employees told me? TO USE MY AMAZON GIFT CARD FOR AMAZON PURCHASES I HAVE TO PROVIDE THEM WITH MY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! Unreal! When I asked to send me@ mail with their policy telling me why I have to do it their employees told me they do NOT have in written form. They just were told to TELL it to customers! Do you think it is legal thing to demand? I do not think so. I requested call back from their manager. Nobody called me so far and I have big doubts anybody will. But I am not leaving it just like that. How many people do not have credit or debit cards and their only option to shop on Amazon is Gift card they purchase and can't use? And for me who's card was compromised by Amazon it would be logical decision to shop with Gift card. But Amazon want our cards numbers our account numbers all our information for purpose. I do believe it is not a good one.
Amazon allowed for their driver to take my package to the wrong address & and refuse to do anything about it. Their is no accountability, and they customer service lies...

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
